Hotel is nice and centrally located . Room side are comfortable. Facilities are good and clean . Staff are helpful and professional.

Soundproof of the hotel room can be improved further consider the status of this hotel and the price we are paying .

Exterior design is excellent, however, the property needs to improve on its parking spaces, since nearby restaurants are also consuming the space thus leaving hotel guests to wait for slots. Take note - this is on a weekday.

1. The parking slots - maybe add some more or put exclusive spots for hotel guests 2. Receptionist service - we were told that our room includes breakfast, however, we were charges at 700 pesos per head and were later told that our room does not include it. I know we checked-in late, but MAYBE VERIFY next time. Also, improve your check in and out service, people are lining up already, and each guests takes a 15-30mins - even for check out. 3. Rooms - No In room dining menu, you have to call and ask someone to bring a menu. It would be convenient to both the property and guests if you will have it ready already in room. Carpet - DISGUSTING!! Obviously, it was never washed. If you can’t maintain it, then better remove it since it creates awful smell in the room. 4. Food - In room dining and both the buffet are so so. Given the price, the cheaper establishments outside even taste better. Buffet has mixed concept (which means food don’t usually blend well) and limited options.

FACILITIES,STAFFS AND FOODS,LOCATION TOO

The rooms were fantastic and were very clean, the staff had superb customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The beds which were huge were so comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean with a huge shower. The one brilliant aspect of this property is plentiful parking and its across from Robinsons mall. If you have elderly seniors with you would advise to drive over to the mall as the overpass lift doesn’t work and the stairs are steep.
