Very easy and quick communication with Dan.

The unit was well stocked, clean, close to everything, and very reasonably priced. The complex was peaceful and beautiful. Dan the Property owner was responsive and helpful. We look forward to booking again next year. We highly recommended this unit.

Me my husband and my son stayed there. It is in a small private complex. Not a big beachfront crowded complex. The locals there are friendly. The pool overlooks the bay. So peaceful. The unit was clean. It is small. But was plenty for the three of us. When we wanted to visit Destin it right down the road. Visited crab island. Amazing. Spent the rest of the time relaxing around pool.

Despite being a little bit small for 4 people, it is very well located, the only problem was that the sofa was broken and my children had to sleep on an air mattress.

My 3 best friends and I stayed in Dan's condo for 5 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. We were in right quarters since there were 4 of us, but we knew what we booked and we made it work. The condo is in a great location just minutes from all the things that attract you to the Destin area. We used the kayaks, the bay is beautiful! The pool was also nice after a hot day at the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. Dan was very accommodating and made great suggestions for places to eat! I would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed here it was in a area where you could get to everything fairly quickly. If you are a light sleeper like me I could not recommend as there are many people that walked near the condo ad the other tenets that live there are loud at night. Place was well cleaned and Dan was so very helpful and courteous to me. I would recommend to others.

Clean and comfortable.

This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. We had easy access to the sport complex for my son’s tournament games, plus easy beach access. The condo was small but clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Cute cozy condo. Provided a much needed get away for my husband and I. Minutes from Fort Walton Beach and Destin. About 45 min from Pensacola. Enjoyed all locations. Watched dolphins as we relaxed behind condo several nights. Dan was great to work with. Added extra night with no problem.

Best value We have experienced in our years of renting condos. Completely renovated and updated condo, spotless, stylishly decorated and well stocked with sheets, towels, dishes, etc. Two new flatscreen TV’s with free Roku. Condo was conveniently located to Hurlburt and downtown FWB. Dan was excellent to deal with and extremely responsive. Great value and overall experience.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable condo. We loved fishing off the pier and enjoyed the peace of the backyard area. It was nice to have everything supplied; we bought groceries and used the well stock kitchen; it felt like home. We hope to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the pool (beach towels supplied, nice bonus). The area was pretty and easy to drive. We ate at a few local restaurants; food good and staff pleasant. Great, quiet and clean place!

The condo was great. Location wise, it was quiet and relaxing, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Destin during spring break. I loved the fact that it was a ground floor unit and close to parking. Although there is no washer/dryer in the unit there is a well maintained laundry room onsite. Dan thought of everything, he had stocked the place with a lot of essentials. I could really tell he took pride in his place. I highly recommend this condo.

This small condo unit was well-located adjacent to Fort Walton Beach and in between Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB. With a swimming pool out back and a pier leading out into the water, you have ample opportunity for fun in the sun. The complex seems mixed with snowbirds (when I visited), who rent from the owners, and permanent owners who live there. All seem to co-exist peacefully. There is a pay laundromat on the premises and the grounds and the amenities are maintained well. Dan (the owner, who lives outside of Florida) and Jonathan (his "representative", a neighbor who lives next door and is very helpful if you have problem/question) are easy to reach and respond quickly. The unit is one of the best-supplied places I have visited and was also quite comfortable. The weather in the early part of the year was cool and occasionally rainy. However, I was not there to lie on the beach and I enjoyed visiting the neighboring communities and some very good restaurants/bars in the area as well as the marked contrast to the temps back home in New England at this time. It was a laid-back exploration of a potential home area for me in the future and this VRBO choice helped to make my trip a success. I recommend it.

Very nice condo for a small group. The owner was very helpful about information to check in etc. However, be careful with how many days you book. We thought we booked 4, but it turned out to be only 3. They add on fees and cleaning services that make it more expensive than it appears.

Location is absolutely perfect! Quiet area- but close enough to everything you want to go to. The condo itself is so clean and updated beautifully. It had everything you need for a beach vacation. Dan was helpful and checked in to make sure all was well with our visit when we arrived. He had recommendations on restaurants and area attractions. Walking behind the condo and sitting on the dock watching the boats passing by was our favorite thing to do in the evenings. We will definitely visit again- when in the Destin area.

We had a great experience. The condo was clean and cute. It was so convenient being able to back right up to the door for unloading. The condo is conveniently located to Fort Walton Beach and Navarre Beach. We will stay again.

The condo was nice and very clean. Great place to stay for a family of four. Very easy to contact the owner and he picked up immediately. At night was so quiet, you would think you're the only one there. Will definitely rebook another trip.
