This property had the most beautiful ocean front view with a wrap around balcony. The design of the condo is so very beautiful and has so much potential to present much better, especially for the cost and marketing as a luxury condo. While we were there, we ran into a minor issue with the garage door opener. Luckily, Cathy, the property manager, was quick to respond and provided us with a replacement without delay.
On the downside, we found the cleanliness of the property to be a bit lacking. The furniture was heavily stained, dining room chairs broken, cupboards were dirty, and the floors were in need of a good scrub. In fact, we ended up buying a Swiffer to give the floors a thorough cleaning ourselves. We also think there was mold on the vents.
We want to stay at this complex again, but just a different condo.

We loved staying at 501 Ocean Beach Condo. We have stayed there on 5 different occassions. We appreciate the size and location of the property. Also love the parking.The pool is ridiculously small but we love the beach so it is not a problem for us.The furniture is not in good shape - very dirty couch which should be cleaned or replaced. The little pineapple lamp is on its last leg. The dining room chairs have many loose legs. Outdoor couch is dirty and the furniture is large. The entertainment center has many broken parts.With that being said, it is still a great place to stay.

This is our 3rd stay over the last 4 years. We fell in love immediately with wraparound ocean view porch (perfect for a midday nap!). The kitchen is large and great for a long stay for our family of five. The bedrooms are lovely and it’s just a quick hop over a dune on a private boardwalk to the beach. My only comment is the master en-suite bath has only a half wall to separate it from the bed (a king!) and i do wish there was a area rug for the living room and not just under the dining table. We definitely will be back again next year!!

Biggest thing was broken stove top not repaired during stay. In addition toaster broken, one of dining table chair legs broken, latch broken on master bedroom sliding door. Really owner should reimburse us for some of expenses of stay. Our cooking plans changed a lot after discovery of broken stovetop. Location is the best. Size of condo is great. With the price could be more generous with toilet paper;one roll per bathroom. No hand soap. Very cheap paper towels. Didn't touch thermostat as setting was perfect. View and balcony perfect. Would stay again if owner compensated us for cooking troubles.

We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once.
We're ready to go back!

Everything was very nice except we didn't have a key for the front doors to use the elevator so if we walked somewhere we had to either use the stairs to the first floor elevator or carry the garage door opener with us. But the location made up for it.

We (a couple of girlfriends and I) in December, unfortunately during a bad storm - we had four days of high winds and rain, making it impossible to use that amazing balcony. The last two days of our stay WERE sunny, and we took full use of it - just amazing views from it.We stayed in this condo about 7 years ago, and found it not quite as well taken care of as previously. After one day of dirty feet, we wore shoes/flip flops for the remainder of our stay. No guides on how to use the TV; a dead bug above the coffee pot, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Still, the condo is lovely and comfortable - just needs a little more tender loving care, we think. And did I mention that balcony??!! We LOVE that balcony.

The condo was very roomy. We had our Family Thanksgiving. The kitchen could use more skillets, and better ccokware. The pool was not heated. The access to the beach was great. The view from the massive deck was fabulous.

Our Family gathered in Cocoa to celebrate a birthday. We rented this top floor condo on the beach because it’s a smaller building and nearby to everything and everyone we like in Cocoa. The condo met our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family with three bedrooms, ample space in the living/ dining room and outside wrap around deck on the ovean. The communication with the agent Cathy was excellent and I have to say that she was most friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, Beach stuff, comfortable beds, updated appliances, peace and quiet. The furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs but All in all an excellent week. We’d come back for sure. Thank You Cathy!

It was really nice. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night).The beds were comfortable. The front door lock is a little touchy but can be figured out. The view is beautiful and the huge wrap around balcony was great. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs left by other guests and private easy access to the beach. During our stay there were also many towels which was nice for our large family. My family really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints from us.

Pictures look amazing, as they are supposed to, that is what marketing is for. Many things in the condo are quite beat up including trim/molding, floor, and furniture. We did not have power to one bedroom (breaker was tripped and would not reset. No lights, tv, outlets etc.) Only 1/2 of toaster worked in kitchen . Let property manager know 1st of our stay and still have gotten no response 8 days later. Elevator was broke for 1-2 days of our stay which left stairs as only option. Master bed was a disaster and lumpy. TV's and remotes were a nightmare to use. Kitchen, balcony, showers were all very nice, as pictured. Communication with management has been disappointing. I would not recommend this until based on cost and lack of communication with management.

Lovely property, with a great view. Unit is in need of some general routine maintenance, small items nothing major but it would improve the overall stay (ex. Legs on some dining room chairs were wobbly so we didn't sit on, pull out bed was broken and air bed had holes in them)

Positives:The location is awesome! Hard to beat. The underground Parking was great. The size of the unit is spacious and the views were amazing. Great washer and dryer as well. The porch is large with plenty of seating... unbeatable.Negatives:Everything inside seems dated and old. Needs new sheets, furniture, fixtures, etc. It has inflatable mattresses but they have holes. The unit has beach chairs and body boards which are broken or rusty. Most dishes seemed clean but others were suspect. The unit is in need of some serious TLC. Because of this, you don't come away with a super clean feeling. With a new face lift, the unit can be spectacular.

Nice condo with amazing views. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. They had lots of sand toys and chairs. It was very nicely decorated. The location was great. Near many good restaurants and grocery stores. The condo needs some attention as furniture in the living room was stained and the pans in the kitchen are virtually unusable due to rust and peeling coating.

Loved the condo. Great views, we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony! Very spacious, clean and the main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The guest beds left our guest looking for extra blankets to pad them with and they even ordered a mattress topper for one of the beds. One of the bedrooms was lacking air circulation, hot. Thank goodness a box fan was supplied. The location could not be better! Walking distance to everything. Brando's Italian Restaurant across the street is a must! Garage parking was a plus.

The condo is in the perfect location with amazing views. It would’ve been helpful if there were instructions on how to work the TV, there were 3 remotes and couldn’t get it to work. The condo needs a lot of repairs as there were some damaged appliances. The microwave was broken and didn’t realize the one in the laundry room was there to use since the one in the kitchen was broken until the last day. The balcony sliding door handle was broken so if you closed the door it was almost impossible to open. Also you might want to check the AC unit, there was a lot of mold around the unit and on the vents. We were all sneezing and had stuffy noses while in the condo.

Condo was nice and roomy. Beach and ocean were beautiful even with baby shark that kept showing up. Shark was a big attraction and had every pout of water to take pictures. Swimmers enjoyed looking and shortly after went right back in ocean to play.

Pros- great location and view, very spacious, small complex with easy access.Cons - Ice maker not connected, no ice bucket or ice tray, had to go out and buy ice, refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived on Saturday, had to buy ice & ice chest to keep food cold. Called property mgr, was told she would contact maintenance but it would be Monday before someone would come to check it. Never heard from anyone. King bed very firm, almost hard and TV in master had not been programed. Pool is very small.

The property was exactly as pictured and the balcony and view could never be in a picture as spectacular as it was to experience. It was clean with everything you needed in the kitchen and bedding. The WiFi and cable were all in place. Customer service was fast and friendly, a question asked was quickly addressed. There were many items to be used at the beach and beach towels. One most important thing was we felt safe in the neighborhood and on the property. Stores and restaurants were all in walking distance. We do not have one thing to say about our stay there but thank you for keeping it so nice. .
