Large Family Friendly Home Minutes From Downtown
Casa de 4 habitaciones ubicada a 5 minutos del centro de Glenwood Springs. A 20 minutos de Sunlight Mountain ya 45 minutos de Aspen. La estación principal de autobuses está a 4 cuadras de distancia y hay muchas bicicletas, caminatas, rafting, cerca, para lo que sea que te guste.

My wife and I took a short trip to Glenwood with our daughters and sons-in-law. The house we stayed in was conveniently located for all our activities. We had a couple of issues but informed Matt and Amber as soon as we discovered them. They were very responsive and were able to take care of the issue right away. The house was comfortable and spacious enough for the six of us. The kitchen is well equipped but for some reason did not have a dish cloth for wiping down services after use. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was clean, comfortable, well supplied, and the perfect size for our group of 8 women. A worthy place to stay for my 30th birthday celebration!

This property is very comfortable and the backyard is lovely! The only thing I didn't see mentioned is that he stairs up to the main living level are pretty steep- wasn't a problem for us but would be good to know for older folks.

I hesitated to give this property the 5 star rating because it probably won't be available next time we need it, and felt it was deserved. If you are basing your holiday or visit out of Glenwood Springs with a group you cannot do better.

Our family of 8 stayed here and we all loved the house. Kitchen was big and well stocked, plenty of games and comfy furniture.

Nice house with comfy beds, 2 huge common areas, and solid WiFi. Great place to stay with a large group and convenient getting to the Aspen. We didn't see a house number so just make sure you know what the exterior looks like when getting there.

Very well equipped, good location, just like being at home.. only negative is there is only one thermostat and it is in the family room on entry level. The bedroom and family room was cold and the main part of the house was hot as the lower level was always heating and as heat rises the upper main level was constantly being heated.. if you like it hot, you will love the house! But over all, loved the house and we qould definitely stay again..

The property was fabulous. Great location and very accommodating for eight adults. We loved the outdoor space in the backyard.
VRBO did not send us the correct code for entry and when I contacted them, they couldn’t provide much help. However, when I talked to the host, they were very helpful and we got right in with a new code.

One party left her iPad, and Matt & his wife went out of their way to get it back to us.

Older house that has been remodeled, it was very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. Good hang-out area in the kitchen and family room, and nice access to the Roaring Fork River bike trail in Glenwood, as well as local places to eat.

Our overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were good for our group and the location was wonderful. We did miss a few amenities that we would have liked i.e. salt and a few other kitchen items and the pillows could be updated but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We stayed during October and the weather was fantastic. From the hot springs to the downtown area, to Doc Holiday trail! There's are many good restaurants, but we also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, hiking and just enjoying the beautiful area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

We only got to stay at this house for two days. But, it was perfect for our family vacation. Easy check in and easy to find. Close by to downtown area. We would definitely stay hear again.

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean and we’ll taken care of. We really enjoyed the back yard having the kids play outside and eating dinner on the patio. There was plenty of room and especially nice having two living rooms. We had a great weekend!

Comfortable for a group
Our stay here was great there was plenty of space for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable and appreciated that there was enough towels for all guests. House was nicely appointed, nice yard with activities in the shed to play with, family had a game of darts. Communication with owners was fast and efficient. Only suggestion would be to buy some non stick pans, seems to be a thing with the other Vrbo we rented in Colorado too. Makes cooking difficult and clean up a hassle. Other than that plenty of utensils and dinnerware and we even enjoyed a bbq. Appreciate the location easy access to town, groceries, adventure park and hot springs. Overall great stay!

Wonderful house in a great location. Big open living spaces to gather with an awesome backyard too. Comfortable beds and enough room for a big family. Clean, tidy and well stocked with everything you could need. Owner communication was excellent. Everyone loved it.

House is close to everything but yet set away in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed Friday - Monday and it was wonderful. If we go back to Glenwood we will most definitely look at renting here again.

Great few days with family
The house was great, everything as described. The location was perfect, just off from the Main Street through Glenwood Springs so we were able to enjoy visiting Glenwood without spending time in the car. The kitchen and outdoor dining area was perfect for our family to get together.

Nice House
My family and I came up to Glennwood Springs and stayed in the house and had an enjoyable time! We had my husband and I, our kids and grandkids, and there was plenty of room and amenities.

Property is fine.
The property was clean with no problems, but due to the age of the home the stairs are a little steep and narrow. The towels are also quite scratchy.
