great location, cleanliness and responsive host !

When we entered the place, there was music, a nice aquarium view on the tv, a nice atmosphere and heat in the shower plus a lovely note for us. It felt like a home with a kitchen (how nice to eat at "home" after two weeks on the roads). Separate toilet and wet room, comfortable bed, little futon corner to watch tv: the place is small but sooo cozy! It has an amazing location in shibuya, closed to restaurants, bars, shopping, metro, yet it was on a very quiet road. We loved the area! It felt like home. The owners are easy to communicate with, and getting the key was easy. There is a tiny balcony where we enjoyed eating dinners.

Toilet was not cleaned, but I feel the cleaner probably just forgot to do it as the rest was perfect.

Really cozy apartment, meticulously set up, with a handwritten note welcoming us! Check in process was very easy and the owners communicated very quickly and often using the app. Great location right in the middle of Shibuya and everything else in the area.

Small style Japanese apartment so limited space for those who need it.

Masaya and Ken were very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment is small but perfect for our 3 nights in Shibuya. Having a wee deck to sit out on was great. With lovely night view over the area. Just minutes walk to everywhere including the Scramble, train and bus station.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was everything we expected and more.

Great location, minutes to everything. The Host was highly responsive and even took time to come out to give us a portable wifi which was extremely appreciated.

Great location. Good amenities. Easy to communicate with host and easy check in. Very clean.

We were a bit annoyed that the fridge was not plugged in, which we only figured it out when we tried to put something in and noticed it wasn't cold. Not sure there's any point in providing a fridge if you aren't going to have it turned on for guests...

Instructions were clear. Room was clean and comfortable. Very personalized as the owner left us a welcoming note and water/snacks. You can tell that much thought was put into this. The pocket wifi helped us a lot on our trip. Cannot recommend this place more!

The space was small for someone used to North American sizes but that was expected in Japan. Small yet cosy. :)
