We stayed at this unit for several days with our family. It has a great setup for a family with two bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and family room. I worked on my laptop with an amazing view in the master bedroom. 😎 We extended our stay since it was so nice!! We can't wait to stay again.

Just be ready to do your own leg work here and you’ll be fine. Also wasn’t expecting the yellow water. It’s completely fine it turns out. Just didn’t expect it. Would come back here in the future.

The unit had the most beautiful views of city and ocean. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Loved the pools, esp for the baby with the waterfall and the gradual pool. The beach was great to relax and walk seashelling. Walking distance to a couple resturants.

I absolutely recommend 3800 Ocean Restaurant. The Marriott Hotel computer systems were down the entire weekend which slowed check-in and services a bit. Other than that, it was a great stay. The host had a clean suite.

From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful stay. Our condo was a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the resort staff were helpful and friendly. We would most certainly stay here again.

Excellent Beachfront location in Singer island! Listing exactly as described and plenty of room for our family of four. Great for kids, adults and everyone in between.

It is located on a beautiful beach. The pool area did not have nearly enough lounge chairs to do any sunbathing. The policy was that the pool attendants would remove towels if the chair was unattended for more than 30 min. This was not being enforced whatsoever. People would leave towels in the AM and the chairs would be empty for hours. The unit itself was spacious but we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. For example, the pocket doors to the bathroom were not functioning properly so they wouldn't stay closed. Created privacy problems for the person in the bathroom. The hairdryer was so old and such poor quality that it would overheat and shut off after about 2 min of use. This created a problem for myself and my daughter as we both have long hair and wanted it to be dried properly before heading out to nice dinners. Additionally, it was frustrating to only be given 2 small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap for the bathroom.

Very relaxing and accurate description of the property

We had a great stay at the Marriott,however, the dinner we had at 3800 was not as good as it was in prior trips. Staff was friendly and professional, as well as all the bartenders who served us.

The condo was amazing and clean. Loved having the kitchenette. The staff at the resort were all so wonderful- you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Only issue I had was the microwave. The one advertised as multifunction wasn’t working and there was a replacement but it didn’t have the same functionality. So we had to throw some food away because of that. Just would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, our stay was prefect and we would definitely go back!

Always enjoy staying here. Unit was very clean. Very much appreciated that there were umbrellas and beach chairs. Adventuring out to Blowing Rocks beach/Preserve is a must!

Great property and clean. Wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. Nice beach with rock formation and underwater fish. Bring or rent snorkel gear. Pool with fun slide for kids— big and small.

We’re very pleased, and our vacation was great! From beginning to end the rental company could not have been more accommodating. Before we arrived, I was emailing with various questions, and each time I received an almost immediate response. When we arrived at the Marriott we found the staff very pleasant and attentive. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to make our vacation easy and comfortable. There were beach chairs in the unit for our use and when I informed the rental company that the chairs were torn, they were replaced within the hour with four brand new chairs and an additional beach umbrella! All in all, a very nice experience.

Went for sons wedding which was beautiful. However 1st day had to call rental mgr due to ice machine in freezer broken, fridge freezing items, crumbs on carpet and contact stuck on bathroom floor. I was told I received a DEEP DISCOUNTbu going through VRBO so I should realize that 😳 you also don’t get towels or cleaning with that deep discount. The next 2 ladies showed up to check the fridge and said they would bring a small fridge until they could maintenance it. I was ok with that but they never brought one. The Manager called and emailed but due to the wedding I was very busy. When I did speak with him he rudely stated it was basically my fault for not contacting back. He said you didn’t have 30 seconds to take care of this. At which time I stated - I thought I did when I was supposed to get the little fridge. I felt I spent way too much time on that already!!! He was extremely rude but I don’t blame the owners for his deficiencies. Lastly the sent a guy out saying we had the fridge turned out. That was a lie and I think we know which is cold, colder and coldest on a setting. The food had to be thrown away that froze and that was really costly and inconvenient.

Overall, it was an excellent vacation, despite the COVID-19 outbreak. The condo was very nice and suited our family well. The check-in process was very easy and the resort was great. The beach was beautiful and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The pools were lovely with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had no issues with the room and the housekeeping staff was prompt when asked to remove our trash. We would return.

Excellent experience with the renting process.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The unit was immaculate as was the whole property. Even though the water slide was out of commission, having an inflatable was awesome and my kiddos loved it. The food poolside and in the restaurant were fantastic! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!

We didn't realize there was no actual oven in the condo just a toaster oven of sorts that really didn't work. We also didn't realize that you couldn't have a cooler of your own on the beach with drinks in it and your own chips and snacks. We understand it not being allowed at the pool but not at the beach was a little crazy to us. We also noticed there were not grills to cook meat on if you wanted to make your own dinner. The facility was beautiful but these things are something we are used to doing in other resorts.

Great beach and resort experience. The views from the condo is awesome and condos were clean and appointed nicely. One down side is valet parking at $27 a day plus tax is excessive. Very frustrating you can’t park the car yourself or self-service lot. Otherwise outstanding place to stay. WiFi in rooms could be improved as well as several times connection disconnected or was extemely slow.

We had a wonderful time and the unit was perfect... The owner took care of every detail including beach chairs and even pool toys! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. Very accommodating for small children. Only negative is that there is construction of a new hotel, adjacent to this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying here again in the future.

Wonderful apartment, beaches and services.!! People is very kind. And food is great. Everything is great. Will try to go more days next time. Only one thing to recommend: with an apartment of this category, you should have free wifi! Things to consider: you have to add to your figures the cost of wifi and daily parking

Condo was wonderful.

This will be our second year booking through Bob. I have to say Bob and his team are wonderful to work with! We had a issue with deck chair breaking as my husband was sitting on it towards the end of our trip. We told them not to worry about it as we only had one day left. They called back right away and fixed it immediately. The condo it self was very clean, and prefect enjoyable view. I would say they need pots and pans to cook with in this particular condo. There was only one pan, so bring your own if you plan on cooking. Our family loved watching the baby sea turtles on our morning walks. Also saw a mama sea turtle lay it's eggs. Beautiful experience. The beach is gorgeous. Rock area on beach is beautiful to explore when it's low tide and if lifeguards allow you( depends on weather, how rough the water is, etc.). Pools are the kids favorite. Would advise to use it early in morning or late in afternoon. It gets pretty packed at the slide pool. I gave it 4 stars because of the front desk staff. We were extremely disappointed in the way they talk to guest and treat guest. Steven the front desk staff wasn't too friendly to many of us waiting to be helped at the front desk. We had an issue where the bell man broke something of ours on accident. He was extremely nice and apologized. However, we were advised they would be replacing this item. Front desk told us to replace item and get them receipt they will refund us right away. It seems to be the most difficult thing for them to do once we sent them the receipt. The managers never called back as they said they would. We even followed up with them daily and left both of our cell phone numbers. They seem to be very unprofessional at the front desk! Morning at 9am we check out and handed over towel cards and room keys to manager. Received a call 3 hours that we needed to check out from Bobs staff. Advised them we had!! If it weren't for booking directly through Bob and his team I'm not sure our family would go back to this location. Over billed on parking for vehicles that were not even ours. Parking is $28 a day! I would advise calling for car to be pulled around. I would say the Valet staff and bell men were the most hard working, polite and helpful staff members at this hotel!! Coffee shop was delicious. We ate breakfast 3800 ocean upon our last day of leaving. Very disappointing as our food came out cold TWICE!! If you have a chance go visit Guanabanas and Sailfish Marina for lunch or dinner.
