Overall great stay. Condo was a described. Plenty of space to spread out. Typical Amenities towels, dishes etc all in good shape. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Couple of minor unpredictable issues handled quickly by owner!
Complex neat and clean. On site staff not very friendly but minimal interaction with them so no big deal. Gate locks could be replaced lots ppl struggled with them but that’s no fault of owner. We would definitely highly recommend This rental and stay there again for sure!

Where do I begin...my husband and I have grown children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We needed a condo with large living spaces, large kitchen, pool and on the beach. To say we were pleased with our stay is an understatement! This condo was AMAZING! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and it was immaculate! There were more than enough dishes and cooking utensils; the kitchen was large enough for many to be in there cooking at the same time. The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds were amazing! An added feature was the "Beach Closet" where the host had beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and many other items we could use at the beach during our stay. The slide at the pool was a hit with our grands and great grands!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely re-book!

The overall property and amenities are very nice and lived up to the reviews and my expectations. The unit was furnished nicely and was very spacious. With that said, I think it is important that anyone interested in renting this unit understand that the maintenance of the unit as well as the management company are subpar! Let me explain. On the final day before our departure, the unit’s air conditioner stopped working. I informed the property manager (Michael) of this problem and the first statement was not “tell me what happened,” but rather an accusation that we had left the slider open and the unit is now frozen up. I told Michael that we had not left the slider open and that the unit was not frozen, up but rather the condensation drain was clogged - verifying my statements with pictures of the air conditioners A-Coil. Michael told me that he did not have a technician to look at the unit and that no one would be called until tomorrow. I told Michael that his lack of action was unacceptable and that I would provide a negative review. He again said he was sorry. At no time did Michael attempt to immediately address the issues presented to him. He did not offer to move us to another unit, bring fans in, etc. He did nothing!!! This is not the type of uncaring property manager that you want to rent from. I am thankful that we were there in May rather than the later hotter months of summer as it only got to 78 degrees in the unit. Spend you money with someone else.

The condo, the facilities, and the view were top notch. The furniture is in great shape and very comfortably fit our party that was staying. The owner was exceptional with communication, I was able to text during our stay with questions and they were answered promptly. My only small/tiny complaint because overall our stay and the condo were amazing would be the amount of essentials provided, it was bare minimum to say the least. We arrived early evening and barely made it through with the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, baby bar soap to wash hands to the next day when we had our grocery pick up. Leaving two rolls of TP, a bottle of hand soap in the bathrooms, a few trash bags, and a weeks worth of dishwasher pods is a small gesture but will go a long way. Overall the stay was great, and we can’t wait to go back.

Overall rental was good. The property, location and views were fantastic. The condition of the unit overall was good, however the beds could use replacing - soft and lumpy. Spreads/comforters were worn and old (especially in the master suite), sheets were a bit worn, some had spots (though they seemed clean), were not overly soft and didn’t fit well. No blankets were provided. Rental could have provided a few more kitchen trash bags (only had the one in the can) and more than one dishwasher pod. Especially since renters are requested to empty the garbage and run the dishwasher upon checkout. A few minor maintenance issues that had gone unnoticed - one of the handles on a dresser door was missing, a light bulb was out in one of the bathrooms, we had to tighten a door handle that was quite loose in the master bathroom, and a couple of lamps were unplugged. Although not expected, but a small complimentary welcome basket (with maybe a couple microwave bags of popcorn, a packet or two of coffee and creamer, list of local restaurants/attractions/shops, etc. would have been a nice touch.

We had an amazing trip and our whole family gave this condo a 5 out of 5! The condo was clean, nice and included high end finishes, including a built in ice maker in the Butlers pantry. The condo was within walking distance the Hangout, a small grocery/convenience store, an ice cream shop
and lots of shopping! The only critques we had was that the mattresses were on the softer side and the WiFi wasn’t very strong.

This was our second time in Gulf Shores and this condo was a huge upgrade to our experience! The condo was super clean - parking was convenient and the location was great! Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect for kids of all ages. The company was really responsive and easy to work with and check in was seamless. Already planning a return trip next year!

We loved this unit! It was beautiful and the view was amazing! The unit was clean and so, so spacious! We had 5 adults and a 3-year old and we never felt cramped or closed in. The balcony was so large!. We loved this property and would consider it again!

Overall, we had a great time. Phoenix Gulf Shores was well located and easy to find. Property was well maintained. Condo was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours on the balcony looking out on the Gulf. We were even entertained by dolphins playing in the ocean. Condo had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to a couple of problems we encountered. On our last day, we were enjoying a late lunch in the condo. After some time, we heard a voice in the distance that kept repeating. At first we thought it came from loud talking on the beach or another unit, but upon further checking, we found it was a warning in the stairwells directing people to evacuate the building. A fire alarm was pulled on the 23rd floor. We were on 14. Three in our party have some mobility issues, so it was very challenging for them to godown 14 flights of steps anxious as to the nature of the alarm and that we did not hear it for some time. There needs to be a better system in place for emergencies. There was no alarm in the condo unit and we were never notified of an emergency other than the warning in the stairwells. This was disturbing to us. Other than that one instance we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

It was a comfortable place and view was great. Nice balcony overlooking the pools and the beach. roomy for7 people to cook, and eat at the table and watch TV. sometimes tables don't have enough chairs to dinner or TV watching, but this one does. I didn't really feel like the reno was complete since there were no shelves in shower or hair dryers included. Also, not enough flatware to accomodate 2 meals for 7 people before washing dishes. Some beach chairs were included which we appreciated. I would recomment this condo.

Wonderful condo with magnificent oceanfront views from an enormous deck. The condo was a perfect size for the eight family members that were there.We had several minor issues that were resolved in a very short period of time.Some of the linens need to be updated but other than that we were extremely pleased.

The location and view from the property is amazing! It’s a very spacious place to stay and everything is in close walking/driving distance in the area. When we checked in the front desk staff did not tell us there was code for the fitness center or beach gates so we had to wait till the second day after the desk opens at 9am to get the codes. The dining room table is also a little unstable and could easily be flipped. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

I hate leaving bad reviews but it needs to be said. The property was filthy upon arrival. Dishes and utensils with crusted food. Beds with sand. The master bed and pillows were disgusting. There was an awful odor that took two days to air out. I spent the first day of vacation cleaning and doing dishes.
The property itself is decent. Pool closes too early for vacationers. Sadly, we won’t be back. Overall bad experience.

Condo was gorgeous! We could not of asked for anything better. Our view from the balcony was spectacular. The pools were great. I would also like to say the property manager Mike was wonderful!

The condo was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible-we saw dolphins jumping and swimming several times! The rooms were spacious, the hall closet was awesome for storing beach gear and shoes. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The pool was heated to a comfortable temp for kids (ages 5 and 8) and the hot tubs were great!! We loved how close we were to restaurants and activities! Highly recommend Flora-Bama, the GULF, and the go karts at The Track! The grocery store across the street was also very convenient! Wonderful experience all around!!

The only thing that was concerning was the glass dining table. We never sat at the table because it was only secure by 2 posts. I understand the modern style but it is not safe.

We had a great stay in the 1403 unit. It was very clean when we arrived. It is very spacious, great view on balcony, elevators were fast, pools were amazing- the kids really enjoyed that they could touch (3ft in certain spots). The cleaning staff was always smiling when we saw them. The kitchen had 3 coffee pots which looked brand new, great silverware and loved that there was kids plates and cups. The only cons I have is: some of the ceiling lights didn’t work, there needs to be shades on windows in the 2 smaller bedrooms, we couldn’t figure out the Dishwasher, needs more skillets in unit. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

We love the beach and the boys love seafood, so we enjoyed our stay. We were able to eat a few meals in too. The condo is spacious and allowed us plenty of space to fully unpack during our stay. We would return but we have to coordinate our busy schedules, but so worth it!

Property and unit were extremely nice. We got to the condo early and got to check in a few hours early at no charge. Perfect location and plenty of room for everyone. However, our A/C only worked for the first night while we were there and was told the
Part would not be in until the day we were leaving so it made for an extremely uncomfortable stay all week. Both ice machines in the freezer and ice maker in the wet bar did not work the entire week and we had to bring our own bags of ice in the whole week. The pools are okay but slide was out of commission for half of the week and if it thunders within 15 miles they shut both indoor and outdoor pools down. They aren’t connected so i do not understand why the indoor pool closed every day. Money back or
Some type of gift certificate to use on future vacations would go a long ways due to the A/C and appliance issues we had to deal with all week. Otherwise I would recommend staying here again.
