This property far exceeded our expectations from the photos posted. The living room area and kitchen are very open and much larger than anticipated. It was such a great spot for my friends and I to hang out while we were in town for a wedding. Highly recommend this property! Very clean and the host was very communicative. 10/10!

Had a great week at this place. Chris was a fantastic communicator and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only 5min from all shopping (Trader Joes, Albertsons, Total Wine). The pool/hot tub is right across the road which was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Palm Desert for a get away. Took my wife and two kids during spring break for a few days out of town. The place is very well maintained, all the things in the kitchen needed for cooking and was very clean. Good communication with Chris during the entire visit. Thanks!

Very clean , older but well updated roomy and very quiet great patio adjacent to fairway…. only draw back unable to play private members only golf course….and owner made that clear at the onset….would go back

The villa was beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The location is very good - just a short drive to El Paseo. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are a variety of pools to try. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around the club. Chris was extremey prompt in answering any queries that we had and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

This place was perfect. My siblings and I fell in love with this place. Clean, quiet, great amenities! Host Chris made sure we were all set with beverages upon arrival. Gate access was easily navigated. We even witnessed coyote cruising along the golf course! Highly recommend this place. Also Acrisure is a fantastic venue! We Ubered to and from very easily from this place Will be back!

This is really a terrific place… It is comfortable, plenty, large, and Chris takes it to another level with all the amenities.
Comfy beds, nice outdoor space, and excellent kitchen with everything we could have needed. C’mon now: Even riding the golf cart to the three pools made our vacation better!

This was a near perfect vacation home. Care was taken to provide little niceties and, at every turn, we were pleasantly surprised with extras you don't typically find. Attention to detail IS important, and this place did not disappoint. Only item worth mentioning would be TV option could be improved and TV sound is OK, not great. But that is me being very picky because this place rocks! I plan to revisit.

Our recent stay here was truly one of our best VRBO stays ever! The house was beautiful with a spacious layout and plenty of room for our family of five. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the beautiful views of the golf course out the large back windows were amazing. We loved our peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the patio. There were dozens of pools and hot tubs to choose from within steps of the home; we had fun choosing a different one every day. The golf cart was a convenient and fun way to explore the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The location is ideally located to some of the best shopping, parks and the zoo. Additionally the owners were super friendly and accommodating. We had an awesome experience and would love to stay here again!

Four of us stayed for 6 nights. We made good use of the pools, golf cart, and bbq. Location was great for us. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a shortage of wine glasses). Little things like toiletries in the bathrooms, beach towels, etc, are a nice touch. Unfortunately, one of the bikes had a flat tire but other than that, it’s a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

While our husbands were harvesting, five of us flew to Palm Desert for a week of sun and fun! And what a great week it was especially staying at Chris’ place. He has a beautiful home with many amenities. It is a great location, nice pool, and walking areas. Chris is very easy to communicate with and answer questions for you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We booked this house to attend my brothers bachelor party. The house was about 5 minutes drive from where the festivities were located. We loved having a quiet and spacious place to come back to. Chris was an excellent host and made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional place, loaded with extras like a golf cart, Keurig coffee maker, TV in each room, and a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Perfect for families, close to pools, amenities like Pickleball and tennis within the community. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses. Amazing! Chris was readily available to answer questions and we loved the welcome package of goodies and wine they left us! We will definitely be back! Our boys especially loved riding in the golf cart!

We loved our stay with Chris. The property is actually the end-unit on a townhome on the golf course so it was very quiet and just a couple houses down from one of the many pools. The golf cart was a nice addition. Inside everything was in good condition and well stocked.
We were asked to adjust the water heater which is unusual for a vacation rental, but once we turned it up there was plenty of hot water.

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating Mother’s Day. My husband and I rented it and spent the weekend with ours moms. We enjoyed riding around in the golf cart, and swimming in the pools. It would be a pleasure to rent from Chris again

Literallt pictures do not do this place justice, it was so nice!!! Very clean! I will say, check-out procedures were sent the night before checking out, and I think it would’ve been useful to have check-out info when we are checking in, as we had plans to go to the airport the morning of our check-out - so we weren’t able to accommodate all of the check-out rules because we didn’t receive them in time. other than that, the place was beautiful! It was cool to use the golf cart! the rooms are all a great size. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Needs more lounge furniture for patio, living room furniture uncomfortable, dishwasher needed repair and we had four cockroaches visit us during our 3 wk stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, place was super clean, nicely decorated and especially enjoyed the back patio. The location is perfect, close to lots of hikes and good restaurants. The only downside was the limited access to Pickleball courts and golf course, would have liked daily access to play Pickleball, but we just took more hikes!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, well maintained and well supplied with cooking equipment and towels and paper goods. It was within walking distance to two pools and jaccuzis. It was nice to sit out on the patio for meals. The entire country club is well maintained. It all made for a wonderful vacation with family!

Sometimes you see pictures on the vrbo site and when you get to the unit your heart sinks, because sometimes it's very different. Not so with this one. What you see in the listing is what you get. Before, during and after our stay the owner was always available to answer questions or to see how things were going for us. The kitchen is impressive with everything you need to cook even a sophisticated meal. The heating and cooling system was easy, the doors lock securely, and both bathrooms are spacious and clean. There are enough towels and linens for a longer stay and if you feel like washing a load there is a great LG washer and dryer in the unit. The view out the back is of the fairway. Having a few golfers ride by once in awhile was no problem. The entire community is quiet but we are very glad the condo we stayed in was not located along Monterey Blvd. We've stayed at the Monterey CC 3 times now and this property is by far the nicest even though we haven't come across a "dog", yet. We'll be staying with this one from here on!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris' place! The property was immaculately clean and so cute and comfortable! Beautiful setting on the golf course. Chris was extremely responsive before and during our stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality and goodies upon check-in. We would totally stay at this property again and will highly recommend it to others.
