So glad we decided to stay in this condo instead of a cabin in the woods. The condo is situated away from the hustle and bustle of Parkway but with easy access by elevator to walk to the Parkway. No parking worries. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean.

If you think the pictures are beautiful, wait until you walk through the door. This condo is immaculately decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable and everything you need is provided whether it be utensils in the kitchen or detergent pods in the laundry. Sitting on the back patio every morning with my coffee and quiet time is my favorite part of the day and seeing several bears also made it exciting. Located right off the Parkway, most everything is walkable which was convenient. We have stayed at different condos in Gatlinburg, but this is by far our favorite and we are already planning next year's trip so we can stay here. Bill and Brenda were fantastic hosts who were to quick respond to every email and question I had. From someone who's stayed at a lot of other places in Gatlinburg, try this place, you won't regret it. And the hot tub is a plus for your back and feet after walking around all day.

When we arrived, we didn’t have any sense of what waited for us inside this condo. When we stepped in…WOW! No words can completely describe this awesome place. Clean is top of the list, we felt like we were the very first guests in a brand new home. The decor is so homey and fits the mountain lifestyle perfectly. Beds were comfy with extra blankets at the ready. The towels and sheets even smelled fresh and clean. The hosts checked in to make sure we arrived and were able to enter with ease. They let us know if we did need something not to hesitate to let them know. They went above any expectations you could think of in a host. Location was ssooo convenient and very easily accessible. Especially when walking is the mode of transportation most of the time.

We have been visiting the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge over the past 9 years. This Condo is on the very top of our list of places we have stayed. The host kept us informed of anything we needed to know and to let us know to contact him if needed. We never had to! The condo was clean and very well kept. The swimming pool opened the day after we arrived. Plenty of room for our family of six. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Plan to reserve again on our next trip. Thank you!!

Billy & Brenda's condos are always my first choice when booking a stay at Summit Manor and this one is our fave. Love the easy access on the ground floor. When I tell you it is clean... I dropped an earring back under the bed and had to use a broom to retrieve it. I didn't sweep up anything except my earring back from under that bed. The condo has an ample supply of nice quality TP, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher, & laundry detergents to last at least 3-4 days. That is not the case from all of the hosts. They care about the comfort of their guests. Billy is warm, friendly and always quickly responds to messages. We are looking forward to booking our next stay with them.

I can't say enough about this condo or its owners. Yes, everything was immaculately clean and newly updated. Yes, the beds were super comfy and the showers were amazing.
But the best part is that the condo is only steps from the main drag of Gatlinburg.
If you've been to Gatlinburg before, you know how bad the traffic can get. Once we arrived, we left our vehicle parked and walked everywhere. Popular attractions like the Ripley's Aquarium and Anakeesta are only a 10-minute walk away.
Our favorite restaurant, Best Italian Cafe, has a secret walkway from their patio to the lower level parking for the condo. Other popular restaurants like the Smokey Mountain Brewery or the Cherokee Grill are right on your doorstep.
We were able to order takeout from all our favorite places and bring it back to the condo for a low-key family dinner each night. It's so much better than waiting in those long lines just to get a table!!
If you're looking to experience Gatlinburg and you hate dealing with traffic, this condo puts you in the best possible position to enjoy it all!
The owners, Billy and Brenda, did an amazing job communicating with us every step of the way. Everything from pre-check-in instructions to occasional text messages to make sure we arrived safely. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

This place is beautiful & exactly like the pictures!! The view out back is an amazing view of the mountains & Ober tram. The view out front you can see the Sky Bridge & the needle. All are lit up at night. We were so glad the pool & hot tub were still open outside as we used them after hiking. We enjoyed the back patio at night & saw a bear walk by on the other side of the fence. We walked everywhere close by. The Moonshine Coaster, Hillbilly Golf & Hillbilly Harley shop & Ole Red were farther down so we drove & parked. $20 to park but that is for all day. Hillbilly Golf & Coaster do have Parking lots that don’t charge if you’re only doing them. Definitely recommend the Sky Bridge! It is beautiful & there is a trail up there so you don’t have to walk the bridge if you dont want to. The condo had everything we needed & was very nice!! Bring your own food & drinks & you can save money. There is a Walmart & Krogers in Pigeon Forge too. This condo was perfect for our family vacation!!!

We were in town for a wedding (last minute) and luckily found this condo. It was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. Billy, the owner, was extremely helpful and inviting. It’s centrally located so we walked to everything in Gatlinburg. The aquarium is worth every penny. Pigeon forge is s short drive away but worth it. It was awesome to sit in the hot tub every evening after hiking and exploring the area. We highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed over our 1st Anniversary at this super clean and very cozy condo! Billy and Brenda made the process of getting there very easy and answered any questions we had prior to and during our arrival. The fire department was doing alarm tests on all the condos. We got a text to let us know. Our neighbors who stayed in someone else's didn't and were freaking out until I told them it was only a routine test. Very informative and courteous owners! The place was up to date, just as the pictures show and extremely clean and well maintained! Parking was wonderful, and the elevator to the street was fantastic for not having to find a place to park and close to many attractions. We will definitely be staying there again!

We've stayed in several condos in Summit Manor but this is our first time staying on the ground floor. We loved it. Unloading our truck was a breeze. The condo was beautifully decorated & comfortable. I enjoyed all of the local artists prints, paintings & pottery. They had the good hand soaps, boxes of tissues, TP & paper towels which was really nice because I totally forgot to buy any at Food City on our way in. Any minor issues where handled quickly by Billy. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the main bath shower head. It had an odd hole in the middle of the water pattern making it really difficult to wash & rinse my long hair. The hubs had no issues with the other shower. We might have to switch up next time. We are looking forward to staying in the same unit this fall and will be booking it again next year. Thanks again for your warm hospitality. =^..^=

Having never been to Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon Forge we really had no idea what to expect. All of the reviews for this property mentioned what a great location this was, and for our family of 6 it was perfect. We were able to easily walk the main strip, close to food, corner store and entertainment. The condo was clean, very well maintained and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bathtub with the jets. We went to Pigeon Forge almost every day, and even with the tunnel closures, it was easy to do get to all the activities. The location is even walkable to the Smokey Mountains National Park. We feel that we couldn't have made a better decision on where to stay with our family.
