Very nice rental for family getaway. Location good and close to the beach and the boardwalk with stores/restaurants. Home was exceptionally clean and all necessities available for making a meal. Plenty of towels and made use daily of the beach sand chairs provided. Professional and friendly office staff (Colleen a joy to work with.).

We had a blast! The rental was all we expected it to be! Everything was clean upon arrival.. From the rental experience, to the documents that needed to be completed, the communication was all very professional and easy to complete! Would highly recommend!

Only negative thing I can say is the bedrooms along the alley are quite noisy. With no air conditioning in the summer you need to leave the windows open for that beautiful cool evening breeze. Restaurants tend to empty their trash and recyclables late at night.

From check in to check out Seven Sisters provided an excellent weekend for my family. We had an issue with the heater not working in our unit and seven sisters immediately switched us to a unit with a working heater, that was equivalent to our original. Problem solved! Location is amazing, steps from the beach and restaurants in Avila! Unit was exactly as described. Highly recommend booking your stay on the central coast with Seven Sisters

My family and I stayed here for a birthday trip over a holiday weekend. The place was very clean, beds and linens super comfy and the location is great! The only minor issues relate to how well the kitchen was stocked- not the best, and our ability to use the local and television stations. Yes we were vacationing and also huge golf fans. Could not watch ANY of a big PGA tournament, even with the help of staff (though they really tried). Neither of these things were huge deals, but they were inconveniences.

The staff at Seven Sisters was incredibly professional and supportive as they helped us identify a property for our weekend away. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property, and Seven Sisters to help you plan your next holiday.

Check in was super easy using the Hospitality ap. House is new and clean inside and stocked with all the supplies you need. 2 parking spots in secure garage (but very tight parking). Easy walk to everything and all the tenants where very friendly. Only suggestion is to remove the metal crab in the middle of the courtyard that says “DO NO TOUCH”. It’s on tbe lawn where every kid wants to touch it. And it is sharp! Other than that great property!

We have stayed at this space many times over the years and it never disappoints! It’s always clean and ready to go when we arrive and the three bedrooms allows our family to stay all together. It has easy access to the beach and the local shopping along the Main Street! You won’t be disappointed!

Great 1/2 way point for family vacation!
We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! Our family met here in Avila Beach - some coming from the Bay Area and others from LA. Perfect spot! The condo had everything we needed both in size and amenities. The beach and restaurants a block away! So convenient! You could drive to other places…but why? We’ll definitely stay here again! It was a Shore Pleasure!

Can’t beat the location
Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great and easy to get to/find. Can’t beat having a place with designated parking-with 2 spots! Worked perfect for our family and guests.
