You wrote down the wrong dates: we were there from March 15 to 21, 2024. It was what we wanted and needed. Right on an amazing beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. We felt safe, relaxed and grateful. An amazing property. Jing was very helpful and prompt in responding to all of our queries. She even delivered a cake for our birthday celebrations. Lovely person. Updated, spacious and spotless unit. All amenities are available, location is spot on - beachfront and next door to the Grace Bay Resort. Within walking distance to restaurants and market. Personalized meet and greet and quick response by owner and on-site management were first class. Quality in all respects.

Everything about this property was amazing. Words and pictures can’t explain how beautiful and well cared for this unit was. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped, appliances were top notch, and linens were of great quality. Thank you to our hosts and Jin for ensuring that our stay was spectacular!

This lovely condo is exactly as advertised, except it can not begin to do justice to how beautiful the beach is! Very convenient location. Pool is literally outside the condo and beach just steps away. House manager was extremely kind. She welcomed us with a rum punch and later in the week delivered a birthday cake when she learned we were there to celebrate it. High recommend!

This is our third Christmas on a Grace Bay. This was the best place we have stayed. The condo is clean, quiet and very well appointed. My husband and I, and our two adult children were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jing for being so helpful and for the Christmas cake!!

Much larger than I anticipated. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms are quiet, full kitchen, grill, laundry room with soap provided, towels, walk right out to the pool and hot tub and over a short boardwalk to the beach. Grocery store is a bit of a walk but doable. Crystal clear beach, and the boat tours and other activities (e-foils) come right to the beach. The Caicos Dream tour was great -- at the beach stop cross the small island to Half Moon Bay. Also the FLY TCI e-foils are fun, if you're willing to try. Only downside is getting there. Travel to / from the airport is easy, though I recommend direct flights to the islands only.

Our family of 5 couldn’t be happier with our vacation and stay at 101. The condo was clean, spacious, and the pool and beach access was perfect. The location was perfect too. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Jing was wonderful to work with as well. We will definitely come back.

Our family of 5 just returned from a stay for a week at this property. It was exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. The owner sent us information prior to check in with our access and tips for our stay. That information was very helpful in our preparation for the trip. The hostess Jing met us at the unit when we checked in and was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The unit was well stocked with any kitchen needs, linens and supplies that were needed. We did bring some stuff additional but we really didn't need to. The building was very quiet while we were there and although the pool was closed unexpectedly for a most of the week, we really didn't miss it and it didn't impact our experience. They had a filter issue and had to order a part so it was not anything that was expected or within anyone's control and we were okay with that. We spent our time on the beautiful beach which is right outside the condo. The pool did reopen for the last couple days and we did use it a little during that time. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Turks. The location and condo were perfect for our family. I would highly recommend.

Before leaving we booked for next year! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the birthday surprise and the check ins. Bothe the property manager and owners answered immediately! We took some pans (baking and left them for others and next year) You will not go wrong!!!

Therese's condo was absolutely perfect in every way! Jing was the sweetest and met us there with the absolute best island rum punch, which was never duplicated during our stay! the condo was a great location, the beach and pool were practically private for us, and everything needed was there. I only wish we were able to stay longer! we ended up having to stay in a larger condo resort our last night and we all agreed that the Grandview was so much better. There is not a single negative thing to say about the condo, Therese the owner, Jing, or anything about our stay there- it was paradise and we cannot wait to return! thanks you Therese and Jing!!

The condo, the island, the people, the food, the ocean, the activities are all A+. The condo is one of the best we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot. It is very clean and has all the things you need to enjoy your stay. A stop at the grocery store for some items and you will be set on cookware and everything you need, including sharp knives! The location is perfect, totally walkable via the beach to the resorts nearby for meals and easy access to the shopping area. Jing is a fantastic property manager and was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The pool area is nice and clean and the beach area is wonderful, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. I would recommend staying at this property if you are planning to visit TCI. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

This place doesn’t disappoint. It’s spacious and spotless. The owner was in touch, very helpful and informative. The property manager was great and enthusiastic and willing to come on-site if needed. The condo was stocked with all the essentials which is a plus. The kitchen is large and comes with first class appliances and a washer and dryer. Let’s talk location, location, location! The property is a ground floor corner unit and we walked out the porch door onto the spa and pool deck then the beach which has beach lounges and umbrellas set up every day. We loved that the complex was small and very well maintained. It was PERFECT!

We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Jing was wonderful, answered our questions, and made sure we were all taken care of. The unit is gorgeous, beds were comfy, linens were wonderful, first floor access was great, gated property, all amenities were wonderful. Thank you for an amazing vacation with my teenage kids and husband, we all enjoyed paradise and didn't want to leave!

This a fantastic place to spend your beach vacation. The description and pictures of the unit and the property are all accurate, though they can't really do justice to the beauty of the place. A few pleasant surprises were waiting for us when we arrived, which I won't spoil here. The unit itself is bright, fresh, and modern. When we arrived, it was so clean we wondered if we were the first people to stay there. All of the furnishings seem quite new and are in excellent condition. The kitchen appliances are in great shape, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The decor is attractive, and the place as a whole feels comfortably spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The highlight of the unit is the screened patio, where we ate most meals. The screened patio leads out to the beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub area. The pool is just a few steps from the screened patio, and the grounds are kept so clean there's no problem going barefoot. There are plenty of deck chairs around the pool so it's easy to find a place to sit. Most of the time, we were the only people in the pool. On the other side of the pool is a short boardwalk that leads to one of the best beaches in the world. A bunch of beach chairs and umbrellas are set aside for the exclusive use of guests so there's never a problem finding a place to hang out. When it's time to return to the unit, you can clean off in one of the two outdoor showers along the boardwalk. The unit is located in an area that's not too busy, yet you can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. The property owner and on-island property managers were a delight to work with and very helpful.

Our trip to this property was perfect from beginning to end. The location was amazing. The condo was beautiful, and Jin was beyond helpful in all aspects of our trip! We would all love to return!

The Grandview is situated perfectly on Grace Bay, a 5-10 minute walk down the beach to Infiniti, The Deck, Ritz Carlton, and Hemingway's for breakfasts, lunches, dinner, and late night cocktails. Therese was super communicative and informative, as were her property managers Jay and Jing. The Condo itself has a very well appointed, modern kitchen and appliances. It was also nice to have the option of an indoor and outdoor (screened-in) dining area. The pool deck and hotub were spotless and the beach cleaned and setup daily. Completely satisfied!

Very comfortable, clean and safe property. Loved the pool and beach so close, loved the quiet and peaceful community. Excellent communication with owner and manager Jing who scored us the most beautiful birthday cake you could imagine. This place is pricey but worth every dime! I would stay here again in heartbeat.

Beautifully updated condo with a nice view. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. Easy communication with Therese and with Jing. Jing was very helpful on a small issue we had. And allowed us to leave our luggage for part of check out day due to a later flight. Great trip!

We have stayed in many places in Grace Bay, we have stayed at the Grandview several times and it is just a great place. The units are spacious and well equipped, the location is great, and with only 18 units you can enjoy the patio, deck, pool, hot tub, beach and beach chairs and umbrellas!

We've not been to T&C before but were looking for a relaxing time. This condo - is on the ground floor - and you can walk past the pool onto the beach. The beach is soft white sand - plenty of room. The condo itself is well appointed - and the property manager is very friendly. You can walk along the beach to some fine restaurants - and the bar/restaurant right next door is excellent - Happy Hour every night 5-7. We had a really great time and can easily see ourselves staying again.

Best rental we have ever used!!

The condo was excellent and we had a great time. The week flew by as the weather was gorgeous and the unit ideally located on the beach b/t a series of 5 star resorts which you can access for lunch and dinners. Nothing we needed that Therese and her staff had not already thought about and was readily available in the house for our use. i.e. - cookware and glassware, cooler for the beach, and beach Towels, etc. Air conditioner and beds were excellent to sleep like a baby after Epic Beach days. We hope to return on another visit soon. Highly recommend for comfort and location.

Best family vacation yet!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and it was well equipped. Our check in was so easy and the property manager made it even better by greeting us with rum punch and flowers! I actually had a small medical emergency while there and he was very responsive and helpful! The location was perfect! We've stayed at several places on Grace Bay and would definitely come back to stay in the future!

Our trip and our accommodations were wonderful. We traveled as a group of family with 8 adults and we had a wonderful time.

My second time to stay on this property and would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to come back. It’s just the ideal, perfect spot. We actually had two of the condos and both exceeded our expectations. I highly highly recommend the Grandview.
