Great location, beautiful views. Plenty of room for 7 of us and the 3.5 bathrooms were a plus, including 2 private masters. The house was generally clean but bathrooms were a bit grimy and the couches were disgusting. This house is a “working home” for sure and was sparse as far as decor and lamps…There were hardly any lamps/lighting! Kitchen could use a few more pots and coffee cups. But we had a great stay and was easy access with both garage and front door codes. Pool right across, lovely balconies. The garage spot was great as well. Would consider this place again, esp knowing what I need to bring next time.

The house was generally unclean. Floors we sticky, countertops were dirty with both dust and caked on substances, and furniture to include coaches and chairs had not been cleaned for a very long time. While the house was nice because it allowed pets, it was clearly not well maintained and more likely setup for college spring breakers and bachelor parties vs a place I would take a family. I asked the staff to assist with cleaning the house and they were not responsive and didn’t help in the least. Besides the dining room table, the Furniture was disgusting. Coaches were stained and caked with grime and dirt. Beds and walls had dirt and scuff marks everywhere. Besides location and being pet friendly, this place was not worth the price.

There are some not-great reviews but I gave it five-stars factoring in that it's a dog-friendly place. There were a couple downsides, like lots of scuffs on the walls, a broken toilet seat patched up with packing tape, and a less than ideal curtain situation, but overall considering that dogs are allowed it's great. It didn't smell like dog. The location was lovely, set back from Coastal Highway and walkable to restaurants, minigolf, and beach. Seven adults and one kid slept very comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. Recommend bringing your own cooking supplies if you want anything specific but the basics were there. It's a nice new place with a few cosmetic issues but we had a great time and would definitely come back.

This property has a lot of plusses - the view, the location, the garage, the pool, ease of entry and the basic amenities are great. We struggled with details - missing and burned out lightbulbs, broken toilet seat, low water pressure in the shower, dirty cookware and floors, missing curtain panels (privacy concerns), missing toilet paper holders, broken towel rack. It's a great property, it just needs some TLC.

Read other recent reviews. I should have! The property has a gorgeous corner view of the bay but that is the only good thing. The owner clearly takes no pride in the property. The floors were sticky and the furniture and draperies worn and stained. The screen doors were broken as were the toilet paper holders. The decor is worn, cheap and tacky. I was mortified when we walked in. It was VERY expensive. Do not recommend. I was embarrassed.

Nice place but needs updating. It was cleaned by cleaners but the sofa was old and dirty, pretty worn out. The walls were scuffed. Although the rest of the house was clean, the overall look and feel of everything made it seem dirty. Most of the pillows needed replaced - they were flat. Nice location, close to everything. Overall, would not rebt again unless it was upkept.

The property was clean. It was nice. It was Roomy my only issue is that we paid for late check out and some woman walked into the house at 10:30 in the morning to clean it scared the crap out of my kid and family.

The house is beautiful and located in a great area of Ocean City. Restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, and the beach are within walking distance. The neighbors are friendly and the pool is great for kids. The house does need an update on the furniture. The sofa is worn and the dining room set chairs needs replacing. One was broke and could cause injury to someone. The silverware and plates were plentiful, but the pots and pans needs replacing. Other than that, a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Broad Marsh 113e review 4/20/22
Excellent location, very nice place, clean. Lots of room for large family and dogs. Love that Vacasa provides linens. My only complaint is bedrooms need TVs dvds. And lamps on bed stands so you don’t have to use overhead lights. And probably biggest complaint is the kitchen needs stocked better. There were no glasses at all, I had to buy plastic cups. Only 1 serving bowl, and no where near enough silverware. Especially if you had the 11 people it holds. I would stay there again, but come better equipt with kitchen ware

Dirty and in disrepair.
This house is filthy including the carpets and furniture. Lamps, fans, beds, blinds are broken or missing. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking. I was absolutely ashamed to bring my family and friends into this home. You must have shoes on to walk on the carpets and bring blankets to place over the furniture before sitting. Also, the ice maker makes 2 cubes per day. We stayed there 4 nights for Jeep Week. DISGUSTING.

Ocean City Nice view
I loved the home, view and proximity from attractions, restaurants and outlets. loved the layout of the home. Only downside was entry to the home and kitchen pots and pans not to mention ants in the front entry. Overall a great stay. Didnt want to go home. Searching for next vacation city

Spacious and carefully cleaned. Good location. It was nice to have a pool. But the rugs are filthy and the couches are soiled and stained. The downstairs bedroom has ants.

Dirty sheets
I stayed here with about 10 other friends a few weekends ago and the sleeping arrangements were not good. The bed sheets had stains, hair from previous people staying there and the pillows were very worn and had stains too. That was in the downstairs bedroom. In the master bedroom there was hair in our bed as well as a garbage bag full of dirt pillows in the closet. Its a nice place but I would re think how this property is cleaned.

Nice house, great location within walking distance to so much. The kitchen and bedrooms were very tidy, couches could use a cleaning, but otherwise house was neat and clean. Seamless check-in and checkout. This was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, I would stay again if vacationing in OC, MD.

Pleasant Stay
Very spacious & clean, great location. Patio seating provided but not reflected in photo. Would've been nice not to travel with our own had we known. Only BR television not functional. Not a cable issue, no issues with cable/tv in LR. All in all would consider staying again under the right circumstances.

Its really nice, but
Everything was super clean and comfy but its time for a repaint. The walls have marks from top to bottom from furniture and things rubbing and hitting them. Other than that it was just insignificant things that were wrong. The house is lovely, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is nice, and the bathrooms are super clean, other than the master bathroom needs a new toilet seat.

Ruined vacation
On our first night fire alarms went off at 11:15 pm for 1 1/2 hours. We called customer service 3 times who assured they would help and did nothing, never even called us back. We had young children crying and neighbors complaining. We finally called fire department who helped us. We walked into a filthy garage and the house was in bad need of paint and fixing. Things broken, i.e., dishwasher, fan, screen and one TV in 4 bedrooms which didn’t work. When I called customer service I just got switched from person to person placating me, This was a family vacation we will never forget. They have a lot of nerve charging what they did for that house and the lack of assistance given.

Overall - Great stay
Everything was great. Check in was super easy and we were even able to get in before 4! Corner townhouse and looked exactly like it did on the app. The only recommendations we had is to paint the walls (there were scuffs all over) even though that didn’t really bother us, it would look a lot nicer. Also, more cleaning supplies would be helpful. No mop in the house so it was difficult to get the floors cleaned. Other than that, everything else was great. Balcony could use some more furniture and cops patrolled the neighborhood often so beware if you have a rowdy group. Also, the rug underneath the kitchen table could use a cleaning! Would definitely stay here again

Not clean and broken items
Vents were not cleaned, stairwells sticky, dishwasher was gross, and plates had a film on them. Broken stair rails, sliding glass door, fans and lights, and glass broken around the garage.

Great for a business travel group
The property was spacious and quite comfortable. Perfect for a group traveling together for business. Everyone had their privacy and it was a nice retreat at the end of the work day. Great choice!

Beautiful Home Great Location
Very nice and quiet community right off the main road (Ocean Blvd) close to plenty of food and stores within walking distance. Spacious enough for our group of eight. House comes with extras/goodies to use on trips to the beach like chairs, blankets, inflatable toys for kids. The pool is an extra bonus. We had a great time cooking meals and enjoying the week.

The house had a great layout. Perfect location. walk to beaches, restaurants ice cream and all activities! Could have had curtains other than sheer in master bedroom and living room but otherwise it was nice. Decor was just ok.

The townhouse had lots of the amenities we needed for our stay! It was a nice bright atmosphere and a short walk to the beach. The dishwasher wasn't draining the first day we were there, so it was unusable. They came very quickly to fix it!! We would come back for sure!

Amazing!!
Beautiful place and location. House was etremely nice & clean and very accommodating for our large group. Tons of room for parking and best of all, the process was so easy! I booked and did everything online, and received more than enough information About my stay before, during, and after the trip. Great place, and great price. Can't wait to come back!!
