I have booked for one guest by mistake and they are not allowing me to enter with my partner. They said that they have no authority to allow me with the partner as because of it's my mistake. I have to cancel my booking and I will not getting my money back 🤕🤕. It's annoying me😒😒
Pillow and the bedsheets need more soft types it's really very hard.

The service. We have reached there around 2pm and they told us that the room is not vacant u have to wait for 40min. The checkin time was 12pm . But we gone 2 hour late but still we have to wait . And for non availability of the room they gave us the store room type room

Everything is good.. they all are good. They serve us food or other requirements after entering into the hotel they provide on time as per their required time.. thanks Sher e Bengal for giving me the best experience throughout the day...
Pillow and the blanket and the bed is needed to be much more comfortable.. because the cushions are too hard , and it's not at all accepted it's needed to be replaced and rest all of this is good.
