We were cruising out of Mobile and the Admiral offered a convenient location to the cruise port.

When we arrived around noon, we called to see if our room was ready. We were told it was ready. When we arrived at the property, the person at the desk told us we could not check in until 4 PM. That was not amusing.

The water was hot when I took a shower

That I paid 2 months in advance for a king deluxe room with a bathtub,but when I arrived to get a regular king size with a shower.And was told they only have rooms with a bathtub & they wasn't available.BAD BUSINESS!!WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I like the fact it was clean

I REALLY dislike the fact the front desk staff was not welcoming AT ALL!! No one greats you when you come in nor speak when you’re in their presents. Front desk staff should ALWAYS be welcoming and friendly. I also don’t like the fact I wasn’t worried BEFORE hand that the cafe was going to be closed because I wouldn’t have booked or cancelled my reservation, but do to when I booked I have no time to canceled without being penalized . Another situation I don’t like I called the front desk and no one answered so I came downstairs just to see 3 staff members chatting I asked why no one answered and the lady stated she couldn’t hear the phone over the construction work  being done! It was strange to me knowing I didn’t hear any construction work being done specifically not at the time of night it was!!
