Nuestra suite está en el piso 16 de Peachtree Towers. Estamos ubicados en la esquina de Peachtree Street y Baker, frente al Hyatt Regency, a tres cuadras del Centennial Olympic Park.

Nuestro condominio cuenta con 600 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, sala de estar completa, dormitorio separado, cocina surtida, patio completamente cubierto, baño remodelado con ropa de cama, toallas y mantas. Condominio tiene internet, WiFi y TV de pantalla plana de alta definición. Nuestro edificio cuenta con seguridad 24x7 y conserje.
Hay una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los durmientes son ideales para alojamiento adicional, sin embargo, no son el equivalente de una cama. Hemos comprado uno de los más cómodos de IKEA, pero un durmiente es un durmiente.

Easy to get to from airport train which saves $ from taking a taxi from the airport. Building has excellent front desk staff. Good communication from owners. Comfortable unit with full kitchen and equipment. Very convenient to walk to tourist/game area like the stadium.

I have never stayed anywhere except a hotel or luxury cabin while on vacation before. My son and I loved the stay! The property owner was so pleasant and helpful! They reached out to me before I had even left the airport to make sure I had the appropriate codes and understood how to check in. They offered to let me check in early since the place was ready. The concierge at the building was very pleasant and was helpful with the check in process. The condo was pleasant and comfortable. It was like staying at a friend's house while they were out of town!
The downtown location wasn't quite as ideal as I hoped, but that is a city issue, NOT an issue with this unit or the owners. I will definitely check with these owners to find a place to stay next time I travel to Atlanta! I am hopeful that they have something a little further from downtown, but still with close proximity to public transportation. Again, that is a personal preference for surroundings, not a reflection of the owners or the actual property.

This condo was perfect for us! We came to Atlanta for Shaky Knews Music Fest and it was just a great location. Not too far of a walk from anything you might need!

Great property, very convenient location for tourist visit. Hosts were FANTASTIC and kind, very communicative and responsive. Cute condo, cute historic building. Great stay!

Our stay was fine. The bed was a little hard and since its an older building you can hear everything through the windows. it also is listed that it is a 12 minute walk to the convention center, but it’s actually more like 20 mins.

My son and two friends had the opportunity to stay here while attending the Passion 2024 event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. They were very pleased and complimentary about the location and this unit. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed that we barely had to move our vehicle. Everything was in walking distance. Great downtown location. Apartment/condo on the older side but still warm and welcoming. Would stay again.

We stayed in this VRBO while in Atlanta for a music festival. It was clean, easy to navigate, well stocked, in a convenient location, and was very safe. Would highly recommend this apartment when in Atlanta!

Our stay was comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The apartment was clean and tidy, and as pictured. Check in and Check out was easy, and we felt safe inside the building with 24-hr concierge. Be sure to bring your own toiletries!
Though it was a convenient location, there was a lot of noise from the street- sirens, cars vrooming down the road, people yelling, and super loud music playing from across the building up until 2-3am. There was also construction inside the building.

Our stay went well. Everything was ready for us and the check-in was very smooth. Everything we needed, (Restaurants, CVS pharmacy for a few groceries and some attractions) was within walking distance. Thank you.

I was attending a real estate conference / meetings being held at the nearby Marriott Marquis Hotel. I loved staying in this condo since it was priced better than the Marriott and I had a one bedroom suite complete with a screened in patio.
The unit is very conveniently located to downtown attractions (World of Coke, Aquarium, etc.) and walkable.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars on the check in process is that I wish there were additional details on the process sooner. Going to a new place, I worry about what I don't know; so the more data about access into/out of the secure builder would have been reassuring. You had a pass key (fob) to unlock the door to the building as well as into the hallway with the elevators.
I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Michael (property owner) was a class act throughout the entire weekend we stayed. Check-in/out process was very simple and easy to follow.
The apartment/condo is 0.3 miles from Coca Cola, the Aquarium, and so much more. We were able to walk to 80% of what we were in Atlanta for.
Great food in the area as well. No free promo but you can’t really go wrong. A ton of options within walking distance.
Much of downtown is littered with homeless people; so it isn’t the property owner’s fault on that as I read in prior reviews. For touristy people, the location is great but I mention the homeless because they are very prominent in this area. We didn’t have a problem really just stay mindful and ignore them and keep moving. With saying that, the apartment is 100% secure, with a key fob to get in. No one is in the building that shouldn’t be. There’s a concierge 24/7 so if you ever need assistance they can/will help.
All in all, 5/5 experience. No complaints from me.

The property was clean and had all essential supplies. The host were incredibly responsive during the reservation process and upon checkin. Good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

We had a nice time the property was good for the price. There was plenty of space inside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a basic meal. It was during early winter so it was cool inside but the heat worked when needed.

Communication leading up to arrival and upon arrival was clear and helpful. Condo in good condition as expected from the pictures. The security provided at the condo was comforting. Only thing we struggled with was parking, the landlords advise you not to drive but our travel plans included driving and Uber wouldn't really be an option as we have a little with a carseat. If driving is in your plans we would highly recommend looking into 17 Baker st parking it is next door to the condo building if you pay $20 you can park and not move your car or pay $70 and be able to move your car. Most parking options do not let you move your car which we found out quickly wouldn't work and had to pay the extra cost to move to a lot we could come and go. Would recommend this stay to others!

We loved everything about this property. The condo itself was extremely comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. The host went above and beyond for us by helping us out when they didn’t have to at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone looking to stay downtown to also stay here.

Very nice location
Walkable area, friendly hosts and the lobby and elevators were very clean. The apartment was very clean as well. It was easy for us to rent scooters and ride around downtown Atlanta. I loved it. Highly recommend and will likely stay here again. :)

An Amazing Property with even better Hosts
This property was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location and easily accessible to everything. Even better was the hosts are very responsive and kind. We will definitely be staying here again.
