It was dirty and has roaches

Location was a choice for me to book this place and so it worked. That said the facility is worn and old and that is the best I can say. I got what I paid for. Just an FYI the Area tax adds about $50 a night to hotel nightly fee, which isn’t this facility’s fault, but could be noted for $$ decisions.

Room had a moldy odor.

Cockroaches everywhere, bug bites when woke up. Dirty room. Switched to different room after complaining, same issue.

Outdated inside and out It is what it is

I had to ask for more toilet paper. There was rotten coffee in the coffee maker. There was only one small bar of soap to use for both the sink and shower. There were two small different kinds of lotion but no shampoo or conditioner. The pillows were too short therefore there were not enough of them

The first room they gave us had a commode with a broken handle. When they gave us another room, its door was wide open and the ac was off so the room was stiflingly hot and smelled like cat pee. When we turned on the ac a terrible smell came from it. The bed spread was stained and the toilet seat, bath tub and sink had cigarette burns.

The room was dirty, had stains on the walls and smelled musty. The water coming out of the shower smelled like rotten eggs. The tv did not work.

This room was booked just before we arrived at the motel online. We arrived after dark but the motel parking lot had great bright lighting. We did have a wait in the lobby a bit as the clerk was gone and ringing the bell did not raise anyone initially. We were given our room after check in and as we entered the room it appeared to have just been cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor had dampness still on the floor as if it was just mopped prior to arrival. (We checked in late in the evening. ) The room was comfortable and functional. The shower was functioning with hot water which lasted. The only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not function so steam and heat did build up quickly. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The property does show signs of needing maintenance. The breakfast was a typical motel breakfast, with juice, make your own waffles, dry cereal and such. We had no major issues during our stay that would prevent us from returning.

Room was musty upon entry. Toilet was loose. Roaches were present in the room.

Bed bugs

The pictures do not match what is in person. Room was dingy and air conditioning did not work properly. For an almost $300 room I would never stay there again.

This establishment was terrible. The service was extremely horrible. We were told to request our room to be cleaned if we wanted it clean. We did twice and never got our room cleaned. This will be our first and last time staying at this hotel. Do not recommend staying here.

The pictures are very deceiving… They made it seem as though it was in a nicer area and the rooms were in good condition but they weren’t. We stayed in room 128 and it was very stinky. It smelled like humidity and pee. The bathroom had mold everywhere and the chair was very dirty as well. Not to mention the door did not seem very secure it was wobbly and you could feel the air from outside. The sheets and bed seemed to be clean but there was a cigarette butt in a non smoking room. Staff was nice just the motel was not. Would not recommend.

There was a roach in the closet. The couch cushions weren't put on the couch before we arrived. There wasn't a remote until we asked for one. They gave us an upstairs room in an outdoor hallway at night and had not turned the exterior lights on, so we had to ask them to turn on the lights so we didnt have to go to our room in the pitch black. There was a pullout couch that we needed to use for my son and I had to call and ask for bedding for it. He initially tried to assure me there was sufficient bedding in the room and I had to argue with him to have the sheets we needed.

Terrible, unclean, bed bugs, and poor customer service

The rooms were in terrible condition. Smelled like urine, no lamps, molded shower and toilet. Very depressing. I check in at a late hour or would not have stayed here.

Staff was amazing and nice

The pictures online are completely opposite of the room we were put in, when we walked in it smelled moldy. We took the front cover off air conditioning unit just to make sure it was working at full capacity, and it was filled with dust. An electrical cord was dangling from ceiling and the vent in bathroom was filled with dust.

Room had a terrible mold odor, stains on bench, floor and chair, found some mouse droppings on the chair. Furniture was very run down. Bed was made but pulled sheets back and they weren’t clean. We did not stay and we couldn’t get our money back because we booked through a third party but I did purchase insurance and waiting to hear back on our claim!!

Would not recommend unless you aren't going to be in your room much. Smelled horrible. I had to buy air fresheners for the room. The 2nd nite, the toilet flooded the room with nasty water. Was asked if I wanted a new room or the plunger and not even offered any kind of comp other than getting put into a new room. The second room they put us in smelled just as bad as the first room, but the toilet worked better. I didn't even try the breakfast. Was very dark and dingy. Was definitely not worth what I paid to stay there. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Breakfast was not good. No one cleaned our room the entire time we were there. 5 days and 6 nights. No one took out our trash. The elevators were not working.

Very nasty, mold on the bed sheets. The chairs in the room were filthy, the tv didnt work. There was outlets hanging out of the wall. Moldy around the fridge.

Tv did not work, outlets did not work for blow dryer, breakfast was utter garbage, seemed reheated from prior days. Management could not fix tv and would not offer discount for not providing advertised adminities

Great place good people

We rolled in after 600 miles expecting a standard Wyndham hotel experience. This seems to be a cousin of the bates motel. Never felt so unsafe. First room had dirty sheets and the floor was wet from recent mopping, I could have lived with that, but it was still wet 30 minutes later. We switched room Kudos for the quick switch. That room was a bit cleaner, but the furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a junk yard. The lights over the front door and the bathroom were on motion sensors. I was awakened 6 times when either my wife went to the bathroom, or I rolled over in the bed triggering the overhead light. There were no peep hole covers. Worst start to a summer vacation in 30 years. I challenge Expedia and Wyndham to send someone to the hotel to stay unannounced and tell me it meets the minimum standards. Great Expedia service in facilitating the quick room switch.

We stayed there for one night and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The bed sheet had marks on them and once i moved the pillow there was some small cockroaches. The microwave was dirty. The price of the hotel was unreasonable for the quality of the hotel. Overall everything in the room looked very old and felt unclean. We bought a comforter set to spend the night.

It was hot and smelly and under the mattress was not clean

I felt kind of unsafe, because other people staying there and you guys can always try harder on the breakfast, coffe was terrible , I think the only thing good there were the waffles .. If you can improve your breakfast that will make everything else worth of staying there again....

Smelly and dirty

We did not stay as it felt very unsafe with lots of loitering around the rooms and the parking lot. DO NO STAY HERE!
