Great place for 1 of our party who could not handle stairs. Lots of room to spread out, play cards and get caught up on laundry. Walking distance to Wild Thyme, best dinners in Kanab! Nice shaded back patio for relaxing.

check-in progress was super smooth, the house has lots of beds enough to fit a large group. location is super convenient to all the nature spots around the area! neighborhood felt safe.

This property served our group perfectly! There was plenty of sleeping space, two gathering areas, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed. We were within driving distance of many great sites and activities. We were also able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and fun shops. Being able to come back and relax in a home after a long day of activities was awesome. And we loved being able to have our dog with us on this trip.

I selfishly don’t want to leave a good of a review. Because I don’t want make it harder for us to book it next year. But the place is amazing. Very comfortable. Very cozy. The location is phenomenal for visiting Kanab. It’s great location to the Grand Canyon to the hikes and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

This property gave us a great home base for our family of 8 to experience this beautiful area. We had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed. It was refreshing to have a basic supply of household needs instead of having to buy everything like extra toilet paper or dish soap. Great value and easy location. The house does show its age but that is easily outweighed by all the positives.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting Zion. The location was convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. It was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of.room for everyone to have space from hanging out in the den or sitting out front enjoying the evening. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

My second time at this place and again it didn’t disappoint. The place was very homey, the host very helpful & easily reached via text. We enjoyed every place of the house, especially the backyard with the fire pit. Location was so centered that we were able to visit Zion, Page Arizona, and other cool places in Kanab. Will definitely stay here again when in Kanab. Thank you to the amazing host

This is our second time staying at this home - there are 8 adults and we are with our greyhounds for the annual Sighthound Shivoo that is held in Kanab. The house is perfect. Great yard for the dogs and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone with all the comforts of home. Shannon is very responsive if we have questions and so easy to get hold of. So much better than a hotel!!!

I cannot emphasize how perfect this property was for a troop of Girl Scouts and chaperones to have as a home base for trips to Bryce Canyon and before our camping excursion to Zion National Park. Kanab is the perfect distance, the house is VERY conveniently located to grocery stores and (if you're not cooking) several restaurants. We were there on a Sunday, so not much open in the town itself, but most things were within walking distance. The most important thing was the AMPLE space for my scouts to spread out. There were 5 teenagers (or nearly teenagers) and the bunkbeds were a huge hit! We were also quite grateful for multiple bathrooms! We used the smoker style grill out back, as the gas grill didn't have propane, but the amenities were just right for the scouts prior to our more rustic evening camping. The kids LOVED the reclining sofa as well!
Shannon was a wonderfully communicative host! We would DEFINITELY stay again!

Cute home, great location
Wonderfully convient location. Within walking distance to dining and shipping. Many unique attractions nearby. Home worked out wonderfully for our larger group. Plenty of beds,baths and kitchen space for a larger group. Keep an eye on the toilets as the older plumbing struggled to keep up with a large group of youth.

Lovely Home and Great Location
We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Located within walking distance to a grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop with amazing coffee! So much space and privacy! Well equipped with everything we needed including ample towels and linens. Washer and dryer were great to have!

All was good. A couple made comments about the soft mattresses, bu mine was fine. I mentioned the slow clothes dryer to the owner and he replied quickly with thanks

Perfect Family Kanab House
This house was perfect for our family. It was located right in the center of this sweet small town. With multiple rooms and an amazing fenced in backyard with a swing set. It was just a little slice of heaven. Would definetly stay here again next time we head up to Kanab! Thank you Shannon!

Great house, great location
We were able to drive to Zion from the house one day. Hike trails and play disc golf on another. Walk to dinner from the house. There is a gas station nearby if you need something small. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. The fire pit in the backyard was great for s’mores on our last night. 10/10 would stay again!

A cozy place
This is a very clean & spacious house. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking our meals. It's in a convenient location, yet the neighborhood is very quiet.

Wonderful Stay
This property was perfect. Six of us were attending an annual event and decided to rent a property instead of a hotel. What a GREAT decision. Shannon, the property manager, was very accommodating and easy to work with. The property was as described and although we didn't really need all the room, it was nice not being cramped and able to spread out. Everything was provided The backyard was nice for our dogs and having a BBQ was a nice amenity. Looking forward to booking again at our next event.

Quiet, small town home
My whole family and I have visited Kanab many times but we've never had a need to stay. On this occasion though we needed to find a place to stay a couple nights because we had won a pass to hike The Wave. We got on Vrbo to see what we could find and Shannon's house came up immediately as the perfect option for us. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space for relaxing after a long morning of hiking in the sun. The evening after our hike we walked just down the street for a wonderful dinner at Wild Thyme. Check-in and checkout were easy and there was even parking available under a nice, shady tree. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks, Shannon!

Family Fun in Kanab
This property is super spacious. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler. The play area in the fenced backyard is great for kids and the neighborhood is quiet and fantastic for stroller walks. This was a convenient location for day trips to Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Horseshoe Bend and N. Rim. We also enjoyed toddler-friendly trips to Hamblin park and splash pad (less than a mile away) and walked to Best Friends Visitors Center in town to pet kittens.

Nat'l Park Central
The property was very good, neat, clean and amply supplied. It is central to all of the parks and Kanab has a nice vibe, just don't expect any night life, everything closes early. The only suggestion is the shower/tub in the master bedroom should get fixed. Its marketed as having 3 full baths, but no one wanted to use the shower in the master, so it was really only 2. Otherwise I would reccomend this property.

Excellent home with location that allowed us to visit Zion, Grand Canyon North Rim, and Bryce Canyon. Plenty of space, extremely comfortable, and perfect for our family.

Kanab vacation
Great place to stay. we loved the house and the room it gave us to have a great week long vacation. a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen, like some wooden spoons, rubber scrapers and measuring spoons would be nice as we cooked most of our meals, other then that we recommend this wonderful Kanab home for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This was described correctly although one tub needs to be refinished, It could still be used and there were only 4-5 washcloths but we just did a laundry. It was a great location for us and had plenty of beds for our family of 7.

We had 5 adults stay at the house and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels, blankets, etc. The house is well-located in town and an easy walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Thank you!
