Hermosa renovación de casa nueva! ¡Pass Time es una casa de 6 habitaciones y 6 1/2 baños que puede alojar hasta 24 personas! Todo el interior ha sido renovado, nuevos pisos de tablones de madera, gabinetes nuevos, baños, pintura, electrodomésticos, ninguna superficie intacta. Arriba, cuenta con un dormitorio principal frente al golfo con una cama King, balcón privado frente al golfo, TV de 50 "y baño privado. Justo afuera del dormitorio principal hay una sala de estar con un sofá cama y un televisor grande que ofrece una segunda área de estudio más pequeña. Justo más allá de esta área del estudio de arriba, hay dos habitaciones con literas personalizadas (una para las niñas y otra para los niños), cada una con baño privado y cada habitación con literas tiene capacidad para 6 personas (Twin sobre Twin Bunk y Doble sobre Doble Litera). Cada litera tiene su propio televisor privado de 32 "(SÍ, ESO ES 8 televisores para las dos habitaciones con literas) con un enchufe de auricular privado para que cada persona pueda disfrutar de la programación de TV, transmisión de SmartTV, o si traen su máquina de juego y eso puede estar conectado. En la planta baja hay tres habitaciones más, dos habitaciones tienen una cama Queen en cada una y luego la tercera habitación tiene una cama King. This property was great!! It accommodated all my Family and friends that joined us. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. We loved the location and the view from balcony and porch. Loved that the beach was not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach house was in a great location and super close to the beach. The two balconies were also nice to have. Unfortunately, we ran into quite a few problems during our stay. As soon as we got to the house, we noticed a leak from the second floor bathroom coming through the vent of a bottom floor bedroom. Luckily, we had a plumber in the group who fixed the leak. When we mentioned it to the host, he didn’t acknowledge the leak problem or thank us for fixing it. We also had problems with the internet the entire time. We were never able to get the bunk bed tvs to work, and the baby monitors kept disconnecting. The lack of internet was very frustrating when the kids were having downtime. We also tried to watch a UFC fight one night, but it kept glitching. Also, one of the laundry room doors fell off of the hinges as soon as we opened it. We tried to reattach it multiple times, but it continued to fall off. Lastly, the bunk beds were a cool idea, but they could have used touch up paint. They looked old and dirty. We wish the host would have been friendlier and not so short with his responses. We have had other hosts that were friendlier and more helpful.

Would not rent again due to the large pump and noise that came on every morning at 7:30AM and stayed on until 4:30PM. This should have been noted on the house information.

This house is great! The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. The kitchen also needed new skillets, measuring cups, and a few other items that it did not have. Ice maker was not working. These are not items that would keep us from renting this location again! Overall, it was a great adventure!

The location of this property is ideally located on the beach. There were plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for our family of 17.

Beautiful views, huge house. Could use a bit of TLC as the doors are hard to lock. Otherwise it was the perfect stay. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed the house having 6 bathrooms for the 6 bedrooms. The house is very nice. Great beach access.
A couple of negatives - the house isn't stocked very well. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. They only stocked enough for about two days. Also, the kitchen is very limited, the patio furniture is OK, there was no outdoor grill and there were no beach chairs or toys in the house. We had to buy chairs and toys for the kids and just left them. Not sure what they do with them, but there was nothing in the house. Also, kids stayed upstairs and those sleeping in downstairs bedrooms could hear every footstep. Definitely no noise reduction anywhere in the house. Overall a great stay.

Great house, great view and we all had great time! Two issues we had was 1, the grill was unusable, ended up going to the store and buying a small grill to use for our weeks stay. 2, there was no internet for the entire length of our stay so none of the 14 TVs were of any use.

Overall great house and location. 16 in our group house had 2 bunk rooms could have done w/o but we made it work. Plenty of space. Could have used a second refrigerator when there is that many people even w coolers the refrigerator was packed. More seating on patio could be useful and the grill does not work! The pictures of this house does not do it justice!

This house hasan outstanding beach location and made our social distancing vacation memorable, comfortable and possible. The house had a great layout for everyone to have space but gather in the family/kitchen/dining area. My only suggestion is to add more patio furniture and replace a couple of missing cushions. Beds were a bit soft but everyone is different and we did end up sleeping well! It was a wonderful home and would highly recommend!

We loved the location of this property by the pass from the Lagoon. It provided a deep area for swimming and shallow areas for our little grands. The renovations they made were wonderful and loved the layout. The only negative for our family is that one of the bunk rooms could have been a queen single bed, but we made it work. They could use new deck furniture, it's stained and missing cushions. Views were great and the weather and water was fabulous!
