Beautiful Bayside Townhouse 4 BR/3.5BA
Nuestra junto a la bahía extremo de la unidad adosado en la calle 26 es el lugar ideal para las vacaciones de verano de su familia en Ocean City! La enorme sala de estar es perfecto para relajarse. Tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y ancha con cable y reproductor de DVD.
Esta habitación tiene un sofá seccional con longue y un ventilador de techo. Al salir al balcón para una hermosa vista de la bahía. El comedor tiene una gran mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno. La gran cocina está totalmente equipada con un Keuriq, licuadora, cafetera, tostadora, microondas y mucho más.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, un ventilador de techo, televisión de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD. Una puerta de la terraza privada ofrece una excelente vista de la bahía. El baño principal tiene una gran ducha de azulejos. Habitación N º 2 tiene un conjunto de literas dobles que son perfectos para sus pequeños surfistas. Hay una televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD en esta sala. Habitación N º 3 tiene una cama de tamaño completo, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD. Los tres dormitorios tienen armarios enormes. Habitación N º 4 tiene una cama de matrimonio con un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y ventilador de techo. Esta habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño privado completo.
El garaje 1. 5 es el lugar perfecto para esas sillas de arena de playa, juguetes, cañas de pescar e incluso bicicletas. Hay una nevera y congelador en el garaje, que es perfecto para cargar y descargar el refrigerador después de un largo día en la playa! Hay un aparcamiento privado plus adicional de estacionamiento en la calle. Calle 26 es una calle sin salida, por lo que es mínimo a través del tráfico. Además se permite la pesca al final de la calle.

No sólo es hermoso, cómodo y acogedor para los niños es muy conveniente. Es sólo un corto paseo de la playa. Parque de atracciones Jolly Rogers, parque acuático y la velocidad del mundo están a sólo 3 cuadras de distancia. Fish Tales restaurante está a pocos pasos de 3 calles, también. Se puede caminar por la calle hasta el paseo marítimo y tomar el tranvía a la entrada.
Feliz Jacks Pancake House, situado en la calle 26 y hay un 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune (hacer sus propios anillos de espuma!)Sunsations, salado, Bar & Restaurante perro, monedas y restaurante Brasas Restaurante de 2 bloques. Hay al menos 4 campos de golf en miniatura en 2 bloques. Hay mucho más para ver y hacer en Ocean City, pero esto es todo justo en el patio trasero.

Very nice house, worked out great for the four of us with two master baths. Garage was handy for our motorcycles. Location was convenient to restaurants, catching the bus or getting out of town for a ride.

The listing was accurate and the stay was fantastic. We have a large family and everyone had their own space which was nice. It's close to the beach and the boardwalk and we walked there everyday. It's centrally located so it was close to restaurants and other activities and was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very roomy
Very nice place. Plenty of room and it was great to have a garage to keep the motorcycles in. Housekeeping could have done a bit better, but all and all it was very nice.

Great location, clean, lots of room!
Great location where you can walk to everything, but it's also very quiet because it is on a side street on the bay side. Short 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk.
The house is very updated and clean with hardwood floors on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Nice couch and television with cable. Wifi works well.
Easy access to house via code so no need to pick up or drop off keys.
Garage provides area to store bikes and beach things - also has a hose to wash things off. There are also various things in the garage to use such as a beach cart. Fridge in garage as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, plates and cups. There are also many things that have been collected over time such as detergent and various soaps. You do not need to bring any additional kitchen things to be able to cook.
Must bring your own sheets and bath towels. There are bedspreads and blankets. For kids, there are a bunch of toys in the kids room closet and also a pack n' play. If you have a small child, you may want to bring a portable gate - there is a stairway to the basement in the main living room area.
Overall great stay and would come again!

Great property for families
The house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood on the bay side, which is great for families visiting Ocean City. Good fishing for the kids is right outside, and the beach is not a difficult walk (recommend folks bring a beach cart). The accommodations were clean and great for our family (six adults, two young kids).
The two porches were great, but a couple of the chairs were broken. Also, flatware was sparse; we picked up some disposable utensils to cover what we needed. Overall, the property served our needs well.

Beautiful condo in quiet area with bayview that is close to everything.
Beautiful condo with lots of room to spread out. Three blocks from the beach in quiet area with views of the bay from the balcony and close to everything. Very nice rental. Garage with refrigerator and hose a huge plus for beach goers. Would definitely rent again.

No response from owner
We stayed at this unit in mid-July. Upon arrival (Saturday) the upper floor was warm and we found that the HVAC unit for that level was not working. I reported this problem to the owner. We didn’t hear further from him so I called on Sunday and he said HVAC folks would be onsite Monday morning. Temperatures were in the 90’s both nights and it was rough sleeping. The problem turned out to be an electrical issue. A temporary fix was made Monday morning by disconnecting the kitchen range and using that circuit to power the HVAC. The range was available to us only one day during our stay. I requested a reasonable accommodation to offset this discomfort and inconvenience. No response from the owner. Since there was no response I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint. That was forwarded to him in early August and there has been no response.

Very nice location
The townhouse suited me and my extended family very well. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items that made cooking a lot of meals very simple. The location was the best part since a lot of things were within walking distance, and the beach was 2 blocks away. The inlet was 2 miles down Coastal Highway, so a doable walk on the boardwalk or a short drive to the parking lots. There wasn't any bedding (sheets), pillowcases, or towels so make sure you bring them with you, or you can always go to the Super Wal-Mart that's about 5 miles away. We did that for a lot of our groceries and other items that we needed during our stay.
There was 2 kids bikes, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach chair, and a beach cart available in the garage that we used a lot.
Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The communication was the only issue I had. Initial contact was excellent, but then I didn't get a response via text or email for additional questions that we had.

Very clean and had everything we needed.
I rent this property a few times a year. The owner is great to deal with and answers questions promptly. Great location, close to all restaurants and attractions. Property is roomy and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and having decks on each level is a nice feature. Would highly recommend renting. Will be back in a few months for summer vacation!

Luxury Townhouse
Townhouse was kept in terrific condition and is very spacious. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the garage was great so we could leave our beach items there and rinse off with the hose before going into the house. We used the two balconies every night. The beach is just a short walk away, right at the end of the boardwalk. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and provides excellent information. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home by the bay
I stayed in this home for 4 nights and was very happy with it. It has a beautiful view of the bay, 2 balconies, 3 levels, and is kept in immaculate condition. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything is top quality and very clean. Great sized living room and kitchen, and slept 8 comfortably. Would recommend this home highly to anyone.
