Highly recommend if traveling to Traverse City- great walkable location with parking. Clean and very comfy place was perfect for our family while in town for a wedding. If we had a question, we received a response almost immediately. Enjoyed our stay very very much!

John and Amanda are amazing hosts! Everything as described and they are so easy to communicate with! Fabulous time away and would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends! Easy walking to food and shops and great location to visit the dunes and Frankfort!

Just blocks from downtown and across the street from the bay. Nicely appointed and clean. Worked well for 2 couples. Spacious living space. Great communications with the owner and easy access to the condo. If you are a light sleeper you may hear the upstairs neighbors.

This condo is very spacious. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped. Great location for families with children. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to a playground. Also, close to downtown Traverse City. The owner was very helpful.

We were in TC for a wedding, this condo was in a great location to all of the wedding activities and for enjoying TC. It's comfy and clean, all five of us were pleased with our stay.

Stayed for a quick weekend trip to TC - great walkable downtown location. Queen air bed was most comfortable for our 5th adult - overall the VRBO was great size for us and would be just fine for a party of ) adults. The washer/dryer is also a great perk! Will book again!

We had lots of space and especially appreciated the counter space in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The whole place was spotless and we received very clear check in and check out instructions. Apartment is very close to downtown and many restaurants and just a short walk to the bay. The only issue we had was getting around the nearby road construction.

We absolutely loved our visit in TC and this condo was the perfect. It was so clean and exactly what we expected from the pictures and info listed. We were surprised how spacious it was and to find a 2bedroom was difficult without having someone on a pull out couch. This two bedroom condo was perfect! Check in and out was super easy and the hosts were available if we needed anything. Our room was ready hours prior to check in which was awesome! It is walking distance to downtown and very convenient. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

The home is very spacious and comfortable. Very nice furnishings with so many extra pillows :) The kitchen is well appointed and clean. The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base.

The condo was conveniently located for everything! Short walk to all restaurants and shops. Short drive to both lighthouses. Communication was outstanding. Definitely enjoyed every minute.

John is a very responsive and wonderful host, and his condo is great for a TC visit. The location can’t be beat and the dedicated parking spot is super important for busy holiday times when parking downtown is hard. Clean, comfy, well appointed, no fuss. Walls are thin and the building can be a little noisy because sound carries. Some of the finishes in the apartment are showing wear and tear but overall everything was great. Definitely recommend.

Condo is very nice, clean and super convenient to downtown with parking Comfortable beds and seating. Nice bathrooms. Dishwasher is usable but needs an update. Full kitchen necessities except for plastic wrap or aluminum foil; either would have been welcome for leftovers. Would definitely return!

Everything about our stay was awesome. From the booking to the departure. John and Amanda messaged us our arrival instructions in plenty of time and were quick to answer our questions. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would book from John and Amanda again!

The condo was nice but, could use some upgrades. Old refrigerator with broken ice maker (we had to buy ice) and dishwasher is rusty inside. Light over range is out. The first VRBO I’ve ever rented that doesn’t have a Keurig coffee maker. There was no foil, plastic wrap or baggies in the kitchen, another first for me.

The apartment was larger than expected. Nicely decorated and amenities. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Traverse Bay lake front is just across the street. We went to Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes area, Northport, Sutton Bay, road bikes around Boardman Lake and out east of Traverse Bay. Nice trip and accomodationns.

This trip included an out-of-town friend, and I wanted a special place to stay where we could visit and hang out between outings. The condo is lovely, well decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. Unfortunately, the neighbors/renters in the unit above ignored the posted rules regarding quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am and felt it was just fine to party until about 1 or 2 in the morning. Very disturbing and makes me reluctant to consider returning or recommending this complex to friends.
