This condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach, even though at high tide, there isn’t much of it. We’ve stayed at EBTC before Ian, and the beach seems very different now. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We like this place and this end of the island. Terri was great with info and answering our questions.

We had a great family vacation at this condo in ft Myers beach. It was neat to see the island slowly rebuilding and businesses being creative to stay open following Ina. The pool is perfect and the access to beach is so convenient. The entire complex is well maintained and perfect for a week of relaxation. We will be back. :)

This property was great. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, the location was great, the host was very responsive & informative of the construction process as well as which amenities would or wouldn't be available during our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We loved our stay, the condo is just the right size for a couple. It is stocked with everything that you need for a beach vacation including towels, beach chairs, etc. Great for us since we arrived by plane. The building was still undergoing some construction but that did not hinder our enjoyment. There were no loud noises and we were able to get to the beach with no issues. The pool was not open but the lounge chairs were out so that they could be used in the large sandy area in front of the building. The beach is just a few steps away and couldn't be more convenient. Parking is on-site and free. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Terri's condo. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. We appreciated Terri's honesty about the area not being up to par with all the storm recovery going on, so we knew what to expect. The pool had not yet opened while we were there and Terri was quick to credit us for the loss of that amenity. The beach was gorgeous and got to try out the beautiful new pickleball courts. Thank you Terri, we will be back.

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean, crisply decorated and well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a short weekend or a long stay. The hosts were very friendly and completely up front about all our inquiries about the state of the property and Ft Myers Beach as the area continues to recover from Ian. At the time of our stay not all of the properties wonderful amenities were back on line but the views from the furnished deck of amazing sunrises and the spectacular sunsets from the beach made our trip extremely memorable. We looked forward to staying again once your beautiful property is completed. Thank you Terri & Mike

My grandparents own a condo at EBTC, so I am very familiar with the property. This condo was very well updated and had everything you need. The views are great and the location isn’t far from the beach or good restaurants. We will be back.

Mother/Daughters Getaway
I took my oldest and middle daughter on a beach vacation for my oldest daughter’s graduation. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The beach was small but private and the ocean was the warmest I’ve ever been in! It was amazing. Great location. Wonderful week. Thank you!

We love this location. Santini across the street has many great places to eat and a farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday. Terri was so prompt in answering my questions and the condo has many extras. A relaxing place for a vacation.

Wonderful place!
We loved our time here! This condo had everything we needed. The place was super clean and modern. We were impressed by all the details including plenty of storage, updated kitchen with soft close cabinets, all the supplies we needed, plus the sleep number bed. We had a wonderful time here. Lovely Condo on the Beach!
Our first time staying in Ft. Myers Beach. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property is updated and well maintained. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space for 2 adults to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and weather. Loved that the beach is literally a 100 yds away. There is a fantastic farmers market just up the road on Sundays and Thursdays. We went to a few local restaurants, that were excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Smart and Comfortable
The condo itself was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. It has been maintained and cleaned beyond a superficial measure and is well kept. Terri was fantastic and very responsive. We looking forward to coming back!

Perfect!
The pictures absolutely do not do this condo justice! It is tastefully decorated with functionality in mind. The sleep number bed was wonderful, and everything you could possibly need for your stay was provided. Communication was super prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, Perfect Condo!
The condo was perfect for 2 people and could easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Steps from the beach and Santini Plaza. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a great trip!!!

Overall pretty awesome. Perhaps brighter light bulbs especially in kitchen. Had no tv service.

Nicely furnished - IKEA everywhere - and very clean. Perfect size for a couple. Very short walk to an uncrowded beach - at least when we were there.

Great unit
This is a wonderful property and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We have stayed in the building multiple times but this was our first in this unit. It was definitely a favorite and we hope to stay here again in the future!

We had so much fun on this vacation. This place was loaded with everything you need for the beach, and the kitchen was fully loaded! I definitely want to stay here again! The owners were great at responding when we got ahold of them and very nice! The beach is so close, and it was a lovely beach. The pool was very nice too! There’s plenty to do all around too. Definitely recommend fish tails restaurant across the street they had some really good grouper! Hands down best Florida vacation ever!

Wonderful space, great location. Didn't want to leave!
Condo is even nicer than pictured. Bright, clean, up to date and well appointed. Owners were helpful and responsive. It was nice to be on the quieter end of FMB with several good restaurant options across the street. Very close to Lover's Key State Park. Only drawback was that the pool does get full early. Plan to go late afternoon if you want a chair. Other than that, this property exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Looking forward to next year!

Great place
The place was fabulous. It had absolutely everything we could need. The beach was never crowded and there was always a place to sit at the pool, and the guest and residents were all really friendly. We had a great week!!
