"Cozy Cottage" Your home away from home!
Acogedora casa es nuestra casa principal. Totalmente autorizado con la provincia de PEI e inspecciones anuales por "Quality Tourism".
Ubicado en un acre de tierra, Cozy Cottage ofrece mucha privacidad para disfrutar de la fogata en el patio trasero o ver el atardecer desde la terraza delantera. Dos dormitorios y dos baños con una amplia sala de estar / cocina abierta. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos (septiembre de 2106) y algunas otras excelentes actualizaciones. Hay un piano y guitarra para que nuestros invitados musicales disfruten y usen. ¡También proporcionamos un pase de parque nacional!
La lavadora y la secadora también están disponibles para su uso (no proporcionamos jabón)
Aire acondicionado para mantener el lugar fresco y la humedad al mínimo. Situado en la sala de estar.
Las habitaciones están ubicadas en extremos opuestos, y el dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño completo con bañera / ducha grande. El segundo baño se encuentra al lado del segundo dormitorio y tiene una ducha de pie.

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean, comfortable and located in the area we wanted.

My Family and I enjoyed the comfort and tastefully updated cottage. The cottage was only 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, but also centrally located to let us explore different parts of PEI with relative eaise.
Tammy was very easy to work with and an attentive host. Would absolutely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay on the PEI thanks to Tami's cottage and her generosity as a host. The house was very clean and comfortable. The AC made a big difference as we were experiencing 35+ degrees days. We enjoyed the screenhouse each evening and mornings.we will return.

We stayed in Tami’s home for 3 weeks. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had overnight guests who stayed in the master bedroom. Because of the layout of the house, they had their own attached bath and toilet, so it was very private. Overall, a great stay.

Clean, comfortable cottage with fully equipped kitchen. Lovely screened in porch. Lots of living space for 4, including relaxing sofas. Central to the sea shores and beaches. Highly recommended, especially for a longer stays as it feels like home.

Cozy Cottage was perfect for the four of us. Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room. Very clean and very attractively decorated. I appreciated the beach towels, the fire pit with chairs and the circle drive! Absolutely recommend this house. Hope to stay again.

Honestly we were hardly there except to sleep! But the property was really close to Charlottetown which was very convenient and also centrally located making it easy to head out on day trips to all corners of the island.

This place was incredible. The screened-in porch let us enjoy the cool breeze with our friends with no bugs to bother u. the house was immaculate and the Beds!! oh my, the Beds!! I have never slept so well. Tami was the perfect host. super responsive and Roger came by and trimmed the Lawn keeping the outside looking fantastic too. the Perfect location. beautiful country side. just far enough away yet close enough it was not a chore to get to the store. this is where we will e staying next trip home.
This was perfect for having our Family and freinds some to US and enjoy the hous and have nice quiet talks and the kitched had everything we needed to have a nive big dinner with a lot of frineds.

This is a very nice property that we stayed at for five nights in August. Although it is in the country it is really not far from anything. The home is immaculate and has everything you could want or need during your visit. The checkin was simple and the owner communicated by email several times to see how things were going but we never had a problem.

A beautiful home, in a quiet area, 20 mins from Charlottetown. The cottage has all the comforts of home. Tami was very helpful throughout our rental. Great experience!!

This place really exceeded all of our expectations! There is a great deal of space and was extremely clean and welcoming. We were traveling with our 1 and 3 year old boys, and Tami was very accommodating. She consistently checked in to ensure our stay was going well, and was very easy to reach if we had any questions. We loved our stay and would definetly recommend!

Great place for a longer stay with the comforts of home, clean and well kept. The screened porch was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a rural location, and to get to services, restaurants, groceries, etc. you need to drive 20-25 minutes. From this location to the waterfront of Charlottetown is approximately 25 minutes. This location provides provides easy access to the north central and eastern coastal drives. Good location for beach access if that’s your thing. Hosts were responsive when we needed to contact them.

Even MORE than "Home away from Home" !!!
My family stayed here for 5 days and we absolutely loved it! The pictures of this lovely home are so nice...but when you arrive it is sooo much more! Tami and Rodger have really outdone themselves with the detail of the decorating and the thought put into creating an amazingly comfortable home, right down to the vase of wild flowers picked waiting for your arrival. I can not say enough about how comfortable the beds are...I had to email Tami to ask her where she purchased them.

We loved staying here. I can not say enough positive things about this wonderful place. The hosts were awesome, the house is great and we were able to do lots of terrific things on our trip. After a long day of exploring the island, it was great to come back to our rental... enjoy a meal, relax and then sleep in the wonderful beds. Thank you.

The property was neat and clean and had everything we needed except mosquito spray.
Tami was great--in fact, she got a portable air conditioner for our bedroom because my husband is so hot-natured. Her husband talked us through operating the television. We found the hosts most accommodating. We would stay there again.
