Este complejo más exclusivo en Rincón, es una villa de estilo mediterráneo de tres pisos, totalmente amueblada y equipada, de 2,800 pies cuadrados con aire acondicionado, cómoda cocina, comedor, sala de estar y terraza en el primer y tercer piso. Esta increíble villa frente a la playa con acceso directo a la playa está a tiro de piedra de la hermosa playa de Antonio y cerca de muchas de las playas más hermosas de Rincón. Este complejo residencial de 145 acres cerrado frente al mar tiene dos millas de playa privada y está cerca del centro de Rincón y Aguada. A pocos minutos se encuentran restaurantes, actividades y tiendas.

Everything was exactly as it appeared and then dramatically better! The house was gorgeous, spotless, and so well-equipped. You are literally a short couple of minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet with very few people around. There are also so many things to do around the property with the bikes, the kayaks, the beach chairs, the sand play toys, the tennis rackets, the pickleball set, basketball, volleyball. The location is excellent and nice to be in a gated villa. We felt so safe and secure. There is an amazing upper level patio with such a great setup and view of the stars and the oceans. It is also well-stocked with lots of furniture and an amazing grill set up with a sink. We loved playing a murder mystery game up there! It was the best set up! There were tons of kitchen utensils and appliances like a blender, toaster, sandwich press. The showers and bathrooms were great! So nice to have three bathrooms and two showers, plus the outdoor shower to remove the sand. The beds are so comfy and there were tons of towels and beach towels. I could not be happier with the place. And Marco was so kind to text us different activities with complete directions on how to get to places. He was very attentive to our questions. Don't miss out on this excellent stay!

This house is filled with fun stuff to do. You walk in and are greeted with a fun sound system, a huge collection of beach and water toys, video and board games, several TVs throughout and a terrace on the roof with grill and nice view. We were definitely able to find stuff to do in the house while we were there and also enjoyed walking to a lovely restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, the rocky beach made it difficult to enjoy the water close to the house, so we had to walk farther down to Sandy Beach or drive to a safer beach for water time fun.

If we could give a 10 rating we would!!
From the moment we walked in the door it felt like home! Every room is so beautifully decorated! There is a Sonos music system as soon as you enter. The LR couches are extremely comfortable & soft! The side room is equipped with bicycles,& boogie boards for use. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything that you would need! Marco & Magda even left a bottle of wine, coffee & a case of water for us! That was such a beautiful, welcoming touch! The 3 bedrooms are a flight upstairs & each room was so beautiful & very, very comfortable! I felt like I was at a bed and breakfast! Each room had a small balcony attached. The MB had the most beautiful view of the ocean! Beds were extremely comfortable! The entire place was CLEAN! Bathrooms were very spacious! There were plenty of towels as we were a party of 6. There were also plenty of beach towels! Laundry room had everything! Another flight up led to the full terrace overlooking the beautiful ocean!! There were patio chairs, a couch & a grill! We were only there for 3 nights, 2 full days. We went to many beaches & our favorites were Survival Beach, Playa LaLa & Gozalandia Waterfalls! Many restaurants and Panaderia's! Beautiful property & got to use the pool! Marco & Magda were very gracious giving us ideas of what to do. They are SUPER hosts, so very wonderful throughout our stay & thereafter! Attention to detail throughout! We would absolutely return! We cannot say enough wonderful things!

The house is very comfortable and the host/hostess had thought of everything when it came to activities. Cooler, snorkel gear,etc. plenty of umbrellas outside for shade and plenty of seating. We loved it.

We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas. The beach was beautiful but we were told to be careful due to riptides which made us pretty cautious . Thank you Marco for your wonderful hospitality .

All the reviews about how communicative Marco is and how perfectly located and clean the villa is are 100% correct. Marco is an excellent host who proactively shares information. And the villa is so well stocked with everything we needed. Plus, it’s immediately adjacent the tidal pool section of the beach. Rincon is a short drive away, but you can walk to several restaurants via a shortcut along the beach (bring a headlamp and keep an eye on the tide).

We stayed at Villa Nicky with some friends. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. Marco sent me an email with all the information and some recommendations for stops along the way. He texted me a few times during the stay with recommendations of places to see. We loved our stay at Villa Nicky it was absolutely amazing.

We were so impressed with everything about this villa and the location! We divided our trip and spent 3 days on the east side and 4 on the west. This was hands down the best place! The beach is beautiful and just a short walk across the lawn to access. The entire property is well kept and secure. Marco was the “host with the most”! He sent us links to places in the area to visit and tips on surfing beaches, water quality, etc. The villa was so clean and well appointed-they really have thought of everything! I’m not sure when or if we will return to Puerto Rico-but we would definitely stay here again!

This home was simply beautiful. Everything about our stay at VillaNicky was perfect. Marco communicated very well prior to our arrival and gave us many recommendations for the area. The house had everything we needed for spending time at the beach or a raining afternoon at the house. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to enjoy swimming and playing in the waves. This was our first trip to Rincon and would definitely stay here again when we return.

Property was clean, roomy and overall accomidate all 7 guests comfortably. Hosts offer many ammenities and location is great. Beautiful views and must add, the restaraunt Conazo across the street from complex had the best food. No concerns with security and hosts were very accomodating and caring. Better than any hotel and would recommend this property again and again.

What a perfect spot for friends and kids! The location was a quick drive into Rincon for restaurants and shopping, but was nice and quiet at the house, and right on the beach. There were so many little things in the house that were great for our toddler (toys, high chair, beach toys, pack and play) and it made our lives much easier. We loved having snorkeling gear and boogie boards available too. We tried kayaking but the waves clobbered us so we skipped that one. It was very clean, there are instructions for all the appliances, and communication with the hosts was super easy. It was absolutely worth it!

This was our first time in PR and we couldn't have started the adventure off in a better location. Marco was amazing with numerous helpful tips from restaurants to local places to visit. We had great weather and filled the mornings with excursions and the afternoons with beach time. The beach is literally steps away from the home, and everyone in the complex and in town are very friendly. Marco's home is spotless and literally every detail is covered. The beach area is very private, and there is a protected area with shallow waters for young children to more wave-action for our older kids who wanted to boogie board and body surf. Also, NO biting insects! It was a relaxing vacation and would highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing from the booking to the final day!! Marco communicated every step of the way even sending me information on things to do while we were there. The house was perfect and only steps from the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Location and accommodations were great. Nothing like walking the beach with your coffee in the morning, finding sea glass or stopping at a local restaurant. The top floor kitchen and deck with view were excellent as well. All stores and attractions in Rincon are 10 minutes away. Marco kept in communication during our entire visit and gave us helpful information throughout. A very thoughtful host. Definitely recommend this property!

Villa Nicky is a fantastic property on the outskirts of Rincon, close Rio Grande/Aguada. The house was perfect for our family. We really appreciated the boogie boards and beach toys and other touches - there are plenty of towels, a cooler, etc for beach days.
The Rincon beaches are typically for surfing in fall and winter. However, there is a natural pool, protected by a reef, right by the house. We swam and played there every day.
The hosts were very helpful and communicative. There were power outages in the area which did affect us because the house is on solar!

We always look forward to staying in Marco and Magda's Villa. We've stayed here for the past 3 years and it is always an excellent experience. It is perfect to disconnect, to enjoy quality time with the family and just steps away from the beach. The villa is also spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you need. What more can you ask for? Looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing!
This property is beyond amazing! A magical location of sun and beach. A quiet, safe, secluded location perfect for rest and relaxation. The house was welcoming with surround sound music and a bottle of wine waiting for us to relax upon arrival. The owners provided us with everything we could need to maximize our enjoyment! Great time! Great place! Would highly recommend staying here!! We look forward to coming back!

Amazing stay!
My family had a great stay (two adults and three teens). The home was beautiful, super clean, had everything we needed and more. Marco communicated quickly and even sent us directions to popular spots without even having to ask.
The location is perfect, directly on the beach and a short drive to other popular beaches like Crash Boat and Survival! We had a lot of fun at the pool and walking the property. My 16 year old son especially liked the PlayStation while relaxing after a long day beach hopping.

More than we expected!
The pictures do not do this place justice! Beautiful home, beautiful location with literally everything you need. Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels including beach towels, laundry detergent, after sun care, beach stuff, bikes, and even water! We stopped at Walmart and bought some of that stuff, but save yourself a trip, they have it!! Best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The Sonos music system is one of the best features and we never turned on a tv, but they have them. Had several great board games that we played with our teenagers at night. A wonderful experience and we will be back (I’m already looking at dates). The only thing that I’m not a fan of is that you cannot change the temperature on the a/c units at all. They were set at 75°, and it was fine in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room, but the “kids” room has tall ceilings and not a strong enough fan. That room was warm (and we kept all the curtains closed to keep the cool in…we’re from Houston, TX, so it’s the same weather there as home). The bathrooms are also warm as they do not have a/c. Just a heads up for anyone that would like control to either turn up or down your air. Other than that, everything was fantastic! We sat out by the beach every morning and evening listening to the waves and watching the surfers. It’s truly paradise!
