Condo was very spacious and clean. Pool is kept warm and was very refreshing at the end of a day on the beach. Building and grounds are kept up well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Such an amazing stay! Perfect location right on the beach Have been coming to bike week for over 30+ years and this stay was a gem! The condo was perfect and comfortable for the 6 guys that stayed Had all of the necessities for cooking after we shopped and filled the fridge Looking forward to future stays ! Will 100 percent be back ! Communicating with Toni / Joanne was simple and always available Check in was simple and when we asked for a later check out they couldn’t have been more accommodating Our bikes were safe in the garage Honestly don’t have 1 bad thing to say! It was our home away from home but even better

Great place - great location
Great place - Everything needed for a great vacation. Pool and beach access were great. Joanne and Toni were so helpful from registration to area attractions to check out . We hope to be back soon!

Joanne's condo was the perfect place for my me, my husband, our daughter, her husband and 2 of her sons ages 7 and 14 to spend visiting her oldest son who is a freshman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Although not ocean front there was an excellent view of the ocean from the large veranda. The condo is beautifully decorated and large enough that we could all have our own bedrooms (two younger boys shared) and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with many basic needs. We ate in most nights and made good use of the electric grill on the veranda. The younger boys especially liked the heated pool and the beach, spending most of their days out there. Dealing with Joanne and Toni was extremely easy. We look forward to maybe returning again next year.

Perfect
We have gratitude and appreciation to Joanne to open her home to our family. The property is more spectacular than the pictures, it is well equipped like home and communication with Joanne and Tonni was outstanding. The balcony view was a special surprise and the building was maintained to perfection. Our family of 10 was able to spread out yet spending time together was the highlight using the kitchen designed for entertainment. I cannot recommend this property enough. First 5-rating for me and well deserved. Thank you!

This condo was amazing! It's beautifully decorated and has so much space. All the amenities were wonderful along with so many that are not mentioned in the listing. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the beach! Toni was wonderful at accommodating our large group!

Spacious unit with a beautiful view
My family and I had a great, week long stay in unit 401. My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) had plenty of space, and the view was beautiful. Overall everything was just as described by the owner. We had a few minor things come up, that Toni helped with immediately. We would stay here again.

Wonderful condo and family vacation.
This was our 2nd trip to Daytona Beach Shores and this breathtaking Ocean Vista condo of Joanne's. We had plenty of room and were not crowded at all. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We met some really nice vacationers. With the Corono virus everyone stayed at a safe distance at the condo and also when we were at the beach. Weather was great and we could not have picked a nicer week to go on vacation. Toni was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to see that we had everything that we needed and that everything was running smoothly in the condo. You are very blessed to have such a thoughtful and informative person on board working with Ocean Vistas. This is our favorite place to stay and we do plan on returning. One recommendation that I would suggest is that some umbrellas be placed around the pool area. We are looking forward to returning.
