This home was a wonderful place for a weekend away! The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind by the lake. Our family loved using the provided kayaks and canoe for exploring the peaceful scenery. The home was comfortable, clean, and free of clutter. The swimming beach was just a few houses away while the pool required a several minute drive. Our family loved to sit down with a book in the screened in porch, which had a view of the lake and surrounding property. We enjoyed a hike at Dingman’s Falls, which was just a 25 minute drive away. Our kids had a blast playing board games on the electronic gaming table. I would definitely recommend a stay at this cozy lake retreat!

Lakeberry gave our friends and family the opportunity for a short holiday week trip with everything we needed. Lake access with kayaks as well as beach access and a short drive to other attractions. Great trip!

Its such a beautiful property and home. We were surrounded by deers. It was such an amazing experience. House has everything you need. Jennifer and jose were great always responsive. Would definitely book again.

We had a great weekend at this house. Jose and Jennifer were great hosts who were quick to respond. The house is exactly as listed. It was very comfortable for 6 of us, I think it may be a little cramped with more than that. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake was FANTASTIC. And the fire pit/s'mores station was a great touch. We enjoyed using the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat. We will definitely return to Lakeberry.

Great Poconos escape! We went in the early Spring so we didn't get to take advantage of some of the amenities but there was PLENTY to do for a cold weekend. GREAT location - a few mins from Bushkill Falls and right on the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating and proactive. They had great app for all the information and check in. They responded to questions right away but had thorough details before I had to even ask. The house itself was nice with a GREAT, newly renovated kitchen. We had three kids and the two older ones loved the bunk beds. The two other rooms had big lovely beds. A new hot tub that was ready to go when we got there was a lovely addition. We really enjoyed a campfire and the very charming and helpful smores they provided! We were also able to use the indoor pool in the community during our stay, which was a nice addition for a rainy weekend. Would happily stay again!

Jose was very attentive and helpful during our stay. The place was great and the view during the morning was calm and beautiful. Even though the stay was during the winter; our family of 9 love every minute. The kids had a blast in the community pool as well. We would love to come back again and check it out during the warmer occasion!

Perfection! That’s it. But in case you need a little more, I’ll expound. I booked this home as a winter get away for my family. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The house sits right on the lake and my kids would walk down to it everyday and enjoy the view. The little plateau with fire pit was so charming and beautiful and provided the right setting for sunset s’mores making. We cooked dinner every night and gathered around the large dining table to eat together. I can’t wait to book for the summer where we can take full advantage of the provided boats and outdoor grill. 10/10 recommend!

This property is special and so are the owners. The communication before, during and after the stay was top-notch. The house is not magazine-ready, but the indoor amenities, outdoor amenities, picturesque property, and service more than make up for that. We had a wonderful time and plan to return as soon as we can. Thank you to the team who keeps this property going.
We had a flat tire a few minutes down the road after checkout. The team even offered to help us with it. Can’t stress enough how special that is and much appreciated. You will not be disappointed if you book this place.

This is a great little place to getaway from the day to day buzz. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much because it rained our entire stay but there would have been much to enjoy outside. Town is only 20 minutes if needing groceries or wanting to dine out. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the 3 seasons room as well as home cooked meals. On our final day we visited Bushkill Falls and did the Crayola Experience in Easton with the kids. This was a nice place to go to disconnect from busy everyday life.

My family of four spent a few days at Lakeberry this summer and enjoyed every minute. The house was clean and cozy with plenty to do - on the sunny days we took the boats out on the lake and to the sandy beach a couple houses down; on the one rainy day the infinity game board kept the kiddos (and adults!) occupied. The little details--like a smore basket, passes to the local community pool, and an excess of pre-chopped firewood--make it clear that Jose & Jennifer go above and beyond for their guests.

House was really nice. Clean and wired great for our group. My only complaint is that the lake was much smaller than I expected. I wish that was mentioned in description.

We loved this property. We had the best time …. Fishing, kayaking, canoeing. The kids especially loved the pedal boat. We enjoyed the campfire every night making s’mores and mountain pies.

One of the most memorable, fun filled vacations my family has taken. This home is beautifully maintained, charming, clean and serene. These hosts provide attention to detail that allows you and your family to make the best use of your time together. There is something for everyone! I highly recommend Lakeberry as a wonderful vacation experience. These hosts are incredible communicators in terms of making sure you know the area, the activities, local information and accommodations.
