It’s very close to the University of South Alabama which is why we stayed there.

When I checked in, I was immediately greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there. She did the bare minimum to check me in. When I went to sign the papers, I noticed she had me down for a king bed when I reserved 2 queens beds. Of course, this bothered her. I asked if there were any available. She said no but was able to get a cot. We were put in a room right next to the elevator and the breakfast area. We asked to switch rooms which again, was a huge problem for her. She was rude and lied and told my husband that I yelled at her which i absolutely did not. Upon getting to another room, the bathroom floor was filthy! I wiped it down and had to request new towels. You’d swear I was asking for this same woman to donate a kidney!

I didn’t like the fact that I left my jewelry in the room and one of the house keepers went in my room and stole my valuables it took for me to call the police to get my Jewelry back…The manager has yet to contact me about the situation so obviously this happens often and jus no regard for guest satisfaction, the house keeper supervisor was very helpful in getting my belongings back

Clean and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best.
