A solo 6 cuadras de la playa, este encantador hogar lejos del hogar cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar luminosa y relajante, y 2 habitaciones que pueden alojar cómodamente a 4 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama de tamaño completo. El sofá de estilo contemporáneo en la sala de estar también duerme 2!

Hay un pequeño patio muy lindo que se puede acceder, aunque la puerta de atrás. Lugar muy agradable para tomar un café o bebidas.

Usted va a encantar este lugar !!!! Caminamos a todos nuestros sitios favoritos ... Abbot Kinney Ave (calle más caliente de GQ en América), Main St. (Ideal para ir de compras, restaurantes, y gran escena de la barra), Rose Ave (restaurantes y cafés), y por supuesto la famosa playa de Venecia. También hay un enorme Whole Foods vuelta de la esquina, justo en frente de 'La Cabaña', un gran restaurante mexicano con tacos de carnitas asesinas eso es abierto hasta 3am !!!!! Además, justo en frente de allí, Casablanca .... suizas increíble enchiladas!
Cómo moverse
Aeropuerto LAX está a sólo 15 minutos de distancia. La parada de autobús está a una cuadra de distancia para que pueda ir a la 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Mónica o conectar con el metro al centro de la ciudad. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en la calle y una plaza de aparcamiento en la propiedad si es necesario.

Por favor, no fumar ni mascotas. Este es un barrio tranquilo así complacer sin mucho ruido o música después de 10. Más allá de que yo sólo pido que sea respetuoso de los vecinos y el apartamento.
Early Check-in y late check-outs felizmente se aceptarán siempre que sea posible. Volver a los alquileres de la espalda puede hacer que a principios / late check-ins imposible.

A friend and I stayed here for a month in October - November and had the best time. The location is amazing, the place is perfect for two people to stay and work, street parking was easy, and we loved being able to walk and bike to so many things. Some nice touches we enjoyed - the lime tree we could pick from, the very modern washer/dryer, the outdoor space we had access to, and being in the same area as the hosts to be able to get quick assistance and borrow little things like a bike pump. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This villetta is just gorgeous. Comfortable, homey, near lots of places walking distance, near a Whole Foods and Ralph's Grocery. The hosts are super communicative and lovely people. I will stay here again for sure!

Would have been great except for the fact that there was not comfortable seating in the living. Hosts very responsive to our requests. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped.

Very comfortable place. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to supermarket and Whole Foods. Easy to get to Santa Monica by bus or car and short trip by car to Expo line station. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed ourselves very much.

Just what we expected
A cute small bungalow that has been updated with new appliances. Exceptionally well supplied with kitchen pantry items, detergents, etc.
We walked to restaurants in south Santa Monica, Venice beach, and more. Off street parking is not always needed here, but it is a plus that it is provided.
Just be aware that the small planes from Santa Monica airport are pretty noisy, especially in the afternoon, but not at night.
We would certainly stay here again.

Fun Little Cottage!
We (family of 4) decided to visit Venice Beach for Sping break. We were greeted by Jean and she was very friendly and kind. She showed us around and was very willing to answer any questions. The cottage was small but perfect since we didn’t spend much time there. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. 25 min to Universal Studios.
Several restaurants within walking distance as well as, Wholefood and Ralph’s is also super close too. There were a bunch of Bird scooters but the kids were to young to ride them ... plus people drive like JA’s so I didn’t feel super comfortable entertaining the idea.
The cottage was fully equipped with coffee maker, kitchen stuff and everything else you might need. It was clean and super cute. The off-street parking was a bonus. All and all... it was a fabulous experience and a fantastic little place to stay.

Relaxing, and great location
The cottage is well-stocked, and in a convenient location for Venice Beach and Santa Monica. A very pretty garden with juicy limes, and lemons. Do wear slippers as the heating grill in the floor gets very hot for bare feet. I shall definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home that was artistic and well-stocked
Our family had such a wonderful stay here. The cozy was very comfortable and had beautiful art on the walls. The garden outside was private and great place for sipping wine in the evening; it felt a bit like a Balinese bungalow. An easy drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and many convenient stores nearby. It was so thoughtful how well-stocked both the kitchen and bathroom were, and the abundance of extra pillows and blankets. We really loved this place. Thanks to Jean and Erick!

The owner was very easy to get a hold of and talk to. The house was incredibly clean and taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. The parking space with gate was a great way to keep our car off the street.
We used the "Bird" scooters (Electric scooters operated by a cell phone app) to get around while we were there - it was just a few minutes ride to just about anywhere locally, and there were always some available to ride nearby on Lincoln Blvd.
Honestly, we could not have enjoyed our stay more!

We had a party of 5 stay for 3 nights. The location is great. Very close to Venice beach and a local grocery store, with some fantastic restaurants within walking distance, or a very short drive. The cottage itself has everything you would need and is very cleverly laid out.
Erik was very quick to respond and answer any of our questions. We actually met Jean (Erik's Aunt) on our arrival who was very nice and showed us round the house and gave recommendations on where to grab food. And the off-street parking was an added bonus.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two days in this cozy cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The grocery store was within a very short walking distance which was nice, the off street parking was convenient, and the place was relatively quiet and peaceful. I was also impressed with how clean it was! The beds were a little firm for us but ok for a couple days.
The walk to the beach is actually about a mile and a half and bikes would have made it much easier, but we got some good exercise that day. Lots of good restaurants around on Abbot Kinney Blvd and Marina Del Rey area.
We would definitely stay again!

Erick (assisted by his Aunt Jean) had the placed ready and welcoming. Any questions were quickly addressed. The square footage may be small, but the place is very cleverly designed for a sense of roominess. The artwork and clever design choices added to a very pleasant experience. We definitely will keep this one on our short list for future visits.
