Our stay in Delray was convenient to downtown bars and restaurants, and was a clean and comfortable place to stay!

Perfect location to enjoy all that Delray Beach has to offer! Clean and exactly as advertised! Can’t wait to return!

During initial inquiry, Ann is very prompt on sending and responding to messages. The checkin is quick and easy, that includes a message with the address, directions and suggestions of things to do in Delray. Upon arrival Ann greets you and offers you a tour of the apartment, the door code and WI-FI information. While we did not bring our pet, this apartment is pet friendly. Its location is wonderful near Atlantic Ave. and all the various cuisines that Delray offers ie., American, Italian, Greek, French, Mexican, and Asian. We went to the beach every day which is a lovely walk from the apartment but public parking is available nearby for a fee. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas that Ann offers to her guests. The apartment is very well stocked. There are plenty of kitchen supplies… plates, cook ware, utensils. Also, it comes with linens and towels. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed playing card and board games by the pool and in the living room. The Town Square offered a spectacular free concert Friday evening and an amazing Farmers Market on Saturday! Overall, we loved our relaxing weeklong stay and look forward to visiting again soon! We just left and we had such a great stay at the Delray Beach House. Communication with host was great and Anne was available if we needed anything. Beautiful and quiet spot close to the best restaurants where we dined each night. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!

Overall highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Delray area. Nicely decorated and perfect size for a family of 3-4 - pool was a great size and very clean The property had all the amenities needed for a great vacation !! The condo was very nicely renovated by the owner Ann. It is a four unit condo with a very nice pool area which we really enjoyed. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen condiments and bath supplies. Beach umbrellas, beach towels and chairs where supplied. It was a pretty long walk to beach so we drove. Great place to dine and shop, but very good Idea to have dinner reservations. Ann was always available to reach if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Anne & Joe

We really enjoyed our time there. It was close to Atlantic Ave and great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The host was fantastic and very accomodating.

A brief stay, anxious to return and stay a few more days. The property mirrors the pictures, small ,comfortable , well appointed , great sensibility with decor and NEW! Ann was very accommodating and enjoyed interaction. Great walking ,close to the Atlantic and Pineapple Grove vibe and easy walk to the beach. Hope to see you again in ‘22.

The space was exactly as pictured - updated, quaint and very clean. The property owners were accommodating and very responsive. With the shared pool and short distance to town, the Delray Beach House was perfect for my family of 4, with two young children. We will definitely be back!

Great experience renting for a girls weekend. Super close to tons of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach from the rental. From beginning to end, communication with Ann was really easy and she made the process seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore and visit Delray.

Perfect little unit very close to Atlantic Ave! The grounds are lovely, the unit clean and new. Great location. Kitchen well stocked with basic cooking condiments, beds were comfortable, etc.. walls are a little thin, but that’s my only negative. Boomer the Frenchie puppy who visited most days was the absolute highlight!

The Delray Beach house was exactly what we were looking for. The location cannot be beat as it’s such a short walk to the most happening part of town. The pool is beautiful and the apartments are clean and new. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean and friendly but the property is a single level multi home facility around a pool. The pool is too small to swim in for a regular exercise swimmer and unfortunately anyone using the pool can walk past your bedroom window. Although close to Atlantic Avenue the walk there is not through the best area.

Great location just off Atlantic Ave. Quick 2 minute walk to all bars and restaurants. Modern unit with appliances. Pool is great. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Host is very friendly. Bring your own towels and toiletries.

Ann did an amazing job at renovating the property and creating a perfect environment for enjoying Delray. The property is gated and beautifully landscaped. Pool is heated and clean. Outdoor furniture is high quality. The apartment is well laid out and very comfortable. Everything is new, and well thought out. Every detail, right down to the high quality beds and sheets are there. The place is well furnished, just as you see it in the pictures. The location is an easy walk into the center of the action, Atlantic Ave. We drove to the beach and easily found parking on the street for only a few dollars. Sure you can walk, but with chairs and umbrella (supplied by the apartment) the walk can get tough. We had a great time in Delray. Delray puts you in a great location to visit West Palm, Boca, Jupiter, and our favorite: JB's on the beach in Deerfield. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for everything Ann! Our stay at Ann's apartment was great. The space is very well designed, modern, and clean. It is a 3 minute walk to Atlantic Ave so you can't ask for a better jumping off spot. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and it was great to kick back and watch the sunset from the pooldeck. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Delray.

We had a great long weekend here with our toddlers. Location is just a couple blocks off Atlantic Avenue, but not loud or highly trafficked. We felt safe at all times. It's a short bike ride over to the beach, and there's room to park a bike inside the gates and off-street parking for a car. The complex is one long building with four units, all facing the pool and patio area, with a locked gate separating the parking lot at the street from the building and pool. We enjoyed unit #4, which is the farthest from the street and means the other tenants do not pass in front of your windows as they come and go. Everything inside and out has been recently and completely remodeled and refurnished. Pool area has nice lounge furniture and landscaping, and was quiet (though it may be louder during the weekdays when the construction of an apartment building across the street is proceeding). Inside, the unit was tastefully decorated and everything is all-new and good quality. Beds were comfortable and linens were good. There's a washer/dryer inside each unit. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive to texts/calls.
