We had 14 days at this fabulous house Overlooking the dreamy ocean waves! Went to sleep & woke with waves crashing.. So amazing The house has everything you possibly need! The kitchen was lovely & pantry had essentials The bedrooms were lovely! Light & cool The deck had super patio furniture & beach chairs for our quick stroll to the waves. Just a 10 minute walk to the pipeline competitions Such a great location for Foodland & foodtrucks ! Great laundry facilities & we loved the outside shower for a sandy washoff The roosters & chickens strolled by .. a few neighborhood kittys stopped in to say hi … truly a magical place! Great security & lots of parking We can’t wait ti come back !

Absolutely amazing! Stunning views just steps from the beach. It was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect location right on pipeline and just steps from sharks cove. What a perfect Hawaii vacation. We went snorkeling immediately out our front door and saw numerous fish, sea turtles, and even a monk seal! We watched the sunset every night with drinks in hand from the deck. It is a perfect launching point for a north shore vacation. The foodland is close and has all the essentials. The local food trucks are great! And the sunrise shack had fantastic acai bowls, smoothies, and bullet coffee. We will definitely be back soon. Mahalo!

This is a wonderful family-friendly house. The completely fenced in yard is a terrific and safe place for all ages. The beach is pristine and other beaches are close if you want to see turtles or great snorkeling.

I’m not going to lie. A house right on the beach in Hawaii, what more could you ask for? That is why I closed my eyes and booked it even though it was costly. On the first day I just thought there was a beetle crawling on the kitchen counter so I swiped it down the drain. The counter is brown so I could not see exactly what it was. My husband wanted to put something in the toaster oven but he could not get it to go on. The toaster oven and toaster and coffee maker were not working so he, the handy man he is, moved them away from the wall so he could see what the problem was. That’s when we saw more roaches along with the roach traps that were behind some of the things. It turns out a circuit breaker was the reason the items were not working. As for wanting to cook with cockroaches I kind of lost my appetite. My husband was determined to make his coffee the next morning anyway but the coffee maker was broken, this time not due to a circuit breaker. The manager was nice enough to bring a new one and acknowledged the coachroaches. I was done with the kitchen and suggested we BBQ on the deck. My husband pulled off the cover. Well let’s just say that it had not been cleaned in maybe ever. So now there was nowhere to cook. By the time we left there were cockroaches crawling from the kitchen throughout the dining area, all the way to the sliding glass door. The owner said I was complaining too much and said we could check out early. Well on a Mother’s Day weekend when people were just beginning to travel, let’s just say it was not simple to find a place. I felt he should refund part of our stay due to not being able to utilize the kitchen. After all, we were on the North Shore and there are not so many restaurants. In addition, we wanted to be able to hang out at the beach and cook at the house. The ocean is beautiful as is the North Shore. I’ve spent many months there. The house is nice and had there not been a cockroach infestation things would have been great. But there was. I also would like to say that the downstairs furniture is extremely uncomfortable. There is a couch and chair both wooden with a very thin cushion atop them. I would highly recommend an actual couch. The positive is that the house and rental could be exceptional if the owner just cared a little more. Obviously, there were cockroach traps already there so it was known. Don’t pretend like you didn’t know. Also, It would be nice to have some soap in the showers.

We just loved staying here. So much that we hardly left it. Perfect location, Foodlands less than a mile away. Clean and lovely. Reminded us all of our childhood holidays. We will definitely be back

Wonderful location. We had a great time!

My wife and I got married at Makapuʻu and then Honeymooned at this Cottage from April 12th to April 18th of 2019. I can't say enough good things about this location. Its off the main road so you feel more secluded. It is just shy of a mile from the Food Land and Sharks Cove that are nearby. You have a gate to park inside of so it feels like your vehicle is safe. The instructions for entering and managing the various locks was explained well. Saying this house has a Million Dollar view would be selling it short, figuratively and literally if I had to guess. The view... is... Amazing. This house is positioned further back on the lot than almost all of the houses around it meaning it is closer to the beach. You don't have to walk outside to get the view either, right from the living room your breath is taken away. The back porch is just feet off the beach, so you definitely don't have to go down to the sand to feel like your getting the on the beach experience. This was something I didn't really appreciate until I was there because if you are like us we didn't always want to deal with sand at certain times of the day. It is an older home but has been remodeled well. The bathroom is on the small side but that isn't anything you can't tell from the pictures. The wave sizes while we were there did make it pretty intimidating to get in the water, but we knew that would be the case. There are a lot of beaches close by that you can go to that are calmer if you want to swim during the rougher months. We stayed in Waikiki the first few days of our trip and I really regret not just staying here the whole time. I wouldn't think twice about renting here again, it is an amazing location.

My husband, adult daughter, and I loved our stay at Intimate Pipeline Beachfront Cottage. The house is older and small, but it was very clean, beds comfortable, and the view is wonderful. We even saw whales one afternoon from our lanai. We didn't spend much time inside on our trip, so the small cottage was perfect for us.

The photos advertising this beachfront cottage do not do it justice. From the moment you enter the property you are in your own private beach paradise. The views are truly spectacular and the positioning of the palm trees at the front are “picture perfect “. The cottage was pristine ....fully equipped kitchen and ideal for a couple ... The bathroom was a little small but the photos do reflect this. This didn’t worry us as we loved the hot outdoor shower. The immediate access to the beach was wonderful and we will be back. The best review from us was that we were not going to write one as we wanted to keep it a secret!!!!!! Mahalo William for always being so quick to respond to our emails. The home is cozy and clean, great location, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Loved watching the surf from the patio.

Cute and convenient beach front cottage~~sunsets on the lanai are the best! Just as described and pictured, all you need to do is kick back and relax, you'll love it here, and yes, the water is really that terrific turquoise blue! Enjoy the Aloha from the North Shore!

We really enjoyed our 9 nights at this fabulous beach cottage. It was perfect in every way! As a family of 4 from Australia we found the cottage very comfortable. Most nights we enjoyed cooking on the bbq and having dinner on the lanai as we watched the sunset. Our boys loved the surfing and would skate along the bike path up to Pipeline or down to Keiki beach. The outdoor shower was fantastic to wash away the sand after a day at the beach. Location was excellent, close to Foodland and food trucks, and great surfing beaches, and the view from the lanai was stunning. We plan to stay at this cottage again when we return to Oahu. Great house with amazing access to the beach. We loved it!

This is our second stay and love it. Very clean and has everything you need. Perfect for two people. My husband loves to snorkel. House is easy access to Pupakea with Sharks Cove and Three Tables. Near Turtle Bay for good food and sunset bar. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Try Seven Brothers on Laia great burgers. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay on the North Shore in this wonderful cottage. The location is awesome---walking distance to Shark's Cove, the food trucks and Foodland. Everything we needed was available---beach towels, gas grill, beach chairs...The location is private and quiet. Love this place!!

It was our second time to the beach house and loved it even more this time. Some nice upgrades were done: high end ceiling fans throughout, more linens available, more beach equipment, etc. We’ve stayed at many houses along the Pipeline over the years and this is our absolute favorite. We can’t wait for our next visit.

What a gorgeous beach cottage!! it literally felt like home away from home. It was our 6th time visiting Hawaii and by far the best. The house had everything we needed. Great location, close to Sharks Cove and the famous Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc... and having the beach right in front of the lanai was priceless. The best part was the lanai!!! our favorite part of the house! you can sit/lie out there for hours listening to the waves, watching the sunset, amazing! We hope to be back next year. We spent 8 days in this wonderful place from September 30 to October 8, 2017 and felt so very much at home. The house is a beach cottage so really cozy with just the right sizes of rooms to be comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. It is decorated with so much love and attention to detail. The house does not have air condition, but it doesn't need it. The many windows allow to let the wind pass through and will cool down the house within a very short time. The place we enjoyed the most was the lanai. You would get up at 5.30 in the morning to see the sunrise and would already see surfers in the waves and they will stay until after sunset. The beach was really quiet and so, even though the waves were always too high for our 6 year old girl to swim and sometimes even for us, we spent most of the time "at home". It has always been a dream to stay in a house at the beach. Our stay here made this dream come true. It was all we could hope for and some more. My husband and I spent 12 lovely days here in August 2017. The house is immaculately clean and has everything anyone could need on vacation. The views of the ocean, especially sunrise and sunset, are amazing. Felt very safe with a fenced in yard and car parked inside the gate. It is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans in every room. Would loved to have had a king size bed but the queen was just fine. Plenty of nice linens and towels. Washer and dryer are a real plus. Also has beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Wifi and tv worked well. Highly recommend this house if you want a North Shore vacation. One mile from the Foodland grocery and interesting food trucks. About 15 minutes to Haleiwa for more food trucks and restaurants. Went to Turtle Bay resort several times for sunset at the bar, Roy's Beach House Restaurant, and very good yoga classes. Try Seven Brothers for fantastic burgers in Laie. My husband is a dedicated snorkeler and loved going to Three Tables and Shark's Cove about a mile away! Perfect vacation.

This wonderful little beach cottage suited the two of us perfectly. We used the outdoor shower every time, watched the sunset every evening steps from the deck and thoroughly enjoyed being able to come and go from here. The cottage is equipped with everything you will need to be comfortable for a week or more. It's an intimate space and while two bedrooms, we felt it would serve two best... Using the roadside bedroom as the 'closet'. Foodland grocer and food trucks are within walking distance and a quick stop at Costco on the way to the beach for beer, wine, etc served us well. Plan to unpack, open the house up day and night and enjoy the beach and sound of the ocean. This beach cottage is a special place and we loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed and was located perfectly away from all the usual tourist areas. Only thing of note was the rocks in the water in front of the house made swimming at the beach at that location impossible unless you are on a board in the water beyond the rocks, but with all the other areas to swim nearby it really wasn't an issue. Wish we could've stayed longer! We loved it and look forward to returning again soon!

I took my parents and my son to Oahu for my son's 10th birthday and I cannot say enough great things about this lovely home! It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. Whether we stayed on the beach in front of the house or went exploring all Oahu has to offer, every day began with a greeting by the ocean and ended with a beautiful sunset.
