We were all very happy with the home. Everything we needed was provided. Relaxed in the hot tub after my triathlon. My sore muscles were grateful. Thank-you so much!!

Spacious, scenic and welcoming - like home but upgraded. We loved all the space inside and out. Loved the family friendly pool and the views were outstanding down to the beach. We went to the market in town on Saturday - great local items. Visitor centre was so informative and set me up with a contact for a wine tour (came home with wine of course!). Overall was a great week. Thanks for welcoming us.

The patio and pool were perfect for our summer visit. The hot tub was out of order, which it appears from other reviews, it almost always is. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Super comfortable beds and a really spacious living space to enjoy meals and games nights. The condo is close to all of the amenities of Osoyoos, biking, wineries, and beaches. I would recommend to all.

I stayed here for 1 month with my partner! We loved it and wished we could stay longer. This vacation spot felt very homey and welcoming. Check in/out was easy, and communication with David was clear. This location was exactly how it was listed. Beautiful views, quiet neighbourhood, close proximity to everything you need. There was a private parking spot, and was only a 20 minute walk into downtown. This condo had an accessible pool and gym for us to use. The pool opened up a bit later in the month understanding that it was only starting to warm up. Keep in mind it is the warmest place in Canada. By end of May temps were around 30°+! The private beach was a plus as we were able to access it straight from our balcony, only a 30 second walk down. The sun faces the balcony so it’s perfect for people who enjoy the weather like us. We used the bbq frequently and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials needed to cook. The rooms were spacious and kept cleaned, same with the bathrooms. The WIFI, worked great as we relied heavily on it for teaching online. No noisey tenants either! I would highly recommend this place for families, groups or individuals staying short term, or long term. Staying here was a highlighted experience in the Okanagan. We will be back and checking for availability frequently. Thank you David

We very much enjoyed our stay at Davids home. A great location right on the lake and within walking distance to downtown Osoyoos and of course JoJo’s coffee very morning. David Provided clear instructions prior to arrival was quick to answer any inquiries we had. Would stay again.

This property has everything you need for a quiet getaway.

Very nice place, great views, great layout and size.

Overall the stay was good. Place hadn't been cleaned for some time before we got there. Difficulty getting the Wifi to work (wrong network and passcode....resolved finally) No cable hooked up. had to phone the company. If someone had checked this before we checked in, it would have been nice. the place was lovely but needed some maintenance.

The place was great and the owner was extremely helpful. The place was well stocked with most things (lots of plates, cups, towels etc). The pool was great, however the hot tub was out of order. Overall, we had a great time! Thanks!

My daughter arrived with her husband and toddler, they had been driving for a few hours. It was later in afternoon and room was not cleaned, apparently miscommunication. They had to leave for a few hours not easy with a toddler in tow. Patio umbrella broken, and chairs very worn out and uncomfortable. TV in bedroom does not work, so why not take it out. Service for air conditioning was slated to be checked while we there, we were not informed this was going to happen. It was ok not sure if I'd go back.

I stayed here in June 2017 along with my husband, my 3 year old, my parents, and my brother. We had a fantastic time at the condo. We found it to be clean and well-equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Although the hot tub was closed while we were there, we especially enjoyed the small beach area and the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this unit mid June. Myself, 2 three year olds and a set of Grandparents. It was perfect for our needs. Lots of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The patio was large and had a nice view of the lake. You can open the gate on the patio and be at the beach in 30 seconds. The beach was small but everything we needed, including chairs already set up. The kids had a blast! The only thing that was disappointing was the temperature of the pool complex. It was freezing! The owner is very easy to deal with. We would definitely return!

Second time at this unit. Was glad to see that a couple of needed minor repairs were done since last time. Love the unit. Wish we could afford to buy it or to stay all summer... Will stay again. Only downside is the cleaning lady wasn't stellar however when I spoke to the owner he was very apologetic and in fact refunded most of our cleaning fee. In fairness the owner did share that it's very hard to get good help in Osoyoos. I believe that and will not let that stop us from staying again.

Lovely condo, well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Huge deck big enough to store 2 kayaks when we were not on the water. Also, coming before school let out for the meant the complex and the lake were peaceful.

The condo is very close to the private beach and dock. In fact, you walk on grass to the sandy beach. The air conditioner works very well. The patio is large with shade offered by the umbrella. There is a garden hose which we found helpful for the hotter days and for our granddaughter's small wading pool. The two larger bedrooms were perfect for adults and the third bedroom good for kids. Parking for one car is in a secure garage and out of the sun. There is other parking close to the entrance door. Overall, the noise level was acceptable. The kitchen and living room/dining room are very large and easily accommodates six people. The bed was functional and lots of cooking utensils. The dishwasher was much appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again which is the best recommendation.
