This is the second time I’ve stayed at this complex and this unit was better than the last (a bit more updated and very clean).
My only reason for not staying again is that I need a washer dryer in unit and central AC. They have units in the bedrooms, but the lounge can get hot even with the fans. I don’t recall seeing that there was no AC in the lounge as the photo looked to have one, but I may be mistaken. In any event, if you want a great location to tons of restaurants, a good pool right in front, and a decent beach with turtles, it’s solid. It gets very windy around 2-4pm so something to know, but otherwise, a good deal and we had a very nice time!

Have stayed in other units as I love this complex, the area is so handy with great restaurants and fabulous sports bar. The condo had everything we wanted, so appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and the water noodles, so much fun. Would highly recommend this unit, and I did contact the staff as the outdoor rack was broken and they promptly replaced, so grateful for our time in a lovely unit

Overall our stay was good. The A/C units were noisy in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. The baths could use some updating. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful.

Great stay for 4 buddies on a cycling trip. Perfect location, right next to a grocery store for convenient shopping and great (inexpensive) poke. Easy check in and out.

This was my 3rd time staying in this wonderful condo. I was so glad to be back. There had been many small upgrades that made this visit even more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and I enjoyed cooking most of our dinners while there. I love that it is a 2 story complex where you can actually meet and greet your neighbours instead of being in a highrise. Unfortunately, this is likely my last stay here as travelling is getting more difficult these days for me. I have my memories to cherish!

We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays (Christmas and New Years) at Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-112, and this was our first time staying at this complex. We really liked the location of this condo having amenities within walking distance and easy access to the rest of the island. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything functioned as it should. Cooking at the barbeque and in the kitchen was great with a well stocked kitchen. The air conditioners worked fine. We had a wonderful breeze that ran through the unit. Plenty of supplies in general for daily living and for the beach. Ground level was great for us with two kids aged 11 and 12 for them to be able to go straight out to play and go directly to pool and BBQ. The landscaped grounds at this complex are beautiful to look out at. Pool was nice and big and being max depth of 4' was plenty. Beach was nice, and got to see turtles. Looking forward to our next vacation in Kihei. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Our family (two kids) enjoyed that the pool, beach front and lawn/gardens were accessible by walking out of this ground floor unit. Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and we even saw turtles on the beach. It was a quiet area and also a convenient, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, food truck and doctors office. We would stay again.

This was our second time in the same unit at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The complex is in a perfect location, walking distance to a grocery store and the best coffee shop. There was road construction being done on South Kihei road during our stay which made driving a little slower. The beach near the complex is beautiful but the water isn't the best for swimming. We watched the sunset every night from the beach and found sea turtles about a 10min walk each morning down the beach. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs are getting a little worn but they still functioned well for our purposes. There were umbrellas, beach toys and plenty of beach towels.We loved being able to walk right off of our lanai to the pool are or beach yet the it was tucked back enough to still feel fairly private. Will definitely book again for our next Maui getaway.

Loved our stay here. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a great spot to eat or just relax. Simple walk through the garden to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Saw turtles everyday. Pool was great. Condo was away from the main road, so no traffic noise. Recommend this place for people wanting a laid back, relaxing place to stay. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. I personally have phobias of hotels and rental homes because of cleanliness issues, but walking in, I could immediately see (and smell) that the place was very clean. The location is so beautiful..what a view from the patio! Also, it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The only noise might be a rooster or too, but you can laugh that off. We were very blessed with our week in Maui.

We were pleasantly surprised by the landscaping and overall condition of the complex. Our Unit C 112 is a perfect location within the complex - looks straight out towards the beach and felt very private. The outdoor rocking chairs were very comfortable. We had family staying in other units and we all agreed that ours was best situated. I think it was a good value. I do have a couple suggestions/annoyances that could be easily fixed; the bedroom windows don't have a proper shade. The property behind us is lit up with security lights all night which shines into the bedrooms. The spring loaded shower curtain rod in the master bath kept falling off. I suggest installing a more permanent shower rod.

Our rental experience was really good. The only things I can mention is that there were ants in the kitchen area - I did notice traps so that was good. Also, it would have been nice to have a kettle and even a dishwasher but that was it.

Our family stay here was wonderful! I loved sitting on the ground floor lanai and watching the sunset. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the room plenty big. I would say that the mobile AC is getting worn out and not working as effectively as the one in the kids room. As a Mom of a fun loving 9 yr old boy, I am not sure that we would come back to this setting- not the condo-the setting. It is mainly older folks trying to enjoy their peaceful day and we often felt that we needed to move away from the setting in order for him to be able to play in his normal boy fashion :) If i were traveling without him I would stay there for sure. The staff on the grounds were very kind and caring and take wonderful care of the setting. We loved the turtle who napped on the beach was so beautiful and the waves were pretty calm here and the beach is beautiful.

This place was amazing! The location was beyond anything we were expecting. Waking up to the waves, walking out to the ocean from our slider door and being greeted by turtles was absolutely magical. Check in and stay in this condo was very nice. It's located perfectly on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Our condo had beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas although we never used them. The kitchen only had basic condiments, but plenty of dishes and cooking utinsils. I would recommend this facility to anyone visiting Kihei.

Location was great, there is a turtle we spotted every day hanging out at the beach directly outside the building. The unit was spacious, well stocked, and overall had a great stay. However, one of the two A/C units did not working since we arrived and the keyless code entry stopped allowing access on the last morning before 6am when checkout was supposed to be at 11am.

Wasn’t fixed and I hurt my back trying to see if I could drain water. Called management a second time that night but no one came. After second night of no air and no sleep I called management a third time the next morning. Finally got it fixed. The other air condition had problems as well. Tube kept falling out of window the fist night and had to get up twice to put it back in the window. Condo was clean, pool was nice, but without air condition in main living area it was to hot to watch TV or cook.

Our time in Maui was awesome and it was cool that our rental property had such an easy access, offered such a prime location to enjoy the experience with family. Property was clean and even had extra beach amenities like chairs bodyboard I think there was even an umbrella…. all made it feel more like home!

We also loved the community that visits this location; lots of friendly families that helped each other out (multiple people actually gave us food and we gave a lot away when we left too)! Also, a great location with close grocery stores and restaurants as well as a nearby boat dock where we took an amazing snorkeling trip from. Kihei is a great part of Maui, being less overruns by resorts and great beaches! Overall the accommodations were amazing and we want to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at the property, location is great, you can meet the turtles at the beach just outside of the property. Pool is perfect for kids and location is a spot on for different sightseeing tours. We would definitely like to come back again! Mahalo!
