Nos gustaría invitarlo a quedarse en nuestro nuevo hogar lejos del hogar. Property was clean and communication was impeccable. The location is just a very short walk to several restaurants, main street, etc. While we had intended to take advantage of the well stocked kitchen and grill, proximity to everything encouraged us to take advantage of the local food.
The use of the garage was also helpful for loading/unloading and for those that may have rec vehicles they want to safely store while doing other things.
We'll certainly look this property's availability up to determine dates for our next trip.

This house is nicely located right near downtown Moab. It’s spacious and had a nice two-car garage for our cars and mountain bikes, a bike stand, plus a nice fenced in yard for our small dog. In addition, the owners were very responsive.
There were a few things that would’ve made it more enjoyable though:
- the kitchen is only modestly set up and with mediocre quality equipment. Staying here for Thanksgiving and trying to prepare a family meal was frustrating at times. This house would benefit from more quality kitchen equipment and more equipment. For example, there was only one warped wooden cutting board, dull knives, cheap toaster, cheap pots/pans, etc. Missing items included pans for baking, for example.
- the place was clean, but the carpets/rugs were noticeably dingy.
- the garage, while spacious, had items (eg bikes, bike trailer, shop vac, chairs) that made using the garage with two cars cumbersome. These items should be hung or stored in another location to give renters full use of the space.
- the beds are decent, but not quality. We slept okay, but not great. An upgrade here would be worthwhile.
- finally, this unit is attached to the neighboring house. Unfortunately, during our stay the neighbors left their dog alone, resulting in lots of audible whining during the day.

Clean and quiet! Love the location as it is close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, as well as downtown town Moab for shops and dining. We didn't make use of the bikes but perhaps we will during another visit.

We stayed at this property toward the end of a long family road trip, and it was exactly what we needed - separate bedrooms, plenty of space to relax, and a workable kitchen for home-cooked food. A much needed respite after endless hotels.

Great location!
The check-in process was easy and the condo was super clean. The location was central to everything and the layout worked well for our family- kids from 8 to 15. The air conditioning was wonderful- kept us all comfortable even though outside temps were well over 100.

We had a fantastic stay here. Sonja was a communicative and gracious host. We especially loved how close the property is to restaurants and shops. The bikes were a huge perk as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway
This home is part of a duplex and was awesome! It's very close to Arches. I was mildly obsessed with the jetted tub in the master bathroom. Everything was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Spot!
This was the perfect property for our stay in Moab. Stayed with my 4 teenagers. Plenty of room, close to town so that they could ride their bikes in on their own. There were even a couple of bikes that we could use if we needed. Perfect spot to get to Arches, canyon lands, and loads of bike trails. The house was really clean, and cozy. Easy to include our dog with the fenced in yard. We will definitely be back again!

Decent place!
Very nice place to stay, however we had trouble getting the access code on arrival day, then called the owner and it took a couple hours to get in contact. So we had to wait outside the house for a couple hours, until we got the code. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip. There were a fews bugs and it wasn't the cleanest of VRBOs that we have stayed at. But nothing to loose sleep over.

One level wonder!
This property is well equipped, clean, up to date. Offers extras with bikes for the family, grill, relaxing outdoors with grass and a tree swing. Quiet area and easy walk to town. Traffic saving location! Big kitchen for cooking and big dining table for meals or games. I would rent again!

Road trip
We stayed here during a tour of national parks and after a lacrosse tournament. There were 3 adults and a teen and the place was perfect! Great location, able to walk to everything and 10 minutes to entrance of Arches.

Great location for walks into downtown and access to river trail. Quiet, private, shady backyard and cool interior for relief from the hot desert sun. Kitchen could have been better equipped (only 3 odd-size wine glasses) but overall adequate for our limited needs for a few days.

Everything was as advertised, comfortable beds, great size. The only complaint was the use of Sling on the Tv. Not a big deal for us because we rarely watch tv on vacation, but never could get the Sling to work. Netflix, etc was fine.

Great Place to Stay while in Moab
Location is awesome, the property was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with. We had planned to stay in 2020, but due to Covid, we had to move our dates to 2021. The Owners we very accommodating and worked with us to move the dates. Property has everything you need, comfy beds and nice and clean. Highly recommend if your traveling to Moab. LOVED our stay
Sonja's place was excellent! It's roomy, clean, and close to everything in and around Moab! We, 3 dogs and 4 people had a great time in Moab. The condo has a fenced yard and good for letting the dogs out for their business. The condo is also located within walking distance to the main street. Sonja always responded our questions promptly and gave us tips. The checkin process was extremely clearly and easy. I would love to stay at Sonja's place again next time and recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything again, Sonja!

Ride Moab
I rented 3 town homes on the street for a group of 11 of us. This place was the cleanest and best stocked of the 3 places.
Also the furniture was in the best shape of all 3 places.

Comfortable unit, sub-par kitchen
Unit was spacious and enjoyable for 7 guests. Beds were comfortable and having access to the garage was particularly helpful during the colder weather. However, the kitchen did not have a garbage disposal in the sink and the pots, pans and glass/dishware were a real hodgepodge of different sizes, styles and colors, which made putting on a family Thanksgiving dinner a challenge. The dishwasher was also marginal and most items had to be hand washed again after it was run.
This unit is ideal for a group looking to spend social time together but not planning to do much cooking, which is probably the majority of the guests hosted here.

Great Place to kick your heels up
Had a great time at Arches Retreat.... comfortable and easy to access everything in Moab. Nice to have two grills. Back yard is great, if you have kids, even greater with the swing. Only problem we had was the trash.. that was more of the previous renters not putting the trash out on the street. Could have used a few trash bags... the previous folks might have used all those to.... great and easy owners to work with... would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and be close to everything

Great Location, Moab is TERRIFIC, simple living
Hello, We loved Moab and the area--great trip. Arches and Canyonlands are both terrific but the local hikes and bike rides really make the trip. Thanks for having the bikes available for short, local trips. My husband and I did not bring bikes but my adult children did so this make it possible for us all to bike together. The location of your condo near town is great. You have a really great situation and with a little attention to detail I think you will hit it out of the park. Please note that there were many light bulbs burnt out (and none available for replacement)...two in the master bathroom, one in the hall, one in the living room. I would check all light bulbs as it tends to get pretty dark at night and I think the wattage is low. In the kitchen...there were no paper towels, no trash bags, no potato peeler, no serving bowls and only one platter and a poor can opener was very difficult to use..........and unfortunately mouse dropping in the first drawer opened. Best of luck to you in the future.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY SPACIOUS, BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED
3 adults stayed here for the first time and will be returning here without a doubt. The location is great as you can easily walk to main street in 5 minutes. The unit is very large, with extremely nice furnishings, very comfortable beds and a nice grassy, private and fenced backyard with grill, table and chairs. Large 2-car garage included! It is one of the best units I have found in Moab and am reluctantly telling the world this because I would love it to myself, but Abraham and his family deserve. Perfectly nice place to stay close to town and services.
House is one side of a duplex property and was quite quiet. Very close to town and services (3blocks/5min walking). House was clean and furnishing were as expected from the images. Was great to have three bedrooms and 2 baths for our family. Everyone slept well. TV had tons of channels to watch. Property and interior are a little warn down and dated, but it is a rental and it seems to be very popular. Good value over all. Would stay again.

We were very disappointed in this property
We found this property to have an overall shabby appearance. Outdoor furniture cushions were ripped and had chipped paint. The bedding appeared old and the mattresses were not comfortable. Little spiders were coming out of the bathroom fan but worst of all were mouse droppings in all the kitchen drawers. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean either.
We left one night early and would never consider this property again

Great vacation home on Williams Way
We had wonderful weekend at Abraham, Sonja, and Zach’s beautiful townhome. We've stayed at several of the townhomes on Williams Way over the years, and this was among the nicest. Beautifully decorated and well appointed, covering all our needs. It was great sitting in the lush backyard and unwinding at the end of the day. And we loved the beautiful photos mounted on the living room walls, showing some of our favorite places in Red Rock Country.
The location is fantastic -- right in town, but not noisy or hectic, an easy stroll to the beautiful Mill Creek Path and to the center of town, and even over to Kane Creek Road to the wildlife sanctuary.
We highly recommend this home, and hope to visit again soon.
