This quiet 1 bedroom was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed. Loved it!! Would stay there again!!

The unit is spacious, quiet and comfortable and it has air conditioning in both the main living area and bedroom. There is plenty of space to unpack clothes and the Queen size bed was comfortable. This rental is located close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. And consistent with Bello Realty's requirements, this unit was equipped with backpack beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day. We are hoping to return again next year.

The couch was a bit smelly and the carpet floors sticky. There was no kettle and the coffee maker was very old. There was no normal frying pan. The pullout couch was very old and quite uncomfortable and we are small light people. My kids didn’t mind it though. This suite was cheaper than our friends but not as nice. However, maui was beautiful and we spent our time mostly outside.

The sofa sleeper is unusable. Bello brought over a low end foam topper but it did not help. They since have ordered a new mattress. We purchased an air mattress for our stay as we were there 10 nights. Bello also purchased new pots and pans which future guests will greatly enjoy as the ones in the unit were very oldamd the nin stick surface was non existent. Toaster only worked on one side. The bedroom humidifier smelled horribly and needs cleaning. The location is great though and once some items are addressed this will be a fine unit. I would only recommend this unit if items have been addresses

Property was clean, centrally located in Kihei, close to pool at KOA resort. However, living room furniture is dated and smelled a bit musty. Sofa cushions need replacing. Living room slider screen has a major rip so you can not leave the slider open. The blue comforter for the pull out sofa is very old, and has a musty smell. KOA Resort is nice but I would look at another property there.

The place was excellent I had no issues at all with this home, and the location amazing. The only thing was the communication with the manager was bad, he never reply our messages or email for me that completely sucks , I always stay on rental home everywhere I go and never had this problem usually the communication is outstanding, keep that in mind before you book, other then that we loved it.

Had everything we needed folding beach chairs would have been nice we had to rent them and we had 3 beach towels for 4 guests, it had superb air conditioning that was quiet - it was quite difficult to locate the unit in the dark when we arrived as the property is quite vast also there was no parking at night would be nice to have an assigned spot for the unit. I would rent the unit again - you definitely need a car in Kihei. We recycle in Canada so had a hard time throwing everything in the dumpster together...

We enjoyed the features of the resort such as the kitchen, laundry setup in the room, the hot tub, grills, etc. The room was very comfortable with couch, dining area, kitchen, closet for beach items, laundry, bathroom, and bedroom. The air conditioners in the dining/living room and the bedroom worked well and were fairly quiet. The resort was close but not too close to the businesses of Kihei and the beaches. There was plenty of parking at the resort.

My only complaint was there were only two drinking glasses, only small juice and wine glasses. And no big serving bowls. We had friends in different units and wanted to do dinners together. But it just sold, so I assume those issues would be resolved.

Returned today from a week in Kihei at the Koa Resort. Our stay was fantastic, we loved the resort for its garden like atmosphere and a very peaceful setting. Our unit was ground floor just steps from the pool and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on our rainforest style patio. Everything we needed was available in the unit. My spouse would 100% stay there again. Only thing I would suggest is getting a stronger WiFi router, we couldn't leave the kitchen without losing our signal. I know first world problems(lol) but its an easy fix I think.

Loved the location and the pool facilities. Definitely one of the best in the area. Wifi had issues, need to be right beside the modem for it to work but we spent most our days out anyways. Can't wait to come back to Maui!

Perfect location for a morning 10 mile walk on the beach and an evening ocean swim. The overall property is in very good shape and the pool is the best condo pool in the area. They seem to have solved the issue where local residents would dominate the pool as I never noticed any outsiders. I will be renting this condo three more weeks this year.

I booked this place relying on the good reviews and we weren’t disappointed! It was a great place to come back to at the end of the day.

We were so pleasantly surprised that we were in walking distance to pickleball courts. It was a great pickleball community. Also there are some great restaurants in walking distance and a great beach in walking distance! We didn't need a rent-a-car we just took Uber when we needed a ride. We had a wonderful say in a wonderful place!

Property clean, easy process to rent. Wi-Fi did not work. The walls of the condo so thin you can hear the neighbors sneeze.

We liked that everything we needed was in the unit. For example, the clothes washer had detergent and the dryer had dryer sheets. There were beach towels, chairs, and other items for going to the beaches. The hot tub was nice and grills were available for those who wanted to grill their meals.

Overall we loved this property. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the parking is quite a walk from the condo. Also, when we checked in and got unpacked, all of the bedding was still very damp and could not be slept on. Overall the unit is lovely and very spacious. The washer and dryer inside the unit was very handy, fully stocked kitchen, and feels very private. I would stay here again in the future.

Staying at KOA allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation.

We wanted to change the dates because the governor ask that people stay away because of covid. This company will NOT work with you. The rest of my party got to change the date or a refund. But not with these guys! I will never rent from them again
