What a perfect place for our family's week stay in Moab! Perfect location, great price and had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook great meals.

This was a really nice place to stay. Everything we needed the place had. Shuffleboard made a great change to the usual pool or table football.
Outdoor space was nice and private. Plenty of room inside for everyone also.
The location was pretty much perfect. Plenty of parking and an easy walk into town for dinner or coffee in the morning.

This is the 5th year we have done our Moab MTB trip. We rent 3 town homes from VACASA.
This year the homes were all in excellent condition. Most had been updated and all new linen and some new curtains. The town homes were very clean and well stocked.
We were very pleased with our stay.

The location was great, it was clean inside. The outside needed some help. No propane in the grill. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Mattresses were really uncomfortable but all in all great place to stay.

Property Management is not very understanding in an emergency situation and we could not make it any further. We drove all the way from Cleveland Tennessee over 1400 miles to Colorado. We had a vehicle emergency, our vehicle broke down with Rear axle issues. We gave 3 days notice, called several times explaining the issue!
We requested to change dates and property management basically would not even work with us to change dates, they just said no and took the money. I will never rent a property that is managed by vacasa property management. Renting from individuals are more understanding and willing to work with individuals to reschedule the dates. We even said we would extend the days and they still were not corporative or be understanding. We plan to return but will not stay in a vacasa property again. We will seek individuals properties even if we have to drive and no stay in the exact area. Beware of vacasa property they are all about the money not people!

We had a vehicle emergency, our vehicle broke down with Rear axle issues. We gave 3 days notice, called several times explaining the issue!
We requested to change dates and property management basically would not even work with us to change dates, they just said no and took the money. I will never rent a property that is managed by vacasa property management. Renting from individuals are more understanding and willing to work with individuals to reschedule the dates. We even said we would extend the days and they still were not corporative or be understanding. We plan to return but will not stay in a vacasa property again. Always look forward to a trip to Moab! Unfortunately this house was underwhelming at best. Smoke detectors (like a siren) went off randomly through the nights - NO actual fire or smoke (a good thing). But almost gave us a heart attack when they went off at 9 pm, 11 pm, midnight, 3 am, 6 am … etc etc! Called the managed company and they sent someone out who ‘fixed them’. No go. Went off again the 2nd night. Add to that the place was not all the clean. Pubic hair in the shower on the soap holder in the corner. Not cool. Cleanliness a little suspect.

We had a fantastic experience! The condo was clean, well-stocked, roomy, and dog-friendly. The decor was tasteful, and the location within walking distance to downtown Moab. Perfect for families! We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. Great books and games for the family. Kids enjoyed the community pool and sit-down arcade in the living room. Quick drive to great Moab restaurants and stores.

We gave a 3 star due to the game system in the house did not work and was very disappointed the pool was freezing (booked this house because of the pool, we had a 9 year old that loves to swim). This was a great property for family to enjoy being together. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot and microwave. The open layout was great for meals and hanging out together. A few cleanliness issues related to rugs and place mats but sufficient for our group. Nice pool too. I would come back if I have an opportunity.

Highly recommend this property. Landlord has thought of just about everything to ensure a pleasant and easy stay. Location of the home is good - within walking distance of most restaurants in downtown Moab.
