great value good for family

there was no AC.

they clean the room everyday. Good value.

the guy at the receptionist guy was very rude and unprofessional. They need lots of improvements in customer service.

The lake and woodland was beautiful and it was peaceful when there wasn't an outdoor party taking place.

The breakfast wasn't great. The spa was closed, the bar was closed, the restaurant closed early. The information in the room was out of date and it was hard to get a clear answer about what facilities were open and nobody could tell us why. A previous review stated that these things were closed for Tet, but it seems the are permanently closed. There was often nobody on reception so it was difficult to get room service, we had to leave to find water. There was also a wedding with loud music playing, although it did finish by 11pm, it definitely ruined the peace. They also ran out of beer and wine because of the event.

the view is good. Staffs were friendly and good.

The room and bed were smaller than other resorts nearby. The toilet in the restaurant was not clean and not nice, should improve

Nice view to the lake

The ventilation in the room was not good. Do understand no AC in the room in Da Lat but make sure the ventilation was in good enough. Felt very hot at night and hard to sleep. Too many constructions nearby at the moment.

The breakfast is very terrible and the facilities and service aren’t as good as what they advertised . It’s not deserved to the fee which I paid.
