Nuestro condominio en Daytona Beach tiene una vista ESPECTACULAR del Océano Atlántico y las playas de arena blanca de la "mundialmente famosa" Daytona Beach. NUEVO azulejo, gabinetes, hardware, pintura, etc. NUEVA RENOVACIÓN se completó en la cocina con NUEVOS gabinetes y NUEVOS electrodomésticos para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten. Tenemos pisos NUEVOS en todo el condominio, así como alfombras NUEVAS en las dos habitaciones. Toallas, sábanas, edredones e incluso almohadas, se reemplazan constantemente en todo el condominio para garantizar que todos y cada uno de nuestros huéspedes tengan un hogar limpio y cómodo mientras permanecen como nuestros huéspedes. A pesar de que empleamos un servicio de limpieza, al menos una vez cada dos meses viajamos al condominio para hacer una limpieza a fondo en rincones y grietas que a veces se pasan por alto. Esta atención al detalle hace de este condominio uno de los más limpios disponibles.

El condominio está completamente amueblado con una cocina espaciosa y completamente equipada. Hay una cama king size en la suite principal con 2 gemelos en la habitación de huéspedes que se pueden juntar si es necesario para formar una cama king. También se proporciona un área de picnic privada frente al mar para el uso de nuestros huéspedes. Aquí puede hacer una barbacoa en la parrilla de gas mientras contempla el océano Atlántico. También se proporcionan mesas de picnic en el área de picnic. Hay 2 saunas y un gimnasio. El condominio está ubicado en el piso 10 y es una unidad final, por lo que las vistas son despejadas y espectaculares. First, I just want to say how amazing Donna was! She checked in with us every step of the way to make sure our vacation would be as enjoyable as possible & kept us up to date with anything we needed to know about. This is our favorite condo building to stay in Daytona so far. Great location, great view from the balcony. The condo was wonderful & made it feel like we were at home & comfortable for the week. Hope to see be back soon!

The property was hard to find (we did not see a sign like the other buildings in the area had). Due to renovations to the building, the balcony was closed for the duration and the pool was closed until Monday afternoon, though there was easy access to the beach next door. The view was great. The refrigerator quit working on Sunday but the repair man came out the next morning. It rained almost every day but we (daughter, three grandkids and my great granddaughter) still enjoyed the amenities.

Easy to check in. Loved the gated parking garage. The condo has great views of the ocean and the river. They had some work going on to the building witch the owner let me know up front. She was very nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. The beds were really comfortable witch is a must for my family. We will stay hear again on our next visit.

Property located on 10th floor with nice water view. Arrival was a problem, as it was a cold, and windy night. There was no number on the doo, and the key was hard to use. ..we were unsure if we’d found the correct condo. Once in there was a very strong smell, which lasted almost a week, even with windows open . The king bed was extremely uncomfortable.. we like a firm mattress, and this was so soft that I rolled into my husband all night, and had to sleep in the other room.for the entire 2 weeks. If these issues were corrected, the place would be great, as another issue, regarding the internet was handled very efficiently, and the problem was completely resolved.

The condo had everything we needed, from assigned parking, gas grill, hot tub, shuffle board, beautiful view of the ocean and the Halifax River, close to our favorite restaurants, and wonderful family time at the beach! We also did a bio luminescent kayak tour in Titusville! Highly recommend it! Donna, thanks for all of your communications and for sharing your condo with us!

Sun, Sand and Fun!
The condo was awesome, it had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter LOL!! We had a great time and Donna and Marks condo really made the trip. The location was really great, having an assigned parking space made it even better. We loved the balcony and being able to enjoy morning coffee out there to get our day started. Oh we even got to see a Falcon 9 launch when we were there! Donna and Mark...Thank you so much for having and sharing your condo with our family we loved it and will defiantly stay there again your condo made the trip!

The condo is very nice. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances and beach items. It was close to shops and restaurants. The beach and pool was not crowded during our stay. We really enjoyed having beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels provided so we didn't have to bring our own.

This was the perfect place for our annual beach trip. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we could have asked for and more. The maintenance manager Ed and the office manager Beth were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

This was our first time in Daytona Beach Shores, and it was wonderful...so relaxing! We had a great experience staying at Mark & Donna's Sand Dollar condo. From the very beginning of the registration process, we were impressed with Donna's communication . We've rented other VRBO properties (and have always had positive experiences), but Donna truly went above and beyond. She made sure we had all the information we needed about the condo and the area. We've never had an owner actually be interested in talking with us by phone. That was a really nice touch. The condo did not disappoint. It had everything we needed for the week. The location is perfect. Having the option of the beach or the pool was a plus. This property is well-kept and everyone staying there was friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return to this condo or even try Mark & Donna's condo on Anna Maria Island. It was a great experience. Thank you.

My favorite part was the view. It is gorgeous. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony in the morning and being able to see the sunset in the evening. Donna was was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was probably the best VRBO experience we have had so far.

The condo was everything we expected. It was clean and comfy. The location was good, close to lots of good restaurants. It had everything we needed. The management was very friendly and helpful and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and was as described and then some. We appreciated the beach and fishing gear that was included. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Would highly recommend. We will be back next year for our vacation.

Cleanest was incredibly! Most condos usually have some cobwebs in the corner or paper left in places but not this one! They literally have everything there that you need them cook with! We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset Views!
We spent Thanksgiving week in this beautiful condo, which is very well maintained, with the best views of sunrise and sunset! The balcony location on the 10th floor was a great spot for morning coffee, occasional views of dolphins, and getting a birds eye view of antique cars cruising up and down Atlantic Avenue. During the day and early evening, there can be some traffic noise from Atlantic Avenue, but the views and affordability of the condo outweighed this one negative aspect about the location. Donna is an excellent hostess, who communicated throughout our rental process to make sure everything was in order. If you love the lively atmosphere in Daytona Beach Shores, we highly recommend this spacious condo for an affordable and enjoyable family vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo! Donna was great! She stayed in touch with me right up until our trip. She recommended local restaurants and things to do. This condo is very spacious with lots of cute beachy decor. Plus, it came with everything we needed. The view is absolutely amazing!! You can see the ocean and the river! Beautiful Condo
We absolutely loved this condo! Donna was great! She stayed in touch with me right up until our trip. She recommended local restaurants and things to do. This condo is very spacious with lots of cute beachy decor. Plus, it came with everything we needed. The view is absolutely amazing!! You can see the ocean and the river! Sunrises & sunsets ❤🧡 We will definitely stay here again!

Very Lucky! Our first VRBO experience: Looking for the 6th STAR**
Not just a condo, it's a home! Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything I needed that wasn't supplied by Hosts. Donna was so thorough with all amenities, supplies, instructions, condo regulations and procedures etc. We were surrounded by great homeowners, other guests, maintenance and management. Donna truly goes the extra mile! Great location! I can still close my eyes and feel the cool breeze, hear the waves, smell the ocean, see the moon and the sun rise from the east and the sun set from the west of the balcony. Heavenly...we will definitely be back. Again, thank you Donna and Mark for everything you offer. Your previous reviews, pricing and guidance is what got us sold to book with you. Your attention to detail and satisfying your guests is what will bring us back. Cheers to you both and God Bless!
