Too much cockroaches in the room. Very dirty housekeeping.

I didn’t find anything positive about this property. I just feel, it was totally waste my money.

Firstly very dirty room and toilet as well. Cockroaches were everywhere. Behave was very very bad. Never face anything like that. I booked a room through booking.com . Total cost was around 700 INR. After reaching in hotel they claimed 1200 INR. Almost double. I was late in Kolkata. that’s why I had to pay. They just told me, pay 1200 INR or you might leave.

This hotel is close to international airport.

Loud noise of vehicle from the road as it is side of the road. Poor quality of the rooms. I was charge extra money at hotel even though I booked the room online. I was charged 1000 Rs for a single night in such a worst room.

Unlike Hotel ....ye hotel Maine 26 Dec 2022 ko booking kiya tha Hotel mai Jane per mere se Kia hua booking se jyada paisa lia...aur to mere ko dusre hotel mai night hold karne ke liye bhejdia...bahut Ganda....doston aap sabhi Mera request hai...iss hotel per mat jaiye...yahan per hardam lotene ke liye tayar rahten hai.....bahut kharap hotel.....

at the outset, I was asked to pay extra money. hotel staff claimed that at O must pay 1000 per night if o want to stay there. they didn’t pay heed to the request of Oyo representatives. moreover, the room and bathroom was bad and unhygienic. No tv, intercom, water bottles, soap. noting at all was provided. moreover, they do not give any bills of the extra money charged
