This home and property was amazing!!! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the pool table. Being next to the park was perfect for the kids. They were able to play football at the same time just being right next to the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset every evening. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable vacation!!!

We stayed at this beach front property with a large family group- it was great. The location was amazing- we spent most of the time in the large balcony just outside the kitchen-enjoying a wonderful view of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets.
The house had ample space for 9 people in our group and the kitchen was wonderful-fully stocked with utensils and cutlery.
The pool was great- the kids enjoyed it a lot. The beds were comfortable.
Proximity to tennis courts and the park next to the house- all added to options for the kids to have a good time.
Overall- we had a good stay.

The house had beautiful, well maintained grounds and the location was very close to cafes, shops and the beach. We enjoyed walking through the park where we saw beautiful sunsets and the turtles in the ocean.
The facilities and contents provided very much met our needs.
The instructions and information sheets provided could be improved and updated - eg info sheets, alarm system, tv’s..

This house and location were very close to heaven! We were a family group of 7 with one 3 year old. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The location is incredible with a big beautiful park just next door and the ocean a few feet away.
The manager lives next door and was johnny on the spot when we needed some help. We will definitely choose this house on our next visit.

Overall great property, with amazing view & we saw turtles daily. The home was clean with beautiful artwork but could use some TLC and furniture updates. The park next door was concerning in the evening due to homeless that appear to live there. Nothing happened but something we did not expect that on a dream vacation to Maui.

This property is amazing. Location is directly across the street from the ocean and adjacent to a lovely park. Within minutes of stores and shops by foot. The home itself was amazing and we really enjoyed the pool. Communication with the property owner and mgr was easy and prompt. Would def like to return.

Beautiful, spacious home adjoining a park, overlooking the ocean and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, groceries and tons of activities. Breathtaking sunsets, private pool, hot tub, and the best equipped rental we’ve ever had. We charcoaled by the pool or cooked daily in the beautiful kitchen. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, poker chips. a pool table - our group, ages 17-71, we’re always entertained. We booked snorkeling, rented bikes, enjoyed zip lining and several beaches and had the vacation of a lifetime! Highly recommend this home!!

House and grounds were ideal for our family. The views are stunning. Beach and park are walking distance. Enjoyed sunsets and turtles every night. Centrally located, cannot wait to go back.

Great property in a great location. Plenty of space for our extended family of 6. Used the swimming pool and hot tub numerous times during the week, and the pool table during quiet periods. Ate meals on the front porch and greeted those walking past, with a few commenting on how they would love to stay at the property. We also got to see pedal bikers passing by in the evening with an LED light show and music. As others have mentioned park users leave their cars at the end of the driveway on the road but it never restricted us from getting in or out. Large grocery store and a number of restaurants are no more than a 1 min drive / 5 min walk away. Easy to stretch out your legs with a walk along the boardwalk or passing a ball around the park grounds, which are right outside the front door.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Maui at this beautiful house! We loved having a space we could all relax at that didn’t require us to go somewhere else like we would have if we’d stayed in hotel rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the patio had a wonderful view, and we loved playing pool together upstairs!
Jessica was wonderful and answered all our questions.
The only two minor complaints we had was that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, which was mostly taken care of with bug spray and that there were often cars parked at the end of the driveway in a no park zone. That latter cannot be controlled by owners of the property though. It’s a beautiful spot and lots of people wanted to walk along the coast, watch the sunset, or play pick up games in the space right next to the house.

Our stay at this incredible house in Kihei far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect - centrally located on the island and within east walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. I highly recommend this property and would rent again if I ever have the opportunity to return to Maui.

A truly great homebase for any family looking to enjoy all Maui has to offer while still making room in their stay for lots of down-time. We truly enjoyed our lazy days hanging out on the ocean- and park-view lanai, as well as the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the central location, which made it our daytrips out to Lahaina, South Maui, and Hana easy. The on-site caretaker Jessica was also a gem, helping us quickly when we managed to lock ourselves out of a bathroom! A truly fantastic place to stay on Maui.

Property is close by and walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach, shops, market, etc. House is comfortable, big enough for a large family and very clean! This property was amazing. Large enough to host two families for the perfect vacation together. Has all the ammenities you could ask for and close to restaurants, groceries, shops, Starbucks etc. within walking distance to a few beaches and a short 5 minute drive to three larger ones! A true gem!! We are going back next year for sure!

Our family vacation to Maui was ruined by a vicious assault on our adult children and their boyfriends/girlfriends. They were out celebrating a birthday across the street from the rental house at a bar in the Triangle area and when they left were viciously assaulted by a local who targets tourists. We had no idea how dangerous this place was, but afterward we did some Google searches on crimes in Kihei and talked to the bartenders and others in the Triangle, plus the property manager and sure enough these types of crimes are becoming common there. This is something you might expect to happen in Mexico but not in Maui. There were also multiple homeless people sleeping in the park about 20 yards from the master bedroom.
The house is great, but we feel that someone needs to warn guests about the dangerous neighborhood because we were not told anything in advance.

The house was accommodating to all of our needs. You have the ocean and Haleakala views. You can walk down to the ocean to see turtles everyday.
But the best thing was the park next door. We saw dogs, cats, children playing, electric bike show. We never watched television during our stay.

This was our first time, as a family, of 8, to visit Maui! What a wonderful stay our family had and the home could not have been more beautiful! We felt special the moment we arrived! It was so well equipped and any questions we had, Jessica the property host was so kind to answer any of our questions. The location couldn’t be better! We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the view, even made some friends with those who walked by. Being close to the park was not intrusive at all. Enjoyable, actually! The pool and hot tub were both so clean. The back yard was a park setting in itself! Both house and yard were well maintained. Truly our only critique, would be the hide bed, upstairs wasn’t very comfortable. Course, they aren’t known to be. Maybe for kids but not a grown adult (: Thank you Linda for sharing your home and letting us make such priceless family memories! Mahalo🌺

Paradise in Kihei
Our whole family absolutely loved this home and location.
We did not want to leave. Appreciate the owners attention to detail and loved having the manager nearby. Anything needed to enjoy the beach was available and the beach bag /sunscreen gift was a nice surprise. Even paper products and laundry detergent were provided. The views and sunsets were incredible. The park beside the house is such an asset and did not impact our privacy. Enjoyed walking/ running on the track beside the ocean, throwing frisbee in the open area beside the house, the lighted bicycle parade at night and dog watching. Starbucks, grocery store, shopping and places to eat are across the street.

Amazing Maui Vacation
This property was not only stunning inside and out, the location could not be more perfect. We loved the home and our first time in Maui. It was well equipped to fit all of our needs. What a lovely house. Has everything you’d need to enjoy the area and/or to stay and relax at home. The pool, the hot tub, the lanai are all wonderful. And being by the park was an unexpected wonderful addition to the trip. Fantastic, and hope to return soon!

Best location and accommodations!
This was my first time in Kihei with my family, and I cannot express how perfect this location and house was for my family (me, my husband, 3 teens plus my mom and mother-in-law). Walking distance to everything that you'll need: food/groceries, coffee, eateries, shopping, etc. The house itself was perfect. The game room with the pool table kept my kids entertained when they weren't enjoying the pool or outdoors. The house had everything we needed- PLENTY of towels, sheets/blankets, kitchenware, etc. We've stayed at resorts and condos previously, and this house and location is by far the best we've stayed at. We will definitely come back!

Excellent house
This is a GREAT house for a large group (4 bedrooms). One might think it was not ideal to be next to a public park, but watching the locals was a kick. The lighted bicycle tour at dusk on Wednesdays was a “can’t miss”. Pool area was very private. Great sunsets. Few problems we had were addressed instantly. Near all sorts of stores/services. Only drawback is that it isn’t on the beach. Closest one is very small

One of the best rental I've ever stayed at!
The property was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean and well organized. They have thought of everything for the renters! From the kids beach toys, abundant amount of towels, great laundry room, and not to mention the high end kitchen. My daughter loved the park that was right in front of the property, she couldn't get enough. The pool/jacuzzi were clean and worked so well. I can't say enough about this house. We were very happy to experience Maui, especially in this way. The property manger was so reliable and fast with her responses. Hopefully, we can stay here again. Wether you have kids or not, this is the place to lounge and enjoy. The view is breathtaking!

Hawaiin Paradise
The house was amazing, beautiful views and wonderful set up. Perfect for the 8 people we had staying to where everyone could have their own space, which is needed sometimes. We were there for our wedding, so having everyone together was necessary and helpful. Sitting on the upstairs balcony with your coffee watching the sunrise, to having a refreshing cocktail up there watching the sunset. There were plenty of games for the kids to play as well as outdoors in the pool and spa. Because we got in so late, having the beds made and ready was a super plus! The on site manager, Jessica, was very helpful and super attentive and ready to assist at any time, even had the sewing kit handy that we needed last minute! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had a fantastic trip!

This house is amazing. The ocean view from both ground floor patio and second floor balcony is beautiful.

Perfect spot for families (or anyone really)!
We stayed at Hale Lanui for 6 nights with 8 adults and 2 2 year-olds, and everything about it was incredible! The location is ideal for exploring Kihei and Wailea, and even Lahaina is only 40 minutes away or so. The sunsets and whale watching from the lanai were amazing.
Fully stocked kitchen was great, as was the grill, the AC in each bedroom, the pool/hot tub out back, and the covered outdoor dining table.
The set up works very well for families with young children- for those with pack n plays, one of the downstairs bedrooms has a closet large enough to fit one, and the master bathroom has a closet large enough to fit another. There is also a mudroom that could be used as a kids room. There is a spiral staircase, so renting baby gates may not be a bad idea, but we spent so little time inside, that we didn’t use them much.
Can’t recommend this place enough- Linda was always prompt and helpful with her replies when we had questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. This place is an incredible value for what you get in a perfect location- we kept waiting to discover the catch, and there wasn’t one. Don’t miss out on staying here if you have the chance!

Fantastic spot right in heart of Kihei
Perfect property for our needs. Walking distance to tons of options to eat both casual and more upscale, grocery store. House was perfectly stocked with everything you needed - sports and snorkel gear even! Views across the park were beautiful. Kitchen was great and also well stocked - biggest surprises were the beds which were more comfortable than at home even. Well situated on the island could get pretty much everywhere even north shore within an hour. Pool out back was perfect to end the evenings at home to wind down. Jessica was responsive to all our needs - we would definitely return! Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Perfect Location
We stayed for a family vacation and the house and location were perfect. The property manager was very good of getting back to us in a timely manner. The owner and manager were very helpful in recommending different activities and things around the island. Would definitely stay here again.
