'Pirate Villas' es una villa privada de 3 pisos frente al mar en North Ambergris Caye. Convenientemente ubicado a solo una milla al norte del centro de la ciudad de San Pedro en una de las zonas más exclusivas de Belice, el área de Tres Cocos.
La unidad inferior consiste en una cama king size, hecha a mano por un artesano local de madera guerrera exótica de Belice, sala de estar con un nuevo y cómodo juego de sofás, cocina completa, con puertas francesas que se abren a su propia piscina privada con cubierta de madera de Belice personalizada, Televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "con cable, lavadora / secadora y baño personalizado.
Recientemente renovado en 2016 con azulejos de arcilla mexicana exótica en interiores y exteriores con un cálido acabado de mosaico en toda la villa. WIFI portátil para uso en la propiedad solo incluido para su conveniencia.

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again.
When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.

I absolutely loved everything about the villa , the location , the plunge pool ! All of it was fantastic. The bedroom dloes get pretty warm during the heat of the day as the bedroom doesn't have a.c. like the rest of the unit does , but it does have fans. I still think the whole place is phenomenal and the a.c. in the living room and kitchen is excellent. I had a small maintenance request and reached out and it was fully fixed within an hour. The communication and friendliness with everyone on the property was absolutely amazing. The plunge pool is perfect for one or 2 ppl. Belize was my dream trip , and if i ever get the chance to return I will absolutely reserve this villa again. I also noticed since it is a bit more tucked away I could see more stars at night and I had 0 issue with any loudness around me. Thanks to all there for making it an amazing stay !

Great location, private, easy access to San Pedro without the hustle and bustle of downtown/in town. The only complaint is that it is on its own well water, and the shower/stool/sink water smells of Sulfur. Other than that, it was a great location, we really enjoyed our week’s stay.

We had adequate communication prior to our visit. We were greeted by staff when we arrived and shown the property. Comfortable bed and basic kitchen and bath items. The restaurant on the property was not open but they had another restaurant in a different location (Secret Beach area). Get clear directions if you are headed that way.
Private and quiet location was appreciated. The washer was having some issues and we were offered use of the staff washer. No big deal for us-we made it work. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and rainy during our stay. We ended up leaving a couple of days early to find the sunshine in Placencia. We were successful. We did not request or expect a refund of our unused time. After all no one can force the sun to come out.
It was our first trip to Belize and chose our accommodations after some research. This location is perfectly fine for a couple. I believe the 2nd and 3rd floors were occupied by the owners brother. The apartment was basically clean, some dust under the bed appeared to have been there a while. Overall a pleasant trip.

The villa is the ground floor of a 3 level house, and is about 15 min by golf cart from the airport and center of San Pedro. Facing onto the lagoon side of Ambergris Caye, it has an unobstructed view of the water and mangroves. Being on the west side, the small (non-swimmable) beach was unaffected by the unfortunate abundance of summer sargassam plaguing the east side of the Caye.
The house has a small pool which we found very useful, and the property is well equipped with necessary items. The owners provide drinking water as needed, and the pool is cleaned daily. The place was perfect for the week that we spent (August) and we were very comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze with keys hanging in the door. Janet, Sylvia, Brandon and all the remaining Pirates staff are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the Island. Pirates Villa is conveniently located close to San Pedro Town night life and restaurants but outside the "loud zone". Definitely recommend Jason and Marisha's place to solo and couples as well. I will stay here again.

Our only suggestion is to add an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Pirate Villas. The location was perfect as we could go into town easily or make the short trip to Secret Beach easily. The space was plentiful for the two of us. I especially enjoyed the plunge pool after a long day out exploring. The view of the lagoon was perfect as well! We would definitely stay here again! We were greeted warmly every day by staff attending to the property. And we especially liked that we’re were not in a resort and got more of the true feel of being on Ambergris Caye.

Check in was delayed 2hours, because no one was at the property at check in time. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The water in the bathroom is well water and has a sulfur smell, a cooler with purified water was provided. The plunge pool was a plus.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The place was filthy! The bed was not even made, there were dirty dishes in the sink and the guy who owns it never even came downstairs to greet us even after his disabled brother who apparently lives on the middle floor yelled up to him that his renters were there.
The listing also boasts of a restaurant & bar on site which are and have been closed down for quite some time and the guy makes no apologies for this!
We want a refund… we did not even stay there because we were not going to sleep in a dirty bed or wash someone else’s dishes on our vacation… my anniversary vacation at that!
We had zero communication with the owner other than asking for the final payment leading up to the scheduled and paid for in full stay in a 3rd world country and this person should not be allowed to rent their properties o.n this platform!

Ok place. No air conditioning in bedroom, had to blow cool from living/kitchen area into bedroom and no maid maid serve the whole week stay. Did have plenty of towels and wash cloths. Clogged kitchen sink day one. Staff resolved sink issue quickly.

Great location on the lagoon north of the bridge. We spent quality tim we in the very private plunge pool and deck. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. We didn’t even need the air conditioning due to the constant breeze. Bed was firm and comfortable. Villa had everything we needed. Brandon even came by with coconuts for us.

We are in are 50’s and have traveled to AC many times. My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights. This villa is so perfect in regards to location, price, and views. We had our coffee on the deck every morning, the views of the lagoon side are gorgeous!! Very private, clean, and quite. The plunge pool is amazing for two people!! I would have no complaints, except no A/C in bedroom. Bring lots of bug spray!! Thank you to the owners for an awesome stay!!

We had a lovely stay with Marisha and Jason. Fantastic customer service and an absolutely lovely place.
The interior is so charming and plenty big enough for two. We loved the plunge pool and used it daily. The bugs were quite bad while we were there, but we found multiple cans of bug spray that had been left behind. That was a bonus.
Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot just about a mile past the bridge at the north end of town. It’s very private out on a small peninsula with lagoon on either side. The plunge pool was awesome actually big enough for a little swim. Well appointed kitchen but you need to bring oil and spices if you need to cook.
Sitting on the deck by the pool with the lagoon view was relaxing. Live Music wafting across the water from a decent restaurant was also nice. The apartment is huge which is refreshing for Belize.

The only complaint we have is that we found the bed very hard. A great private spot to spend time together. The pool was clean and well maintained. The location was good for going to both ends of the island. House was well furnished.

This place is absolutely stunning! Much better than the pictures in the listing showed! It is clean, quiet, private, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The pool and deck were incredible! Very private and great views of the lagoon, especially at sunset! Judy took care of all of our needs while we were there, including giving us a fan because there is no AC in the bedroom. With the fan and bedroom door open, the room got pretty cool from the living room AC. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is absolutely stunning! Much better than the pictures in the listing showed! It is clean, quiet, private, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The pool and deck were incredible! Very private and great views of the lagoon, especially at sunset! Judy took care of all of our needs while we were there, including giving us a fan because there is no AC in the bedroom. With the fan and bedroom door open, the room got pretty cool from the living room AC. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is ideal in that it is away from the noise of the town but only a few minutes away on a golf cart. Likewise you are in a good location to head out to explore the north side of the island including Secret Beach. The owners are very responsive and helped set me up with locals to do fishing, snorkeling and an ATV tour. A wonderful stay.

Wow. Where do I start.. we showed up at the villa not knowing what to expect at all it was my wife and I first time to Belize and this place Blew our minds… everything was so unique and nice.. the views every morning sitting drinking coffee outside of the lagoon. Pirates restaurant makes some unreal dishes and the margaritas can’t be beat! Inside the villa is full of anything you need and decor you can’t get bored of looking at.. the bed is 12/10 some of the best sleeps I’ve ever had.. Jason and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed! Thanks again guys I can promise you be seeing this face back there sooner than later!

Since the property is on the lagoon side of the island, it is nicely secluded from the busier beach side of the island. The property is located not too far north of the bridge, which allows it to be away from the busy town, but a quick golf cart drive to the town.
With this, you will want to get a cart for travel.
