Unit 1 South - End Unit Ocean Block Townhome

Esta casa adosada de 4 pisos con unidad final puede acomodar grupos grandes de hasta 14 personas y proporciona un fácil acceso a la playa. El edificio no está frente al mar, pero está en el bloque oceánico de la carretera costera cerca de la calle 60, a unos cientos de pies de la playa. Solo se nos permite presentar una unidad por listado, pero somos dueños de todos los alquileres en esta ubicación si necesita unidades adicionales. La Unidad 1 Sur cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora, garaje privado cerrado para 2 automóviles, puerto exterior para automóviles detrás de la unidad para un tercer automóvil, varios balcones y una cubierta envolvente. Si necesita más estacionamiento, hay estacionamiento gratuito a lo largo de la calle 60 cerca del edificio.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Home very
spacious which gave everyone their on space however the carpet and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Need clearer instructions on how to lock the door.

It was close to the beach which was nice, but the property needs work. An automatic garage door opener would have been nice

Overall, pleased with the townhouse. It was in a great location for ease of access to everything. However, there was a broken chair on one of the decks, a broken chair at the kitchen table and the entire place could use a coat of paint and a bit of TLC. The WiFi and Internet were hard to access and when we contacted the person to assist us, they were less than helpful and treated us as though we were a bother.

We had a wonderful time in OC. Our accommodations were great! A few small negatives, the kitchen floor had been cleaned but was very sticky upon arrival. We wiped everything down which made it better however the carpets were very dirty in high traffic areas such as the stairways and landings. The panel to put in your entry code is a little tricky, but fine once you get the hang of it. Aside from that, the place was great. Very convenient location. 5 min walk to the beach and across the street from a few great restaurants. Ashley was great and responded quickly if we were in need of anything. I would definitely stay again!

The location of this property and the ample space was definitely a plus for me and my family this weekend, we enjoyed having the three parking spots and multiple bathrooms. With a short walk to the beach and restaurants near by we loved that aspect! However, the property could use a better cleaning and updating to the standard amenities provided. It should be noted that this property is fully carpeted except the living /kitchen area and toilet paper is not provided.

All in all, a pleasant weekend that got off to a very disappointing start - cleanliness and 'condition' issues on arrival. Local PM and cleaner responded quickly to our complaints re: cleanliness. However, the property had half-dozen broken and in-need of repair items that had us all wondering why it had been listed, or at least described as 'under repair'. Again, much appreciation to VRBO and the local cleaner for quickly addressing our cleaning concerns on a Friday late-afternoon of a holiday weekend.

This rental was overall very good for the price. The condo is fairly utilitarian as far as amenities. No bells or whistles. Lots of little things are broken all over but the important things like applicances and HVAC etc. work fine. If your main goal is to house a lot of people for a very fair price, this is your spot.

Good things first-there aren't many. Location was good, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. 3 car parking. Ashley, the property manager was responsive to issues.
We rented an identical unit 2 years ago in north Ocean City and loved it, so we were looking forward to this one. I was notified the main floor covering was being replaced the day before our check in. When we got there, the floor had been replaced, but no one cleaned up after the installation. There was sawdust and dirt everywhere. My son, daughter in law, and I tried to clean up, but there was no vacuum, the swiffer wet jets did not have solution. I swept as best I could, but it was still dirty. Because the floor had been replaced, the pedestal sink had been moved, but nobody put it back correctly and it was no attached to the wall. The water was not hooked up either. And it was filthy in there. The toilet paper holder had been ripped off the wall and not replaced.When I called Ashley, she had the maintenance guy come 'fix' it. So he put caulking on the back and duct taped it to the wall. Never did turn on the water.
The ice maker was not hooked up in the freezer b/c of moving the fridge for the new floor, I guess. The maintenance guy came back to do that, but the ice maker never worked the entire week. thankfully 7-11 was right across the street and we got 2 bags of ice 3 times.
The water to the washing machine also was not hooked up, so the guy came back again to fix it, but the machine itself did not work

We had a big group (13) including family and friends, ages 15+. The positives- Close to the beach, shops within walking distance, never heard any noise from other condos in the same building, people watching from the balcony was amusing at night, big kitchen, bedrooms were spacious, Ashley (property manager) was very helpful, quick to answer questions and got us a new toaster within a few hours. Negatives- cleaning company could do a better job, water pressure in showers not great, kitchen could have been stocked better (example condo sleeps 14, but theres 6 bowls and 5 cups, no can opener). But overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Place was great for 4 couples. Cleaners delayed our check in and still didn’t do that great of a job ( I ended up cleaning after they left). Overall great house for the week.

Not worth the money
The place was dated and there was damage to the building. Garage disposal was not working and maintenance person stopped by but didn't hear anything else. Patio doors dont shut properly so traffic was extremely loud.

Nice and close to beach
Although the unit could have been much cleaner, it was very spacious and roomy. If you are traveling with someone that will have issues climbing stairs, this is not the house for you. Nice and close to the beach. The floors and countertops were filthy. We had to do a deep clean of the kitchen and all of the bathrooms before use. I suggest investing in a cleaning company.

OC Bikefest
My friends and I attend the festival every year. I felt more close to my friends in the house. Usually we are more spread out through the town. The rooms and common areas are large and comfortable. The property management team are very accommodating.

Perfect for our 2 families
This place was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of space, fun set up, sooooo close to the beach. The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. Communication with the manager, Ashley, was quick and easy. We had 8 people staying at the property, 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect for us. Not close to the boardwalk which was fine with us. Lots of places to eat and 7 eleven right across the street. :))

Labor Day Fun!
The property manager was awesome. We were not thrilled with the cleanliness. It was dirty when we arrived, and also holes in some walls and doors. There were lots of blinds missing pieces and that would not close properly.

LOUD! Too close to Coastal Highway. I don’t think it was cleaned before we arrived. Poorly appointed for a unit that claims to accommodate 14. Most sink and shower drains were slow to drain. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Comfortable, convenient, spacious
The property owner is incredible. Very kind and friendly and very prompt in responding to all our questions.
This place had plenty of space for my friends and I. The beds and couches were comfortable, there was sufficient room to store away all our things, and plus side for us was that it had 3 car spaces!
The AC was excellent, which is needed during those hot summer days.
You are next to coastal highway so you will hear loud cars and sometimes loud people. But this didn’t bother us at all though. It’s relatively quiet for the most part.
Super close to the beach! The townhome is located on Oceanside and you have easy access to the beach.
In case you wondered what you will need to bring with you: linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dish soap or dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, and basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper and oil.

Weekend getaway
This property was just as advertised, perhaps even more spacious than described. A two minute walk to the beach and located across the street from a 7 Eleven, this place was convenient as could be. Check in and check out were easy. Wifi service could have been a little better. Would definitely stay again!

Surprise Party
There were 6 adults over 50 who met up here to help my oldest daughter surprise her younger sister (both attend Salisbury University) for her 21 at birthday. This location was perfect for us to be able to walk to the places we wanted to go. Restaurants and bars that were open in the off season supported are needs. This location was clean and space and process of renting was very easy. Will use this location again.

Wonderful Location, Good Space for a large family, on site parking
This is a very cute house, with enough space to accommodate my family, which was great. The rooms were spacious and the 3.5 bathrooms were definitely a needed feature. We loved the location which was a short walk from the beach. The onsite parking was an extra added bonus. The managers were very accommodating and they were available whenever we had any challenges and concerns. I appreciate the attentiveness, respect given, and immediate attention to any concerns so I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for assisting with our mini family getaway. God Bless

Beautiful home, Convenient location
This home is perfect if you are looking to be near the action but far enough away that the noise of the boardwalk and bars doesn’t impact your stay. We did end up staying right after a rowdy group that left a bit of damage to the listing but Ashley was quick to offer assistance (it wasn’t anything that interrupted our stay so no need!). I definitely plan on staying again!

Perfect little get away
Had such a nice time with a group of my girls. The location is perfect if you like to go out with your friends. Ashley will work with you!
Such a nice set up, clean for the most part. The trash was left in the Kitchen and there is dust in the fans but besides that everything else was perfect. Next time we go back to Maryland I will definitely stay here again !

Always such an amazing experience!!
Didn't think it could get better than it was last year but it did! Some new furniture in the house really made a difference (like the couches). Ashley is always so accommodating to our needs and everyone in the house had the best time. Was there for a full week and can't wait to book next year!
