Everything was as advertised. Owner made sure we we settled in. Can't think of one negative item.

Place was just as advertised. Stayed at other units within the same property before, only to end up disappointed in the cleanliness - but not in this case! Pleasant experience from the beginning to end.

Given the size of our family, we needed two units to accommodate everyone. This 3-bedroom unit was great! Its spacious, updated and perfect for our 4 adults and 3 children. The only drawback for young children, under 4, is the stairs but we used gates to keep everyone safe. Mary is great to work with; she couldn't be more accommodating! The brownies are a great touch and thoroughly enjoyed by the family!

Location of the property was fantastic! Centrally located to everything we did during our stay in Massachusetts. Quick and easy walk to quiet, clean, calm, private beach and then an easy quick walk from there to the larger public beach, also clean and not crowded. Mary was very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly before and during stay. Two adults and 3 kids (14, 11, and 4) for the week, plenty of beds, spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms for all to have their space.

Stayed with my family (2 young children) and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Mary was very responsive and helpful - a wonderful host! A quick walk to the beach, which was perfect for the little ones. The pool was amazing and the lifeguards were a bonus! Walkable to the ferries and a quick drive to Main Street.

Wonderful townhouse! Close to restaurants, shops and the ferry. Mary is so helpful and responds quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time!! Highly recommend this home.

Loved everything about Mary’s house. Our party had five adults, and there was more than enough room, and bathrooms, for all of us. Mary was immediately responsive to our questions. Main street, in Hyannis, is longer than you might think, and has a ton of fun stuff. Only one warning: if anyone in your party is not good with stairs, Mary’s house may not be for you. There are stairs from up the parking to the front door, stairs down to the kitchen, stairs up to the living room, and more stairs up to the upper deck. This was not a problem for our group. The fact that the upper deck is on the third floor just provides better views.

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient for going to island ferries as well as down town Hyannis restaurants. It also very easy to get to beaches on other parts of the cape if you feel like exploring one other then the one thats a 1 minute walk from the back porch. Also really enjoyed sitting out on the roof deck at night to watch all the boats come and go while listening to the wild life. Our daughter really loved seen all the bunnies running around.

This was our first time with a vacation rental and we weren't quite sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! We had a wonderful time here and everything was immaculate. Mary was very helpful. The unit is as pictured. The decor was pleasant and gave it a beach house feel. The furniture was comfortable. It is a short walk to the private beach in front of the harbor, and a slightly longer walk over to the sound side with open water horizon. However, I'm not sure I'd consider either a good place for swimming in the summer. There was a ton of seaweed on the beach/ in the water (mid October) , many horseshoe crab shells, and the water looks like it gets deep very fast. But for our purposes it was fine. Overall everything was lovely and we had a great time. My one complaint would be the beds were slightly firm and the pillows were very hard! But overall, I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay at the townhouse. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful views from rooftop deck. Mary our host was top notch and had quick responses to any of our questions. Only word to the wise I would have is if you have any kind of difficulty with stairs, there is plenty of them to go around in this home.

The property was nicely located next to a beach and near restaurants and the ferry service. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Nice stay!

This property was as advertised. Spotless, centrally located to ocean and downtown. Would absolutely book again!

We loved staying at the Yachtsman in Hyannis. The private beach on Lewis Bay was super calm and perfect for younger kids. It's a short walk to the beach on Nantucket Sound with deeper water. The pool was actually the kids favorite though - we should be less surprised by this than we are. The location is accessible to activities on both upper and lower cape. We went to the Heritage Gardens and to a pond on the upper cape for stand up paddleboarding. We went to the Natural History Museum (with hike) in Dennis and the Mayflower Beach for sunset on the beach. We went to the Pirate Museum and the movie theater (on a rainy day) near Hyannis. What a wonderful vacation full of great memories!

Our stay was wonderful! The owners, Mary and Bill, were very easy to work with. The pool was great with plenty of shaded area if you wanted to avoid the sun. The location was perfect! Close to several beaches and local attractions. The townhome was immaculate. There was hand sanitizer on each level which we appreciated. The tiling in both bathrooms was very nice. We loved the tall shower heads. Both decks/outdoor areas were spacious and nice. Mary's brownies were absolutely delicious!!

Mary was a wonderful host, and her property is the perfect getaway! The living room and top floor roof deck have sweeping views of the beautiful cape waters, and marshes. The 1st floor deck has a gate that leads right out to a short convenient walk to the beach, as well as water spicket so sandy feet can be washed away. The master suite and two other guest bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for a week vacation! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, the prime location is unmatched!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids loved having access to both the beach and pool.

We had a great trip to Hyannis. The Yachtsman is a great location with plenty to do. The beach and pool are steps away and a playground is right next door. We could also walk to the ferries and restaurants or take a quick drive downtown for more restaurant choices. The house was clean and well appointed and met our needs perfectly. Mary was very communicative and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this for a great family beach vacation.

Fantastic location for downtown Hyannis access (shops, restaurants, ferries) all walkable. Beach 5 mIn walk with nice restrooms, food, etc. Highlight was the amazing beach walks and all of the beautiful homes, including the Kennedy compound and Squaw Island. Unit has 3 levels each with a 2 person bedroom and bathroom. Top level patio has amazing views of the ocean, marshes and sunsets. Pool very nice but no umbrellas. Perfect location, one of our best cape vacations.

The owner of the unit was amazing, she had everything in the house you could ever need. Beach towels, games. Puzzles, tea. Coffee, spices. Paper plates, dishes. Pots and pans, wine glasses, plus plus plus. I highly recommend this unit!

We traveled for 1 week end of June to early July. Our group consisted of 2 grandparents (60s), 2 parents (30s), and 2 kids (6 and 4). Mary’s condo was absolutely perfect for our needs - well maintained, fully equipped, in an ideal location. The adults all enjoyed unwinding on the rooftop deck with a bottle of wine watching the boats out in the harbor and the sunset over the marsh. The private beach was great, but we especially loved taking the short walk down to Kalmus beach so our kids could play with other kids on the beach. This property is an easy walk to Veteran’s Beach playground, JFK memorial, Hyannis harbor, restaurants, and ferries. Main Street Hyannis and the Cape Cod Central Railroad are also walking distance though a longer walk. Our group did just fine with a stroller and rest breaks. Mary was also a very welcoming and helpful host. The brownies were an unexpected nice touch! We had a great week and 100% recommend this lovely condo.

On my initial booking Will got back to me by phone promptly. Was very accommodating and helped with the booking process. For check in, Mary was in very close touch and provided everything we needed for a superb and easy stay. The unit is clean and up to date with all needed amenities. The property is in a great location - can walk to the Ferry terminal (it is very difficult to park at the Ferry, so this is a big plus), can walk to the private beach (4 minute walk), and there is a large and quiet pool about 2 minutes from the front door. Parking is immediately at the front door. The entire stay exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back next year.

Stayed here with my family. Mary, the owner, is wonderful. We showed up and there were fresh made brownies for the kids. The condo was clean and as listed. Within a few short steps there was a pool (heated) and the beach (quiet and without all the crowds as it is private). You are within walking distance of downtown Hyannis and all it offers (shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.). You are also centrally located to get anywhere else on the Cape. Not many places can offer all of these amenities and the location. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, quiet get away with the family.

Mary was so lovely as we corresponded even months before our trip! During the trip Mary would quickly respond if we had any questions. When we arrived we were surprised with fresh brownies! What a clean and beautiful town home! The top deck was so peaceful with its view of the bay and boats. It’s a short walk to the private beach and pool which we all loved ! The pool area was very clean and the lifeguard Mary was helpful too! You can even walk a mile or so into town and browse all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I loved the convenient location. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Cape!

This rental is outstanding! Do not hestitate to book. Everything about the stay is wonderful. Great size rooms, comfortable beds, cleanliness, proximity to beach, pool, town, and working with the homeowners is a delight. Oh and the peace and quiet is a welcome change. We loved staying here! The property was clean, we had great communication with Mary, and a beautiful view of the water! Our family would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time here very much. The condo was clean and well kept, with everything you could want to feel at home. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck--great scenery and always a nice breeze. It is also very conveniently located, and the neighborhood is very nice. A great experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hone was clean and provided everything we needed, from towels to beach toys! The proximity to the beach was perfect for our young children. I also appreciated the prompt response to my questions by the owner. We would rent this unit again without a doubt!

The property is perfect, as advertised. The owner is super responsive to all questions. He also went out of his way to confirm the internet and wifi could handle 2 people working on video calls and our kid remote learning on zoom. All 3 of us could find a spot in the house with great connectivity. The place is super roomy and comfortable - we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed lunch on the deck, and the short walk to the beach. We also walked to the ferry and spent a day on Nantucket. It's just a short drive to wonderful restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this place and the owner!

We would highly recommend this townhouse as it has everything you need and is so clean! Mary is an absolute pleasure to deal with and her communication is outstanding! The homemade brownies we were greeted with and the ice bag in the freezer was such a welcoming touch! The townhouse has 4 levels which we loved and the rooftop deck was a favorite! It was so nice to be able to walk to local restaurants in Hyannis and to the ferry (about 15 minute walk). Mary and her son Bill gave us great recommendations too. Thank you Mary for making our stay so pleasant! We will be back!
