location was close to everything. front desk clerks were very nice.

outdated, parking lot was a mess (dirt) and parking was scarce. toilet in our room was leaking.

I don't want to be harsh because I knew going in that this was an older property. It was a little dated and the TV was antenna instead of cable. And even though I wasn't there to watch TV I do enjoy watching in the evening and early morning. The shower was very small and I got scalded/froze a few times when someone flushed but hey it was just like home LOL. Overall the bed sheets were clean, and the towels were fresh and 30 feet out my door was the Atlantic Ocean. I enjoyed my stay. Very Casul and Friendly

The location is fantastic! Steps from the beach. Tiki bar drinks and food are both delicious.

The room was very dated but clean and spacious.

My stay was great. Very friendly staff. Great tiki bar. Great location. Free parking. And you cannot beat being 25ft until your toes are in the sand and especially for the price. Very happy about my stay. I will definitely be back.

because it was cold the tiki bar and restaurant wasn’t open, the rooms do not have individual thermostats, so the heat baked us all night. the windows have no screens, so when they are open there is nothing to keep bugs out.

Nice staff, bar was friendly and beach is beautiful.

The floor was super greasy, like hazardous greasy. The windows were glued shut and there was no AC in the room, just a ceiling fan. Would’ve been much more comfortable if we could’ve at least let the sea breeze flow into the room for a little airflow.

No and I mean Zero control over room temperature! This is a big deal for a couple of women with hot flashes in Florida. I’m glad our visit was during this time of year because summers would be brutal. That information should be disclosed. The owner/ manger is not the most pleasant guy.

Cool area. The lady at the counter was super accomidating by staying in the office till 945 pm for me. They close the office at 9.

The room was not fully cleaned. Whoever cleaned left the cleaning supplies and some spray bottles in the room. The floor was covered with sand. I mean covered, my girlfiend used 2 bath towels to clean the floor so we wouldnt track sand into the bed. The bed was uncomfortable and was infested with fleas which kept me up all night bitting my feet and legs. My girlfriend killed one of the critters in the bed and blood smeared on the sheets. The AC is as loud as I have ever heard. My girlfriend spoke to management about the issues we had the next morning and the guy she spoke to asked about the dirty bath towels, acting upset they were used to clean the floor. Sorry guy, we showed up late, there was nothing we could do other then make due with what you provided. We complained to whoever would listen and was told they would refund us but it has to be through here. So thats why Im writing this book. Would have prefered to not complain..

things just need to be updated. door was hard to lock or unlock, toilet sort of worked, chairs on deck cheap and dirty.

The location is literally steps away from the beach. Everything was functional and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. I will be contacting them again for my next stay in NSB.

The room I stayed in had a leaky toilet that refilled the tank every 5 minutes. Not a big deal after I realized I could just shut the bathroom door to stop the sound from reaching me.
