Not only did we enjoy the town of Dillion and everything you can access from walking right from the house, Dillion is also a short drive to many of great resorts in the area. We also made a day out of going to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked with everything you need for sleeping, cooking, and just hanging out. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning.

We loved Mark's place in Dillon. The condo was more spacious than I imagined -- with plenty of room inside and a nice patio with a view outside, all helping us enjoy visiting and relaxing. The space also had great amenities with easy parking, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen.
The local farmer's market and an arts festival were just steps away in the green space and parking area nearby. We could also walk to the lake and greenway, with dinner also walkable and a short drive away.
Communication was prompt and thorough. This condo is definitely the place to stay in Dillon.

We had the best stay at this cozy Colorado condo! It was the perfect place for us to rest and relax after 3 days of skiing! We played uno and used the hot tub every single night, and we were able to enjoy our meals with everything the hosts provided. The unit was so clean and inviting, and the directions from host were spelled out perfectly! We will definitely be back!

This was our favorite place we’ve stayed for a Colorado ski trip. The location is great, the hosts are very friendly and provided great instructions, and the place itself is really nice. It was very cozy to play cards while snow was falling on the great view outside. Highly recommend.

This was our second year staying here. It's SO close to everything--skiing, shopping, freeway access, etc. It is a quiet unit, with garage parking. It's nice that there are some kitchen basics for cooking that you don't have to buy! Well laid out floor plan and enough space for everyone.

You will love Mark's condo! It is spotless and has a great layout. Bathrooms are huge! Lots of light in the great room with an awesome view. The kitchen has everything you need. Plus, Mark is a great host!

Mark's place is spotless. It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It was perfect for a week in the mountains to ski. The place has everything you need - including every kitchen appliance/utensil, patio, grill, and more. We really enjoyed our time here and plan to stay here again next time we are in the mountains.
Also, Mark is the most responsive and hospitable host. You can't ask for a better experience.

This is a lovely condo; clean, well furnished, well stocked and in a great location. If you are going to an event at the Dillon
Amphitheater, you are within walking distance (about 2 blocks). Mark, the owner was very accommodating and was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely rent again.

The location of the property was perfect. Not in the middle of town but still close to everything. Also enjoyed the parking garage…never had to scrap snow or ice off the vehicle!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location for Keystone and Breckinridge. The condo was very clean with plenty of pillows and blankets. We especially loved how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed for cooking. We would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Mark was extremely communicative from the start of the booking process. The place was clean and the location was perfect. We were easily able to bounce around from city to city within Summit county by using public transportation. There was one snowmobiling excursion that was further up into Silverthorne, so we did have to book a shuttle to take us. Ubers and Lyfts were not as available as we're used to, but it all worked out fine. We also required less grocery/necessity purchases as Mark stocked the kitchen with extras. Condiments, coffee and laundry detergent just to name a few. That was a huge help. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Nothing disappoints while staying here! Communication from the owner was fantastic, making the process so easy. The house was perfect, with all that you could need for a comfortable stay. The views are stunning, and the convenience to shops, restaurants and skiing were wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was definitely one of the best short-term rentals we have been in in years. The owner gave detailed and precise directions which made the process so easy. The unit was immaculate. The kitchen was fully-furnished. Everything worked as intended. Beautiful view out of the living room windows and the patio is large and the patio furniture very nice and utilitarian. Condo units hot tub works well and is nice. Parking in the secure garage-owner has two spaces and you just take the elevator one level up, all secure and mostly indoors to bring your stuff into the unit.
One thought: There is a large dog in the unit next door, who tends to bark some, but the owner and owner's other neighbors we talked to are working with that fellow (and did so during our stay) so it really wasn't a problem. Mark wants to know if it becomes a problem.
Would definitely come back to this unit and Mark definitely pulls out all the stops to make sure the unit is ready and that you have a good stay.

Very disappointed, pictures look like large condo and it is not. Loud noise from construction next door. No black out coverings on door and window in master bedroom. Ceiling fan very noisy. Couldn't use patio because next door people had 2 Dogs and the people sitting outside are very noisy.

Loved our stay in Dillon. Perfect location for biking all the trails around the area right outside our door. Beds were comfortable and the place was very well stocked. We cooked every night because we were to tired to go out after our long days of riding. Would definitely recommend this place. We felt very comfortable with storing our e bikes in the garage area.

This was the perfect home base for us during our summer stay at Lake Dillon. The condo is incredibly clean, meticulously maintained, and full of all of the amenities to make it feel like home. We loved the convenience of the location and enjoyed being just steps from the recreational trail around the lake and the marina. The owners communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and made the check in/check out process a breeze. We highly recommend this home away from home for your next vacation in Summit County.

We loved our stay at Mark and Ronda's mountain home! Communication was fantastic and the condo was so cozy with everything you could need. Loved the heated indoor parking and that we could just leave all our ski gear conveniently in the car. Bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental, and nice that the second bedroom also had a super comfortable bed and not a bunk like we've had in many rentals. Hot tub was right out the front door and great after a long day of skiing. Amazing location with an ice cream shop and bowling right in the building. We have stayed many places in Dillon and Silverthorne and this was one of our favorites! Hope to return next year!

My host, Mark, was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had. Check in was easy due to the detailed instructions he included. The unit was spotless with all of the extras that often you don’t get at other venues. I would recommend Mark and this condo to anyone coming to the Dillon area. The Retreat at Lake Dillon was the perfect home base for our Colorado winter getaway. The owner provided excellent communication and went out of his way to ensure we had a flawless stay. The unit is well-maintained, very clean, comfortable and equipped with all of the comforts of home. The location is convenient to the highway, local amenities and multiple ski resorts. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to a future visit!

Mark and Ronda have a great place. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was as advertised and expected. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with amenities within walking or easy driving distance.

The property was just as pictured, instructions were clear and simple. The owners checked in frequently to make sure there were no issues. Great location. We have two young kids so it was helpful that we didn’t have to go far to get to trails/playgrounds/etc. This was a great fit for our family and we would stay here again!
