Loud cat next door I imagine, almost seemed like it was trapped in the wall. Hammering type noise from above on Saturday into Sunday morning. Wasnt aware of the 40.00 parking fee, which I was a little bummed with since we arrived late on Thursday and had no one to get the pass from. Car was on the tow truck at 9am but was able to stop him.

Location couldn’t be better, with easy access to both Flagler Ave and the beach, as well as gorgeous ocean views from floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. The kitchen has anything you need, including an ice machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have full baths attached, which is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Didn’t care for the unstable coffee table, lack of towels, moldy/mildew shower curtain, the light switch didn’t work well, the keypad was a totally irritating as it had to go through a clearing process every time before you could enter with a 10 digit code!!! That’s insane and I have a keypad at my house so it’s not user error….the keypad alone nearly ruined our stay at the specific unit. Will never stay here again. Everything was outdated and looked like it came from goodwill. The wooden towel bar was black from mold or mildew. There was no proper nightstands (just folding tables with ugly lamps) and truly no place to set luggage on the side of bed closest to to cabinet holding extra linens. It was just ok and definitely not up to my standards for a place I’d give a higher rating for. Definitely didn’t like the couch covers since they didn’t stay in place with normal use.

We always try to stay at the Oceania when we come to NSB. Great spot and love the condos and walk right out to the beach. It was clean and stocked with essentials.

The master bedroom bed was okay somewhat bouncy but clean.

It was the incorrect unit. the one we got was meant for two couples. It was dirty and in disrepair. For a unit that was meant for two couples, we got three chairs on the balcony. The queen mattress was old lumpy and con-caved. Coffee pot was broken but at least that was replaced. Too many other things to list.

We really liked the location and the view. Everyone was polite and respectful of our privacy. Restaurants and Shopping was all close. One of the Best parts was how Nice and Quiet and Loved how the town seem to shut down early in the evening.

Nothing we could possibly think of to be unsatisfactory !
