This home was perfect for family and our two dachshunds. Elaine was the prefect host. She kept everything well stocked and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

This place feels like a home away from home and Elaine is very accommodating. I felt like I had everything I needed and then some. Would highly recommend this place to any single person traveling or family. It’s also very spacious and for the price, more than fair.

This should be the blueprint for anyone looking to have their own VRBO, they should stay here first and see how it is done. Every attention to detail is made. Items were not the most generic purchased, everything was top quality. Furniture was great, not flimsy cheap stuff, you really felt like you were staying in a Home and not a house if that makes sense. I would stay again for sure!

Thank you Elaine for a wonderful stay. We were right at home. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed and more in the house. It was great to explore this part of FL and come home to a nice peaceful place to relax. Thanks for the advice on things to see and do. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Elaine has a very beautiful, clean and well stocked house. Her visit rules and directions are easily accessible in a book. She provides plenty of useful information about Mary Esther. The neighborhood is quiet and manicured. Would stay there again

Property was very clean and well stock. We were in town to move a family member. House was very warm and welcoming-nice place to come back to after a hard days work. Would look at renting again if we come down for a pleasure trip!

Our host was so accommodating, from special snacks to lots of DVDs and games. TVs in every room, nice furniture and safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants and beaches.

Everything as advertised. Beautifully furnished house. Elaine was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood. So many restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

If I could, I would give 10/10 stars because of how much we loved staying there! The house was very cozy and the area was not very crowded with traffic. We will definitely be booking with Elaine again!

Love this property. Quiet clean shower was phenomenal. The bed was excellent. The yard was awesome for the dogs. They loved it! It also has a 8-ft privacy fence so you feel like you're on a deserted island. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us

The house was absolutely wonderful. Elaine was an incredible host. Our favorite part was spending the evenings on the screened in back porch watching movies as the sun went down. Elaine left us with some food menu's in our check in book with some awesome suggestions. She was also super helpful in answering any of our qeustions or conserns. The house was very clean and the property very well maintained. All in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back soon to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Elaine had everything set up and ready to go from day 1. We really didn't need to bring anything but our clothes lol. She absolutely made us feel comfortable. That's that southern hospitality!!!! The house was very spacious and looked just like the pictures provided! Our kids and dog enjoyed the back patio the most! When we return to Ft. Walton/Destin, we will definitely see if this place is available!!! Thank you Elaine!

Mine and my husbands stay at Elaine’s home was absolutely perfect in every way! She met us in the driveway when we first got there and showed us around the house and told us about some restaurants nearby that we could try and that she recommended!
The house was completely stocked with anything and everything you could ever need! And if you didn’t have something you needed, Elaine was just a quick message or call away! It was an absolutely beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfy and warm, but my favorite was the gray recliner in the living room with the striped blanket! So comfy! There was nothing like curling up in front of the TV on the recliners under the blankets after a long day of being at the beach or shopping all around!
There were also plenty of beach toys that you could use, as well as small things around the house you could use! Elaine really thought of everything! I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend anyone stay here that wants the comforts of home away from home while being super close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc! I would absolutely stay here again and will be telling all of my family and friends about it!

The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Recliners are kinda essential for us to rest comfortably, and there were two! Everything was spotless and the host provided all the essentials and beyond. Elaine was absolutely gracious and suggested restaurants and other info that enhanced our visit. Excellent place to spend a week in Florida.

The property owner really had everything together and lined up. Very good communication. The check in and check out process were easy and smooth. The property is in a quiet neighborhood within very short (less than five min) drive to any shopping you may need to do. We loved our stay here.

We were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and booked this rental. So glad we did! It was perfect! Elaine was so nice and helpful and the house had everything we needed- very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting Ft. Walton Beach.

Property was fantastic and centrally located to all of our activities! We stayed at the property for 7 days and felt right at home instantly. All of the essentials for a comfortable stay. Great Getaway
I want to say that Elaine is an excellent host. She is a resident of the area and she knows what is going on in the community. The house is clean and very comfortable. I really felt at home while visiting this coastal community.

Upon arrival, we found a board welcoming each of us by name, which the kids really enjoyed. The addition of the makings for s’mores in the outdoor fire pit really set the tone. There were also beach towels, board games, movies, outdoor games, beach chairs, … plenty to make our stay extra fun. Our vacation ended up with plenty of time at the beach and evenings hanging out in the screened in porch playing games. Communication with the owners throughout the entire process was easy and they were always quick to respond via text or phone from the time of booking all the way through with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, showers had plenty of water pressure, and everything was clean and spacious.
