Location very near to FnB establishments
The Pub downstairs can get noisy at night

Good location, simple but tasty breakfast.

The room for two was small for us. Noisy as there was singinging past 10pm from next door pub. Otherwise, all good.

The room, staff, lobby, sea view was good
The bar located down from the hotel was playing music till midnight which was really disturbing as we cannot rest.

very conveniently located to the dive center which is just downstairs. many restaurants nearby.
very very loud music and band singing till 11pm almost most nights (i think that Monday is their off night) which meant it was impossible to sleep early or relax.

I dont like the staff, lift problem cannot use and the breakfast also bad. Room price too high but service very bad..

The air con was good. We only stayed for one night as we were going to the islands early the following morning.
The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversations and the alarm go off from the room next door very clearly. We were in a sea view room and the windows do not block out any sound from outside either. It is right on the water and wash for Jetty’s however Semporna is not a great place. Street kids hanging around the outside of the hotel.

Easy for one night stay after diving trip. Basic but clean
Loud rooms as windows are very thin. Also poor pillows and towels

Breakfast choice was limited and the breakfast room was small and cramped.
But the the dishes served were quite tasty.

The location is strategic. The restaurants are within walking distance (even a few steps). Close to other amenities.
The room is comfortable and very clean. The breakfast served on the last day (Nasi lemak with sambal ikan bilis) was very generous. 😊
My room comes with a balcony for me to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. ❤️❤️❤️
The hotels should use new towels to reflect its high quality standards. The towels provided in my room was old and with strings hanging on it. It's bearable but could be better.
