2 weeks in May 2024. Spacious, very clean home with large bedrooms. The Santa Fe decor was lovely.
Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials to make our stay very comfortable. The garage allowed for our 2 rental cars to escape the heat of the day, which was an unexpected bonus.
Susan, the homeowner, was very gracious and offered lots of open communication with us throughout our vacation planning, as well as during our visit.
The backyard was private and cozy, and the pool was a welcome relief from the searing heat of the sun during the days.
Location was well situated, close to all amenities.
5 big stars - would highly recommend!

The property is perfect - particularly the backyard and pool. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything one needs for a short or long stay. Susan was very responsive and the instructions provided for the house were thorough.

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Colores! The house had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location, pool and hot tub along with outdoor seating for everyone. The 3 bedrooms with connecting baths is a real bonus…perfect for 3 couples or extended family visits. We loved our stay! Susan was very responsive and welcoming.

The house itself is very welcoming and comfortable, just like in the pictures. A nice size, nicely furnished, in a quiet area close to everything, great pool & spa, and good value. We liked everything about it.

We just spent one week here and had a great time. We loved... the pool, hot tub, sitting out front in the morning with our coffees as well as the comfort of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and large enough for all five of us to make dinners together. Three bedrooms, all with ensuites! How rare is that? A bonus we discovered... Townie Bagels/Bakery/Cafe just one block away. Probably the best bagels in the valley. Plus.. Susan is a great host. Definitely five stars.

Walking distance even though parking downtown is free everywhere. Garage parking in a Quiet and clean neighborhood and privacy around home makes it an easy choice to stay at. Roomy and spacious indoors with a nice full-size open concept kitchen area. Great rear porch for afternoon naps listening to the water trickle from the spa into the pool. That was my highlight.

The home and outdoor grounds and pool were perfect. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The pool is a good size and was very refreshing. The owner, Susan, is excellent to communicate with and responds very quickly. Thank you!!

Although we loved being out and about in downtown Palm Springs and also exploring the desert, it was a real treat to return to this lovely house. We spent many hours in the pool and spa. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing most breakfasts and lunches there and exploring the many dining options out for dinner. It was the perfect place for a sisters trip. It would be lovely for a family, too. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. Two bicycles to use, along with pool floaties. The owner was lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay. We flew from across the country to stay here and packed very little, but when arriving we had every amenity we needed at this home. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was where we spent a lot of time. The home is located close to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops. Susan made check in and check out easy and was very responsive. Definitely a great place to stay!!

We could not have asked for a better experience. Susan's communication from the first message was timely, accurate and friendly. The photos in the listing don't do the home justice. The home was the best stocked of any we have ever rented and everything was in great working condition. A short walk from everything downtown and having use of the garage was so nice. The pool was perfect for us, very private and easy to use. Thank you Susan for such a great week, we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this spacious, beautiful house. The site pictures do not do it justice. It is very close to downtown Palm Springs which was a bonus for us. We particularly enjoyed the private pool area. A few minor issues with ice maker and the dishwasher but this did not interfere with our enjoyment. Highly recommend.

Amazing home, beautiful and comfortable with lovely Spanish meets SoCal décor throughout. Susan was most accessible & communicative host ever. Beautifully appointed inside and out, great pool & spa, and we were able to walk to downtown PS for the fabulous restaurants and shops. Very well stocked kitchen, all areas in fact. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Good to know as well, this is an area of PS that does NOT get the high winds that further north areas do, just a nice breeze for us, while friends in other areas were unable to even use their pools on windy days.

Our stay was great. Susan was very responsive to our questions and requests. The whirlpool and pool were wonderful. The house had many supplies so it made arrival easier. The house is in an ideal location. Townee's; a wonderful coffee and pastry shop is located 1 1/2 blocks away.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my 65th birthday. The house was big enough to accommodate 6 adults. It was very Comfortable and extremely clean.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable house. The location allowed us to walk to downtown Palm Springs multiple times for dinner and to Tahquitz Canyon . The house was well equipped and the hot tub was great.

We really enjoyed this property for twelve days. It has three bedrooms, all with ensuites. The large kitchen is well equipped. It has a large dinning room table as well as a very comfortable living room. The attached garage was an added bonus. Our favourite part of the property was the back yard with a nice seating and dinning area. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. This home is in a nice area and is close to all the fun activities Palm Springs has to offer. It is also close to the airport. Our host, Susan, was excellent to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to friends or family.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Susan's house. The pool/spa was so private and enjoyable. We ate out almost every night and all restaurants were within the 5 minute range from the house. Susan was very easy to work with. She even checked in on us to make such we didn't have any concerns. Susan even had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. We would highly recommend staying at this house!!

Quiet and convenient.
Owners great to work with. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is very private in back yard and there is very nice yard furniture. House was decorated wonderfully. It was a bonus being able to use the garage for our medium size suv as it is hot in May. We would stay here again.

We rented the property because it received 5 star reviews. It is in a wonderful area, but is a tired property that needs some upkeep. The three showers are clogged with calcium so the showers were very weak. The bed in the master bedroom is very noisy. The bed creaks with every movement. Although we were in the desert we were told the air conditioning was not to go below 75 degrees F. The material on the patio furniture was old and required cleaning. We spent two weeks at the property and in that time no one came to clean the pool. We have rented many five star properties from VRBO and this is the first time I have written a negative review.

It was great to return to Palm Springs and enjoy the house. It was roomy and well equipped. Nothing like mornings on the front patio enjoying breakfast. Pool area was spacious with sunny and shaded areas available. Quite close to downtown Palm Springs.

2 week stay
Beautiful home. Tastfully and beautifully furnished. Clean, spotless. Heated pool. Susan was an excellent landlord, pleasant, professional and helpfu.l. The entire exprerience was wonderful. We had some problems with our flights back home and Susan agreed to extend our stay if necessary. We hope to come back.

Nice house!
Great house, had a couple issues brought to owner’s attention and she was very responsive and followed up after the stay as well. Loved the en-suite setting for adults staying there. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would highly recommend!

Palm Springs Retreat
Lovely home in a great neighborhood and close to town. Great communication with the owner. Heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed in December! Would absolutely recommend!

Great Stay
My two adult daughters and I stayed two weeks. The amenities in the house are great. This is my 4th trip back to this property because we like it so much. Love the location near the river walk and town. We always enjoy coming back here.

Comfortable, cozy, and clean!
Extremely well appointed home in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the strip. Welcome bottle of wine and popcorn was a nice touch. Fridge & cupboards full of supplies which allowed for minimal shopping in order to cook a meal. The private pool & spa were lovely and warm.
Working with Susan was amazing ~ she accommodated two changes to our booking dates due to COVID and was always understanding. It was great finally meeting you in person. Thank you for everything Susan!!!
