Location was very nice. We loved that there was a pool and that it was right on the beach. It was close to groceries, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Glad the condo offers at least one parking spot. FYI - additional guests can only park across the street and down a block. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Communication and check in were very easy.

Building if perfectly located close to everything. Nicely equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again in the future

Location is great and owners are quick to respond. We had to check out early because of undisclosed construction noise. Cleanliness was poor and I sent pictures to the owners. The pull out couch had food, trash and stains on the mattress. The picture of the balcony on VRBO is not current. They do not show the A/C unit that is in the balcony and it is large and unsightly. We did get a portion of our money back for the cancellation due to the noise. One of the owners was not pleasant to speak with. VRBO was great in handling the situation for us and they have all the pictures of the cleanliness issues.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The property owner reached out ahead of time to let us know about possible construction noise. There was very little noise when they were working and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Cheryl was very easy to work with and is very responsive. The condo was very clean when we got there. It is in a great location for all of your shopping needs and restaurants are close by. The place was well stocked with things we needed. The pool was great and it was nice to have the beach so close. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our week at Cheryl’s condo! She was always very quick to respond to any questions and thorough in her responses. She reached out to us months before our trip to let us know about construction going on in the building, which we really appreciated. It was no inconvenience at all during our week there. There were several really nice beach chairs, coolers ect to use, which was a huge help! The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Furniture and beds were all really comfortable. There is only one elevator in the building and could be slow sometimes, but there were steps right outside the condo door. It was so nice just having a short walk to the pool or beach!

The condo was right on the water, so it was very convenient to run back to if needed. It was fully stocked with everything we could need and the owners were very quick in responding. I would highly recommend.

Property was perfect, clean, spacious, and perfect for the beach. Had pool to rinse off from beach, beach was a short walk.

Everything about this condo is great! The view of the intracoastal waterway is gorgeous! We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely be back again! Condo has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! Owner is great to work with also!

We have stayed at this complex for many years, and this is without a doubt our favorite unit. It is very clean and updated with everything that you would need including an 80 inch TV for those days of rain. The owner is fantastic to work with and is willing to go above and beyond to make our stay great. One of the best experiences I have ever had using Vrbo or any other rental application.

This condo gives you the view of the waterway where our daughters spotted some dauphins. We enjoyed our morning coffee out here while we prepared our day for the pool and the beach. The pool is in the sun all day with many chairs available. The complex is right on the beach with access just steps from the pool. Literally just steps!!! Was easy to enjoy both the pool and beach all day before heading out to great eateries and shops that are all up and down this area. From Indian rocks to Treasure island it was an easy drive and access. We enjoyed the location, pool, and beach the most with this property.

We loved the area and the condo was great! The description was spot on. Being right on the beach was amazing and convenient. We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful time in Indian shores if you are interested in a beautiful clean not crowded but close to everything beach this is for you the condo is beautiful and right on the beach Cheryl is great very attentive and quick to respond! She had thought of everything you might need when you are away from home including box fans which we loved and use at home to sleep for white noise!!! It was s great week and ended too soon will definitely be booking this place again

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, silverware, etc. Great location, with grocery and drug stores close by. Just steps to the beach. Nice pool area. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice, clean and great decor. The owner was easy to reach for questions and very helpful. The only thing we were confused about was the parking. There is only one parking spot for this condo and we saw in the description where there is another parking area across the way and it was free but it was always full. The other parking sounded like it was right across the road but that area you see in the picture is more parking for the other owners in the condos. You have to use the pay for parking a little further down the road at a boat launch / park. It's $2.00 per day. Other than that everything was exactly as described. On another note to all renters.... Please be respectful of the owners items they have for your use. There were 5 beach chairs but three were rusted and broke due to other renters sitting in the salt water with them. Be respectful and only sit in the sand. Thank you again to the owners for letting us rent your awesome condo! We will be back! :)

Comfortable condo, good pool, excellent beach assess. Noise from road was to much. Could not sit on deck overlooking canal. Could hear road loud in living room. No paper supplies included including Garbage bags and TP. Supplied with one of each. I have never stayed in a VRBO where this was not supplied. No ziplock no paper towels no TP etc.

Clean condo. Cheryl was very accessable and helpful. Nice location. A little bit of noise from the road but tolerable. Figured out the TV but really need instructions. Only 1 elevator witch makes it a little slow to use. Overall a good experience.

This condo is lovely, well equipped and is as appears in the photos. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. It is convenient to restaurants and John's Pass. The property fronts on the gulf, which is terrific. This condo, and balcony, fronts on the intercostal, also beautiful. But there is a four lane blvd between the condo and the intercoastal. It is very busy which made it very loud; even with the door closed. This aspect of the property was not discernible from any of the photos, nor was it mentioned in any of the many reviews I read. This was disappointing, and why I gave three stars regarding accuracy of the online listing. All else was lovely.

This condo is very spacious and well stocked. Almost anything you need outside of beach and ocean, is within one mile of its central location. Cheryl is a very accommodating host who has decorated her condo beautifully. The heated pool is very nice also. You will see many boats on the intercoastal from the large balcony. *****

The condo was just as described. Very nicely decorated. The bathrooms could updated, but all in all it was very nice and a great location to everything. The owner (Cheryl) was easy to get in touch with and even brought a new Keurig to us when the one in the unit stopped working. Would definitely rent here again.
