Acabamos de terminar de renovar completamente nuestro lugar. Pisos completamente nuevos, muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos y gabinetes de cocina nuevos, etc. Televisor Roku 4K de 55 pulgadas con Hulu y Netflix conectados. WiFi de alta velocidad. Sofás súper cómodos. Aire acondicionado central.
Nuestro condominio está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado de TC. West Bay está a media milla de distancia. Lago Boardman, la estación de servicio (¡excelente pizza y cerveza!), y el sendero TART se encuentran a 2 minutos a pie. Dos tiendas de bicicletas cercanas tienen alquiler de bicicletas disponibles. En bicicleta, puede estar en cualquier lugar del centro de TC en menos de 10 minutos. Little Fleet y el comienzo de Front Street están a menos de una milla de distancia. We enjoyed our stay at Boardman Basecamp. We have 3 adult children and to be able to spread out and sleep comfortably is a challenge when we go on vacations and get away weekends. Staying here was perfect for us. This place is very clean, in a safe location and spacious. Thank you for helping make our first trip to Traverse City a great one! We enjoyed TC shopping and dining. We ventured to Torch Lake and kayaked to the sandbar, went to Leland Fishtown, (which is the cutest!) and enjoyed the family wedding at a vineyard. Michigan is beautiful!

We enjoyed this property. It was well equipped and easy to find what we needed inside. The toys were a hit with my 2, 5 and 7 year old girls.

Amazing property! Had everything a renter could want. Very clean. Beds are super comfortable! Close to downtown and right on the bike paths. Will be returning for sure! Highly recommend!!

The condo is easy walking distance to town and the bay. The unit is well decorated and the kitchen is easy to prepare meals in. So helpful to have toys and books for the children.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for in a short stay in TC. It was stocked with all of the essentials, had plenty of space for everyone, and was easy to get to from all sides of town. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Clean and cute with a well stocked kitchen. I would only say that the pictures need to be updated on the website, as there is not a room with two twin beds. I had chosen this property because I thought I would need that extra bed. I also asked the property manager to confirm that they had those two beds but never heard back. It ended up not being a big deal since we had one friend who couldn’t come. Great place though!

We loved our stay here. Centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do. Very clean, perfect amenities, abs welcoming vibe.
Kids enjoyed the toys and their bedrooms. Laundry on the upstairs allowed for quick washes. Plenty of space overall.
Truly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Would absolutely recommend.

The condo was awesome, well stocked and was in a very cute neighborhood close to the Boardman and fun restaurants and breweries.

Wonderful property, very nicely decorated, and nicely stocked with all necessities. Very comfortable, close to Tart trail, and short walk to town at the lake.

The listing appeared just as described on the website. It was perfect for me, my husband, my 3.5 yo daughter and 1.5 yo son. I loved that this apartment had everything we needed for the kids. They had 2 big drawers full of toys in the living area, a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gates.

I don’t even think this is really a con, but the neighborhood looked a bit industrial. It did not diminish the comfort of the apartment.

We stayed for a girls weekend. The location is great. Walkable to downtown I’m nice weather. Quick drive to downtown, the village commons, old mission and leelenau. This rental was well equipped - nice kitchen utensils. Very well equipped for families with young children. Had a pack and play, potty seat, toys a and childrens books. Space was clean, welcoming and comfy. I would stay here again with friends or family.

Our group was 4 adults in town for a Cycling Event, and this location served us well. Located close to dining and bike shops was a plus. The space was clean, well stocked and ready to go when we arrived. We have rented homes in the area at other times, but this was the first one with a garage space which was a plus. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations and location and everyone in our group felt the pricing was fair. Would definitely stay again on future trips

This property was perfect for our family travels to Traverse City. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. The house was equipped for small children with everything we needed. The house was in a great location to downtown. Rented bikes and explored the town, water and lakes. I would recommend this property. The management team was awesome and answered questions with a quick response. Really enjoyed our stay and so will you.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! Close to the TART trail to walk to front street. Plenty of seating for us. Plenty of mirrors in each room so there were multiple places for people to get ready at! Any questions we had were answered quickly by the property manager!

So comfy and cozy, allowing my family of 6 to spend time together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. Close to the DART trail…..we took lots of walks. Being able to park in the garage was an additional perk. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. Pictures were highly accurate. It was clean, spacious, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, dish washer tablets etc. There was even tide there. Although we bought our own detergent it was nice to know it was there. Also full size shampoo and conditioner Pantene, were provided. Everything you would need like in your own home. Quiet complex and very comfortable. Garage was a plus as it sprinkled our first day. Beds were very comfy. It fit our needs perfectly for 3 adults. Thank you for sharing your home.

The photos make it obvious it’s a clean and well-decorated space, but it’s not as obvious how great it is for kids! They had tons of toys and books in the living space which was awesome for our little guy who cared far more about playing with cars than exploring :)
The location was really nice as well though. Right next to the TART trail and a bike shop for renting bikes next door! We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Carrie is extremely thoughtful and thought of everything for our comfort. The home was spotless, extremely well stocked, and check in was easy. It was wonderful to have the garage to park in and store our bikes! The beds were very comfortable-my youngest said that was one of his favorite parts of the trip. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

My husband & I rented Boardman Basecamp for 2 nights in June with 2 other couples. First of all, Carrie is an excellent host! Very prompt with communication & very thorough with information regarding your stay. The location is great, walking distance to downtown (just wear some comfortable shoes)! The property is so cute, kept very clean & stocked w/ everything you need to have a great stay! We'd definitely recommend staying here...just not when we wanna rent it again lol!

Great spot for a family!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Carrie's condo. The space looks just as wonderful in person as it does in the pictures, plus there were lots of toys, books and misc children's items that our toddler loved. The location was great too - right off the tart trail, next door to several bike rental shops, walkable to parks, etc... Carrie was a great host - responsive and provided a lot of great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
