This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We stayed for two weeks. And, we plan to stay at the property again when we return to Missoula. Not only is it well cleaned, it is well stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment (We did quite a bit of cooking), toilet paper and very nice towels which many rentals do not have. It is light-filled and we sat on the balcony quite often.

Of all the VRBOs I have stayed in this one was without a doubt the cleanest, best equipped kitchen, and best owner communication. Had to extend stay and owner was extremely accommodating with our situation. If you are having a procedure at St. Patrick's or a traveling nurse this is the absolute perfect location.

This is my second stay in the property and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location within walking distance of downtown and good parking. Kitchen is well equipped and the host provides coffee filters and other niceties that make it a great place to stay. There is a grocery store four blocks away and a coffee shop you can walk to. If you like Missoula and want a place you can chill when you aren't enjoying the city, this place is for you.

this property is impeccably clean and very well stocked with amenities so need to run to the store for essentials which was a big help when you move in. My stay here was over 3 weeks and my suggestions is if you are a light sleeper as in my case, please find another property, you will have sleepless nights due to traffic noise, hospital helicopter, city train and parking lot snow removal done during nighttime sleeping hours. This is the only reason I gave this property a 4 star rating if the windows could be sound proof my review would be totally different. The location is great if you need to be close to the center city and are a heavy sleeper.

Affordable, new, clean, next door to Draught Works Brewery, right by bus stop, and only 10-min walk to heart of Missoula. Will def try to stay there again.

This apartment is clean, cozy, and quiet. Comfortable bed and linens. Tini (host/owner) was easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay. This was a nice, relaxing retreat after a couple of days of shopping and dining in Missoula. We would choose to stay here again!

This is a well maintained, well equipped property. The location is literally minutes from downtown either by car or walking. Also nearby is a grocery store and gas station (the Fresh Market). The kitchen is equipped to actually cook in and in addition to having a nice drip coffee maker, the host stocks coffee filters. This might seem a small detail but this added convenience saves me from having to buy a whole package of coffee filters just for my stay. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Both the queen bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. Bathroom counter was spacious as well, which is good if you are going to up to four people staying in the unit. There is an covered balcony with a couple of chairs and a die table off the living room that would be very pleasant in warmer weather (we stayed in December). Property manager reached out the day we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

The rental was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious and everything was 5-10 mins away. Our host Tini paid special attention to detail making sure the apt was tastefully decorated and everything matched. We loved staying here. It definitely was “home away from home”. We willdefinitely stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Missoula!

We loved everything about this apartment. It is comfortable and well supplied. Parking is easy. We totally relaxed here for almost 2 weeks after a long drive from the East coast. As we have family here, we will be back, hopefully for 3 weeks next time.

Very nice, clean condo with all the necessities you need for your stay.

The apartment was wonderful. We spent mornings and an hour or so in the evening in the apartment. It was so comfortable, quiet and very well stocked of all essentials. We had a great visit to Missoula and their wonderful restaurants and breweries. Great area to stay.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. We did not get the car out over the weekend and walked all over town. We love the Farmers’ Market and this was an easy walk along the river to the market. The condo is very nicely stocked with spices and such if you want to cook. Just a very nice, relaxing place to stay.

Extremely clean, central to town and Tini was exceptionally communicative. Highly recommended.

We've stayed at this property before while visiting our son and will probably return. Short stays but lots of fun and great hiking minutes away.

This is my second time staying in Brian and Tini's rentals and they are excellent hosts. #202 was clean, it is well decorated providing the atmosphere for a relaxing stay, and the condo has a beautiful view of Missoula. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental.
